So I got a lot of businesses always ask me, why can't I find good employees? Why can't I keep good employees? Well, let me fucking tell you, it's real simple. Take your ass, go look in the mirror. Do you look like a leader? Do you speak like a leader? Do you treat people like they should be treated, or do you treat them like you're a damn— just a damn boss? Put yourself in their position, because you was there before, right? Do you want somebody to talk bad to you? Now, do you want somebody to be hard on you when you know that you should be hard on? Do you give grace when people mess up some stuff? Yeah, you have to, because you would want it as a leader.
