Mike Melton explains why he stopped working with clients unwilling to invest in their growth. He charges a $5,000 minimum fee because people without skin in the game won't do the work required to succeed, whether that's making videos or building team skills.
Now this is why I don't work with cheap-ass clients. The people that I coach in business, right? These business owners don't understand they'll never get this life. You know why? Because they're holding theirself up. They say they want the damn life, but they'll never invest enough money. These people are a fucking joke. They won't put in the fucking work. They'll never ever do the work. They won't make the videos you tell them to do. They won't do the teamwork building skills that they tell you to do. That's why I refuse to fucking work with them anymore. My minimum for me to you to work with me, because you got to have skin in the game. If you don't have fucking skin in the game, you're not going to do the work. That's what I've seen. So minimum to work with me is $5K, and it goes way up from there.
