Mike Melton mounts and tests a Grip Max Grappineer 35x12.50R20 LT tire on a roller machine with 1,200 pounds of force. The tire balanced at three ounces and two-and-a-half ounces. Melton says it mimics a Nitto Mud Grappler.

So everybody thinking this is a nitto mud grab, you all totally wrong. This thing right here is the grip max grappineer. So basically an imitation mud grip. All right, we got her mounted up. Now we got it inflated. Let's go ahead, balance her out. Unlike a lot of shops, we bounce by the logos because that's a better bounce. All right, just to show you we got all the weights off, we ain't gonna cut or edit this thing at all when we start to bounce. Now, y' all know before we bounce, we got to take that damn sticker off. All right, we got the bouncer set on lt, because it is an lt. All right, let's go ahead, balance her out. We got her rolling. Here's a second. That rolls gonna come down. Like I said, we ain't gonna edit. We're gonna do none of that stuff. We're always truthful and with any tire, don't matter the brand or anything. So we'll see how good these things do. Rollers down there putting 1200 pounds of force on it simulates the spin on the truck. Roller's about to come off. All right, three ounces here, two and a half here. Sixteen pounds of force.
