Ready to Dominate Automotive Sales? 🚀

Latif breaks down sales techniques for the tire business, emphasizing trust-building and simplifying product offerings. He uses a role-play with a character named Mike to show how to create positive customer interactions and close deals.
Listen to me, when somebody says, I just want to go check around, it's not always about price. They don't trust, they don't trust you. Yet you hadn't gave them the value. Okay? So you have to give them the value. You got to paint the picture, frame it and close them. Okay? So that's how you do it. So when somebody says, yeah, I'm just checking around, I totally understand. So hypothetically speaking, you've already went around, checked everywhere, every place for tires, right? We've already checked on the Internet. At the end of the day, what's going to be your buying decision is going to be solely on price, going to be the quality of work that they perform. Which one is it? Quality. So there you go. So now you're asking open ended questions. Right? Before we get back to the video, if you're really ready to dominate your sales, I mean really ready to dominate your sales, give me a text at 704-617-7848. I got you back. Let's get back to the video. People trust, try to sell. Stop trying to sell. You got to build relationships without a relationship. It's just transactional, Right. Let's get it away from transactional and get it relational, right? So you gotta number one, give them your name, right? My name is Latif. How you doing? And you got to get their name right. Yep. Who do I got the pleasure of speaking with? Right, this is gonna be on the phone. Who we got the pleasure to speak with? You know. Hey, hey. My name is Mike. What's your name, brother? Nice to meet you. Cool. What brings you in today, man? I'm just looking for some tires for my Jeep. Well, cool. I'll tell you what, if you don't remember, my name is Mike. I'm here to give you world class customer service. Come on over, we're gonna get you taken care of. You got to be different. You see that right there? Now you're gonna feel you're gonna trust me a little bit more. It's not only because I want you to trust me like you're going to trust me because it's the way I'm speaking to you and you see it in my eyes. I'm not just, we're here to take care of the customer, we're here to coach the customer into the right tire for them that fits their needs, their budget. Right. I already already know how you answer the phone. And I should probably write it down before you even say it. Hold on, what's the company name? A1 Auto Services. A1.1 Auto. All right, cool. So there's probably a couple of different ways. You said A1 auto service. This is. This is John speaking. I'm just 10. Nine. Right. All right. Thanks for calling A1 auto. That's how we do it. Thank you. There you go. How'd I hit it? Because it sounds like every damn place out there. I'm gonna talk to you like I've known you. You know, I talk to people the same way. I cuss a little bit. And that's just how I am. You know? That's how it is. Right? And. And I'm. I'm just real. I'm not fake at all. And everything you see on the Internet. Everything you see on the Internet is exactly how I am. I don't. I don't sugarcoat nothing for nobody. I don't check. You got to make sure you're simplifying your products. So a lot of. A lot of times, like people always ask, do you. Do you not do alignments? No, I don't want to. I don't want to be everything to everybody. Right. I want to be the best at what we do. And what we do. What we're the best at is mounting and balancing tires. Right? That's what we're the best at. I don't want to do everything else. I don't want to do brakes. I don't want to do linements. I don't want to do wheel bearings. We're the best at tires, and that's what we do. So simplify your products. So I. Have you ever been out west and been out to like In n Out burger? Like, what's on the menu? Burger, fries, and I think it's like five things, right? Simplify. There you go. Simplify. Yeah. And. And they got more business. They got more business than Chick Fil A. Yeah. Way more. But they're. Everything's simplified. And that's what people don't understand in business. They try to do anything and everything to try to make that extra dollar. Simplify your business. They shouldn't con to know how to do amount of balancing. They should have somebody there training them how to do it. So they shouldn't kind of know anything. Like a sales guy. I kinda know how to take care of this cut person, this customer. No, you damn well better know how to take care of that customer. How we change other people's lives is we change tires, right? But we not only change tires, we change their lives. Because when they come in here, they're gonna get people with great attitudes. It's gonna put them in a good attitude. Maybe they just busted a tire and they're pissed off. Right? And we understand that, man. I totally understand. Let me make this a better day for you. Cool? We're going to do this for you. This for you. This for you. Right? And at the end of the day, they're going to leave with a damn smile. They're not going to be pissed off anymore because we treat them like a real person, right? And a lot of times you go to counters, you know, you go to somebody's counter and you got a grumpy ass dude behind the counter who don't give a shit about his job, he don't care about his life. Like, he hates his life.
