Tire Shop Training

Got a little bit of training going on.

And you're going to act just like it's rotating, rotate with it. Apply just a slight bit of force to the sensor up underneath the mouth of the tire and the rim. This is a good—

if you look down, so what he's telling you, when you look down, when that tire drops, it's going to drop over the sensors. That way you have no chance of breaking it.

Okay, this makes it where you have 100% success rate. Yep. So as you spin it, just kind of push along with not a ton of force, just make it to where the rim and the tire are moving at the exact same speed.

Now you see how that tire just fell over the sensor? Cool. Now you're going to bring it back around. Go ahead and do your thing.

Just put it right back to the exact same position, and whenever it stays up on the drop pin like this, it'll keep the tire from ever touching that sensor with the pressure. So now, like I showed you yesterday, get up underneath the rim, under the hook, take the rubber arm, bring it over to your side, drop the top roller first. This just makes it easier, in my opinion, dropping this just enough to get that top Yeah, and so let me, let me add something also.

What you want to do is make sure it's below that drop. Here's your drop center, so make sure the roller is a little bit below that drop center right here, okay? And then what that also does is help keep it up under that duck head, okay? So I would drop it down a little bit more because you want to be below that drop center, okay? Are you below it? Yeah, you about right. You're good. All right, now lower that what he told you.

This is just to apply pressure to make sure this tire doesn't move as the rim moves with it, just to keep it moving all at the same speed. And again, since that tire or sensor is right there in that mouth, it's just going to fall right tight.
