Orchestrating Dynamic Data Flows, AgileData Engineering Pattern #1 - Episode #67

Shane Gibson and Nigel Vining explain how they replace static pipeline DAGs with a runtime-generated manifest built from rules stored in a central database. When data arrives, a lookup builds the downstream jobs, tags them, and fires them in parallel. Changes to rules or schema are validated in a draft layer before promotion, and Pub/Sub messages trigger the next step automatically.
