When automation breaks CI/CD #substack #shorts

In this short, Shagility describes a large‑scale automation setup where a team operated roughly 200 Claude 2.0 × max accounts behind a custom router. The router kept context out of Claude, maintained a backlog and an external knowledge base, and round‑robin‑distributed tasks across all accounts overnight to achieve up to eight hours of continuous programming while the team slept. This massive commit rate overwhelmed GitHub’s CI/CD pipeline: each 30‑minute round‑robin cycle generated a flood of code changes, ultimately breaking the integration window and causing CI/CD failures.
