A review of Toyo Open Country RT tires covering rugged terrain capability, puncture resistance, noise level, traction, and balance. The speaker evaluates whether these off-road tires deliver on their promises for serious terrain.
Have you ever tried these Toyo open country RT trails? I have, and they're pretty good. Let me tell you about them. All right, so one thing, it's an rt. What does the RT mean? So RT means it's in between an all terrain and a mud terrain. So RT means rugged terrain. And if you want something that's amazing off road, this is it. This thing will get you in and out of the mud. It's great on gravel and it's great on just regular dirt on the side of the road. Now, this thing got some big old side lugs. So if you take this thing on the trail, if you need to brush up against rocks, sticks, stuff like that, it's going to have you some puncture resistance on that sidewalk. Now, these things ain't that quiet on the road. They got a little hump to them, but that's. But that's expected. Now, as far as red traction, it's all. It's okay. It's not the best. Now, if you want a tire that's gonna look good on your truck and perform off road, this is it right here. And these things always balance out really good. So you ain't got to worry about vibration problems, stuff like that. You ain't got to worry about out around issues like some of these old cheaper tires. You want a good tire, here you go.
