This is the best inexpensive All Terrain Tire!

Mike Melton reviews the Summit Truck Climber (model 02s) as an inexpensive but effective all-terrain tire. He notes the sidewall is not aggressive, the tire is relatively quiet for an all-terrain, and that his shop moves several thousand of these tires monthly. Compared to premium brands (Toyo/Nitto) he says there is a large quality gap, but the Summit wins on price. Reported longevity: rated 50,000 miles but typical observed wear around ~40,000 miles unless primarily highway driving. In a live mounting/balancing demo he reports a balance reading of “six pounds of force, zero weight.”
