This Customer Drove 6 Hrs To Get A set Of tires He tells why at at the end

A customer drove six hours to buy tires from this shop. The video shows why he made the trip, focusing on the quality of the tires and the service he gets there.
This customer here drove over six hours. Come get a set of tires. Let me show you why. All right. For warning us the way we do stuff, you always change that valve stem. So what we do, we take our sensor off, replace that. That valve stem that hooks up to that sensor. And two, it's all about quality. A lot of y' all try to pedal these cheap tires, man. People don't want that stuff. If they want that stuff, then they either don't know about a bunch of tires or they're just misled. This guy caught us, said, I want a set of ridge grabs. Of course we got them in for them. So of course, everybody wants to see how these gonna balance out. These are 265, 65, 17. You know, take the damn stickers off. All right, we got all them weights off right there. Let's go. And lower down. Got it spinning. We're doing this. No cuss, no edits. So you see exactly how they come out. You see, it ain't like them radars. You don't see no hopping right? There ain't no hopping. Radars hop like a damn Easter bunny. So you want Easter bunny tires? Get you some radars. You want quality, get you some nittos. I'm gonna get some hate for this one. I'm waiting for it. So look at that. Three quarters of an ounce. Only a quarter ounce here. Seven pounds of force. Y' all can have them cheap tires. I'm quality over quantity. Say what you want in the comments. Could have went anywhere for tires. What made you drive six hours to come get a set of tires from us?
You beat everybody else's prices online. Your core values of your company and your crew.
Yeah, cool. Customer service, you know, customer service, definitely top notch. And that's what a lot of cut, a lot of, you know, places lack is customer service. They just don't care.
When you go to a normal tire shop these days anymore, you're met by that grumpy old man behind the counter. Yeah, can I help you?
Yeah, yeah, like you're doing them a service. Come get tires. Right, Exactly.
And not to mention your guys, every one of your crew members was in their hands on tires. Each one. I did not see one guy in there not handling a tire. Yeah, three guys were busting tires off the rims. Three guys were putting tires back on the rims. One was mountain and balancing.
Make it happen, brother. We appreciate you.
I appreciate it.
Thank you.
You.
