I love it when these big corporations don't do exactly what they need to do to take care of their customers. I love it when these corporations don't give a shit about their customers. I love it when these big corporations don't give a shit about their employees. Because you know why? It lets underdogs like me and you, the smaller guys, take over. So a lot of people ask me, Mike, how can I beat my competition? My competition is the big guys. It's very easy to beat these big guys. They don't care. That's the biggest thing. You have to care for the customer more than they do, and that's pretty damn easy.
