A short transcript excerpt from a January 5, 2026 YouTube video by Mike Melton titled "This is the cost of not Staying Consistent Client Call TEXT ME 'TIME' To 704-617-7848." Two speakers discuss an episode where one speaker concentrated intensely on social media for about one week, gaining ~300 followers that week, then extrapolating to ~1,200 over a month; the speaker describes becoming scared, lacking help, and being unable to sustain the effort — illustrating the personal cost of inconsistent posting and capacity limits.

And I worked really hard. One week. I mean, I know it's bad. One week, I focused super hard on social media, and I went crazy. And I gained, like, 300 followers just that week. And that was way more than what I've ever had. You know what I mean?
How long ago was that?
One time.
How long ago was that?
All right, so four weeks? Three. That's 1200 followers.
Yeah.
Come on.
I know.
Hello?
I got scared. I didn't have help. I was taking on too much. I didn't have the time.
