Right now you're not at the lowest point in your life yet, but you feel really close. You know, you work a long hours, six, maybe even seven days a week, and somehow you still feel like you're losing at the end of the day. You know, you thought opening the business would just be totally different. More money, more freedom, more control. But you know what you got instead? You got a job that owns you. And you. And then you say you lost your passion. Nah, you didn't lose it. You just forgot your why. Why you started that company. And right now you're at your breaking point in your business. And right now, and you know it's spilling over in the house, you walk in the door, mentally checked out, your wife wants you present, your kids want your attention and damn, you're exhausted. You know, you keep telling yourself you're doing this for them, but they're barely getting you. You say nobody wants to work, but let me challenge that to you. You know, maybe they just don't want to work for you. And that's not an insult, that's a damn wake up call. You know, and you started a business. You know how to do the work and that's why you open up your business and you saw the revenue that your last company was doing. Oh, I can make all this money. I can do it all myself. But you know, but doing the work is not the same as running that company at all. You gotta understand leadership systems, standards, culture, hiring, all the numbers. And at the end of the day, that's a different skill set and that nobody taught you. So now you stuck. You working harder, you're making more, less money. You know, you're feeling tired as hell at the end of the day when you walk, walk in the door and your ego keeps telling you, I'll figure this out. But if, if you're going to figure it out, you would have already done it on yourself if you could do it by yourself. This isn't motivation. This is about structure. You didn't build a business. You built a self made prison. You got the golden handcuffs. And here's the truth. You put yourself there. Which means you're the only one, only one that can get yourself out. So if you're serious about fixing this, and if you're serious about building the business that runs without you, like I did. And, and if you're serious about being, becoming the leader that somebody wants to actually follow, just give me a text. 704-617-7848. I got your back.
