This is a YouTube video titled "Level Up To 281-417-8765 for me to coach your tire business. I gotcha Back" containing a monologue by Mike Melton recorded in November 2024. Mike Melton discusses customer buying behavior, emphasizing the importance of personal presentation and mood in sales interactions, aimed at coaching tire business owners.
All right, so we're going to start this off. Why customers want to buy from you or not. Why? Do they want to buy from you or not? Right. So for, for one, I'm not going to buy from you if I walk in and you got bad boo boo breath. If you got bad boo boo breath, I'm turning around. Okay? So make sure we're writing that down. Bad boo boo breath is a no go. Go to the store, grab you some gum before you come and talk to customers. Do you buy something when you're in a bad mood? No. Right. Nobody buys stuff when they're in a bad mood. Maybe food if you're trying to like get over something. But you're not going to go buy anything that you want when you're in a bad mood. You're not doing it. People buy when they're in a happy, stress free environment, right? So when you go to shop, most of the time you're in a good mood, you're not in a bad mood. Right. You're not going to the mall in a bad mood most of, most of the time. Right. Unless you have to go get your kids, you know, some school clothes or something. Right? Whatever. You have to do that. Right. But most time you're going to go shopping, you're going to hype, man, I'm going to go do this, I'm going to go.
