If you're the one still having to change tires, you're the problem in your business. So it's a leadership issue. So it's not like I'm busting anybody's balls, right? So what I'm saying is when us as, like, techs or mechanics or whatever we are, right, we go from working somewhere to owning our own company, and we think that, oh, we're going to make all this money and we're going to have all this extra time. And you know, you. The total opposite is what it is, right? So a lot of times you can make more money working for somebody than you do owning your own business. And if you think I'm a lie, put them in. Put it in the comments. We'll have a conversation about it. The thing is, we know how to do the work, right? We know how to work on the cars, we know how to change the tires. We know how to do all that. Most of all, the people that open up a shop that used to work for somebody goes bankrupt. The reason being is because they don't understand exactly how to run the shop itself because the shop runs them. So you got to learn a lot of different skills in order to run your own shop. And that's why a lot of you guys are not making the money you want to make. A lot of you guys can't leave the shop when you want to leave. Like, you can't take 30 days off if you wanted to. There's no way you could. You probably can't even take five days off if you wanted to without your shop going crazy. So if this is you, which I know it is, and because I used to be you a long time ago, but I figured it out real fast. But you got to have somebody that's been there where you are right now. I've been there, so I understand it. I am you. You or me, we are both the same people. I understand. I didn't come from no corporate world. I came from the streets. And I came and I. And, and I started when I was young and, and I sold out when I was 36. I was able to retire. Now, if this is something you want to do, let's have a conversation.
