So everybody's been asked me to do in house training. So what I'm going to do, I put a program together where I'm going to personally fly out and train your team in person, you and your team. One of the reasons why in house training is way better than just over the phone coaching is we're going to be able to be right there where your feet are and find all the blind spots that are costing you time and a lot of money. And while we're there, we get to actually see with our own eyes the actual process, not just you telling us over the phone what's going on. We can actually see the process with our own eyes and fix anything that needs to be fixed. Right then I'm going to come in there and have total immersion in the company. I want to know everything from the front to the back, from the top to the bottom. And I'm going to be working shoulder to shoulder with you and your team. I'm going to be there before you or your team gets there because I want to know exactly how you all set the tone for the day. And while I'm there, I get to see how exactly how everything flows. Your sales flow, your service flow, everything has to flow a certain way in order for it to run without you. And everybody knows I have high standards. So what we're going to do, we're going to go in there in your company and put standards on anything and everything. That way these standards are non negotiable for your team. And while I'm there, I can correct anything right there on the spot. So a lot of times, say, if we're coaching on the phone, I can tell you about it. Then you got to go and try and correct it yourself. And maybe they don't. Your team don't trust you, maybe your managers don't trust you. There's a lot that goes on in the company, but when I'm there, we're going to be able to correct it right then, right there. And I'm going to show you exactly how it's done and I'm going to show you how leadership is done. One of the biggest things we work on is leadership. I'm going to teach you all the leadership skills. That way your team not only respects you, they'll do anything for you. And before I leave, you and your team is going to have total control over that company. That company will be able to run without you. You can actually take a vacation. You could take a day off without your phone blown up. How nice would that be. So I'm not only going to give you five days of intense one on one training with me and your team, we're going to be shoulder to shoulder. I'm going to be in there in the trenches with you, working. Not only that, I'm going to give you a year of one on one coaching with me personally.
