A technician explains roadforce balancing and why proper training matters. The speaker emphasizes that many techs don't understand the process and recommends Speedy Traction Academy for learning the correct technique.
This guy's completely clueless when it comes to road force bouncing. This guy sent me a message and he said it takes 10 to 15 minutes to road force bounce a set of tires. Well, this guy's completely clues. So when you road force bounce a set of tires, depending on the weights that you use, you got clip on weights and you got stick on weights. So if you're using clip on weights, depending on the wheel, it takes about a minute. By the time that load roller comes down, does its thing, and if everything's perfect, you'll be able to put the weights on there, it zeros out and that wheel of tire assembly is ready to come off. Now if you're using stick on weights, takes about a minute and a half, minute 45 seconds. By the time the roller comes down, does its thing, it's perfect. You put the stick ons where it needs to go and that wheel entire assembly comes off of there. Now match mounting is where it takes a little time. So when you're match mounting, you're gonna have to spin and rotate that tire. Takes a little time. You got to put it back out on the balancer and then road force it again. Make sure you got those, those levels where they need to be at so it reduces the vibration. So this guy's completely clueless. Please shops. Train your people, Train your people. If you can't train them, we handle that for you. I have a service, Speedy traction academy. We can handle it for you because there's a lot of clueless people out here. Y' all are not training you guys.
