Let's talk about the presentation of the product. The way you present the product is going to be the way the customer perceives the product. If the customer doesn't buy from you, that means you're just an amateur and they just don't believe in you. You have to be good at delivering what you're presenting. Listen, tires are a commodity. They're on every corner. So what it boils down to is the person they're talking to. So if the product that the customer is looking for is a 10, the person that they're talking to must be a 10 also. And most of the time when customers are looking for a certain product, the products a 10, but the person that they're talking to is a 2. That's your problem. So the cost of you not self developing, not doing it, if you stay the same, what does your life look like? Think about it. If you want to go to the top every opportunity you get to write a check to somebody who can teach you something and get to that next level, make sure you do it. Write that check as fast as you can. That way you're not staying the same as you was last year, the year before and the year before that. Because if not, you're not going to be anywhere, anywhere further. So I'm it put going to.
