This is a YouTube video titled "Why We Charge $0 To Patch A Tire" containing a recorded demonstration from March 18, 2024, showing two speakers explaining and performing a tire repair process, highlighting why the repair is offered at no cost due to the high value of the tire. The content is instructional and focused on tire maintenance.
This Falken Rubertrek at is a really good tire. As you see, it's still got a lot of tread life on it, but the issue is it's got a screw in the tire. So we're need to repair that up, and I'm going to show you why we only charge $0 to repair this tire. So you don't want to get rid of this tire because this tire costs about $2,000. All right? So as you see, the head of that screw is coming right through the inside of that tire. So we're going to have to get that out.
All right, first we're going to start taking this screw out. All right, now we mark ready where we're going to put that patch at. All right, first we're going to prep it.
Now we buff it. All right, now we put on the vulcanizer cement.
All right, here we use the two piece combo. So you wanted to fill up the hole so water doesn't get in there, mess up your patch. So now we take this, we stitch that patch down. All right, now we take our snips and we'll snip that end off. Now we'll take and vacuum out everything. All right, now we got everything.
