Watch for the July PCE report to see if inflation has peaked. Download a free checklist on five ways income leaks from apartment buildings, crucial if interest rates shift. Get a detailed breakdown Monday after the report drops.
Here is what I would do this week. 3 things. 1, mark your calendar for the July PCE report. That is the number that will tell us whether the inflation peak is confirmed. I will break it down for you the Monday after it drops. 2, download my free NOI leak audit checklist. It walks you through the 5 places income slips out of an apartment building. If the rate picture is starting to turn, you want your building ready when the window opens. Link in the description.
