And I am officially live, so welcome to my YouTube family and to my Facebook family. So if you are on Facebook, I highly encourage you to come over to my YouTube channel, Shakeeta Torres, and subscribe to my YouTube channel because, as you know, on Facebook they are beginning to pull down, um, lives, um, and the dates are not in order. They're like random dates. So, um, a lot that I did last week is still up on Facebook, but many— a lot that I've did before in the past, over the past 3 or 4 months or so, are already taken down. Okay, but everything that I've had thus far that I went live on or recorded is all on my YouTube channel, and YouTube is going to be my main focus, um, moving forward as I continue to produce, um, long-form content. And so welcome again. My name is Shakeeta Torres. I am a Christian business coach and mentor. And I am the founder of Anointed to Coach. Anointed to Coach, it is a program designed for life coaches who have not launched or who are looking to relaunch their services. Okay. And so I'll get into that more in just a little bit. But today, I want to really share with you my new series on my YouTube channel about different tools that I have used to help me to achieve a 5-figure launch. Okay. So I'll be doing many tutorials over the next few weeks to really show you some of the behind-the-scenes things that I have done that has helped me to be organized, to be streamlined, and to really be able to produce at a higher rate, to be honest. And so I know that tech is a really big issue that a lot of coaches struggle with. And what I've seen is that many coaches are anointed, they're appointed, They know how to counsel and coach clients, but they struggle with marketing. They struggle with the tech stuff. They struggle with how to get things in order. Okay? And so with that being said, I also have a free guide called Tools That I Used to Launch My Five Figure Business. For one program now, when I say five figures, I mean off of one program, not just stuff here or stuff there that I have already created, but off of one program. Okay? And I scaled that to that, and I'll make more and more and more, okay? As the months and the years continue to go, I have my system, my system now, all right? And when I say system, what works for me and my audience, okay? In order to work on and preparing to launch a program, okay? And so today I'm going to be going over a tool called Trello Board. Trello Board, I love this tool. I have been using this tool since 2020, It is highly focused on being organized. Um, you can do so much with it. And so today I'm going to actually share my screen with you all and really walk through— you walk with you, um, some of the things that, you know, I do and I use Trello board for. So I'm not going to be up here before you long, maybe about 10, 15 minutes or so, and then we'll be done. Um, this tool is free, okay? Um, I'm doing this because I know that it's going to help many of you who are ready to really put the pen to the paper, but in this case, put the pen to the Trello board. Okay, for me, I am— how do I learn? I learn in different ways. I learn audio, I'm a visual learner, I'm a hands-on learner. And so with YouTube and being live, I'm able to show you all those aspects, right? If you're a visual learner, if you're an audio learner, if you like to take notes, take notes. Okay, and so again, don't forget to subscribe to my YouTube channel, hit the hit the like button and comment if it blessed you. Okay, so I'm gonna go ahead and share my screen and show you the website to Trello. So if you comment while I am up here, um, I will not be able to see it until I come back to this particular tab because I'll be going to the tab for, um, Trello board and I won't see your comments until I actually come back for the tab for my live. Kadoki. All right, here we go. So I think I'm going to leave it that size. Let's do this size. Yes, here we go. All right, so if you go to, um, Trelloboard.com or Trello.com, that's where you'll be able to find, um, this particular, um, tool. And so, as I said before, I've been in this program here for since 2020. Um, recently they have changed their interface just a little bit, but I like it. I have been using a free version for years. They do have a paid version where it's linked to your calendar, but I use my Google Calendar, and I use also other tools that I'll go over in the next few weeks that obviously help me to publish content, um, and things like that. So I actually created a new account because my current account that I have, you guys, it is full of ideas, full of projects, full of so many different things that I have been creating and building now for many, many, many years, okay, um, through my businesses, okay. All right, so right, what I did, I made a whole new account, and if you come to the left over here you'll see where it has workspaces at. And so you can create a workspace just for your one business. It can be for one project. It can be for a book you want to write. It can be anything. But for me, I'm going to put Empowered Purpose Academy. It's my academy where I host all of my certifications, my worksheets, books, courses. Oh God, free lead magnets, all geared towards Christian leaders. Christian life coaches and Christian therapists, okay? And I'm still building and creating so much content as we speak, all right? And so under that workspace, which is here, I put here Anointed to Coach. So this right here is the program that I am launching on Thursday, um, at— after our live webinar. So I encourage you to register for the live webinar. It'll be Thursday at 7:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. Um, and I'll be going over, um, more information and details about, you know, being a life coach and what it takes to really reach, you know, your goals financially. Okay, because in this season, the Lord really wants to bless his people, and you need to be prepared. You need to be positioned to be able to receive that, and you cannot do that without systems, without structure, uh, without planning, and without support, to be honest. Okay, so I created a board here, um, EPA for short. So I put here Anointed to Coach. So here, this is what I love about Trello board. Um, I've always been like an index card type person, and so to me this reminds me of index cards. When I look at this, to me I see index cards. So for example, um, when the Lord gave me the vision for Anointed to Coach, he began to minister to me, um, it's been a few months now. About Anointed to Coach. It is not a spin-off, but it is a— how can I explain it— a part 2 to those who have become certified Christian life coaches. So my students that I have now, um, for cohort 2, um, they have been blessed. Oh my God, it's been amazing. But I also see that people have not launched, or they have not— or they need to relaunch their life coaching Christian business. Okay, so this is what I always do with every project, for every book, with everything that the Lord has given me to create. You got— you all, and God is the master creator. I have not had to copy anybody. Okay, I get inspiration, of course, by people, through people who are creatives in my— within my area and sphere of influence., but everything I have created has come from God himself, and he is no respecter of persons. So you do not have to copy anybody in order to be successful, in order to create great products, okay? And I create amazing products with the help of the Holy Spirit and putting the work in and time in, um, to be able to do so. So the first thing I always ask is 5 questions: the who, what, when, where, and how. This has helped me tremendously on knowing when to launch something, when to create, because I know I am a creative. I have a kazillion ideas, okay, that can come to me all at one time. Uh, most of the time it's from the Lord, sometimes it's just me, okay, just brainstorming and coming up with different things. And so I have to be able to like sift through those different things so that way I'm not overwhelmed and working on a kazillion things at one time. Because if you don't get some order and structure in all your ideas, you're going to be all over the place, and you're not going to be able to truly see fruit in that particular area if you cannot focus on it long enough. Okay, so the first thing here, um, I just put here the vision. Okay, and here, um, okay, who is this for? What is it? Who, what, when, where, and then how. So I go over each one so you kind of see what it looks like in each particular, um, card. So here, um, you can— I can put here, okay, who is this for? Um, this program— I'm not gonna write the whole entire thing— is for Christian life coaches who have not launched or who needs to relaunch their Christian life coaching services. All right, that's what I'll put. Now I'll put save here. Okay, um, then I would go back here. Okay, What is it, right? So either the pro— this is for me, I'm like, God, is it a program? Is it a mentorship? Is it long-term? Because I know that I create programs now. And so, I mean, you know, before when God first gave it to me, um, I thought it was going to be like a long-term like mentorship group, um, but then as I begin to continue to hash it out, continue to seek him for clarity, um, it's a program, okay? It's a program Um, that currently is different tiers to it, okay? And I didn't get that all at one time either. It came as I continued to work on this program, okay? Um, so it is a mentorship program that is short-term, but I will share the details of all of this on Thursday evening, okay? So be sure to register. So it's a mentorship program that is short-term Um, and it is tiered. Okay, once again, I didn't get the tiered part until later. Okay, and then I'm like, God, all right, when should this be launched? When should I do this program? Okay, and he did. He told me right after I get done with my current students now, um, for those who are certified Christian life coaches now, then I will go into marketing this and being out. And then also our first class will be September 11th. So enrollment opens, um, August, um, the 7th and closes September 7th, and we have our first class on September the 11th. Okay, yes, that's right. Um, and so once again, I didn't get all that at one time, but he kind of gave me an idea of when to do it. So it launches initially— I had launches in August Okay, and honestly, it's all I had in the very beginning. Okay, so then I'm like, where, right, where will I have this at? Will it be in person? Will it be via Zoom? And of course it's going to be, um, via Zoom, online. And the reason why, you know, you need to make sure you know this is because if you're planning like a conference or a summit or anything like that, you need to know, is it going to be in person? Is it going to be online? Or is it going to— is it going to be both? Okay, so where. All right, how. How am I going to deliver this program? Okay, and once again, I'm doing it through my platform which is called Kartra, and I will need Zoom to deliver it. Okay, so this is what I typically have in the beginning whenever I have an idea for something, okay, that God has given me. Um, then I have to go back, right? And I always go back to this. I go back to the vision because I'm telling you, when you're building out something, um, it's easy to lose focus. It's easy to forget, um, what the Holy Spirit told you. It can be easy to forget, you know, what, what you came up with. And I know sometimes for me, like, I say, you know, I'm working or I'm out near my computer, um, I can actually go in the app full Trello board and do this, or I can go in my notes on my phone, on my, um, iPhone, and put it there. And then later I'll come back and I put the highlights of that within Trello board. Okay, um, so once again, this is who it's for. And so I need to market to them. I need to be able to speak their language. I need to be able to say, okay, what do you guys need, right? What are you guys struggling with? And that helps me to be able to, um, be able to create content centered around that. And I already have an idea because I've been there myself. Okay, I'm a life coach too, so I've been there done that, okay? And so here I am, you know, almost 6 years later into life coaching. I've learned so much about what to do, what not to do, right? And I know, you know, what it's like to really struggle with tech. I've learned how to do a lot of tech stuff over the years, y'all. I learned a lot, and I'm so proud of myself, okay? Because in the beginning, I felt very overwhelmed, okay? And so then I said, what is it? It's a mentorship group. And then that's when I went back um, later. And the Lord began to mention to me about the different tiers that I could offer, um, for those depending on where they are and what they— and what their needs are. Um, and then when— I already said when, I told you the date for that. And then where and how. And of course, you all, always leave room for error, leave room for the Holy Spirit. The Lord can change something. Also, what I've learned is that, you know, the strategy to do that can change too. So So for example, let's say, um, Lord say do it this way, or, you know, you, you, you know, you go, you go and do it a certain way and it's not working. You have to change the strategy. It's not the program itself that God gave you, it's the strategy. And oftentimes I believe that's what happened whenever, you know, we are new in coaching or new in anything for that matter, and we trying to launch it and it is not working. A lot of times it is the strategy. So go back and say, okay, God, This is not working, okay, give me something different, right? And he can do that for you. I've been there. I'm like, okay, this is not working. It's not yielding the fruit I want to see. What's going on? Go back and revamp it. Go back and revamp it, okay? This is how I use Trello board. So what I also love about Trello board here is that you can actually put dates, okay? You can put dates as to where you want something to be due. And it will send you an email and notification, let you know, hey, this task here is due by this date. Like, for example, right? I know that Thursday I have my live webinar. If I go up here and I might put up here marketing, and then I'll put here, you know, live webinar is part of my marketing for this, right? I had to go in here. And I put date, but I'm like, and I can put when I'm having it, which is like August 7th, right? Then you can also do a checklist here. So what are the things that you need to have done in order to have this live webinar? Okay. And so for me, it's creating the PowerPoint, creating the event on Eventbrite. You know, I might need to create my ads on Facebook/Instagram, right? The different things that I do, and I'm, you know, always testing on watching to see if it's working, um, in order to market this live webinar. Okay, then here you can also put members. So let's say you have, um, someone that you are having to help you with this, you can add them to this board and you can, um, add them via email or I think through their name too, and you can assign them certain tasks. And guess what, you can also put due dates for them as well. I love this, y'all. Listen, this is amazing. I love this board. Um, you can also move stuff around. I know earlier when I first got on, it had like, you know, done, had to do, um, done. And you can put— we can move that from that to-do section over here to done. All right, so hopefully that makes sense, you all. If you have any comments so far, chat. Okay. Alrighty, so also you can do, you can add here labels, checklist members, attachments. I love this too. So let's say that, you know, there's an outline or a document that I am using to outline the live webinar. I can literally attach it, okay? And I can choose a file, and then my file stuff will come up here, and I can attach it that way. Because sometimes, you know, if you're like me and you have a lot of different things you're working on, you know, over the years I have a library full of stuff. So whenever I go and I add and I attach it, I can find it a lot easier. Okay. All right. That's an example. I also want to show you here, you can also change the board. You can change the background of the board to something else, to different photos, to pictures. Um, I know for me, I love waterfalls. Anything with water, I love. It's so relaxing to me. So I might do that. Okay. And also here you have automations. I don't use this part that much here. But you can connect this like Zapier and other apps here. But I don't use any of this stuff. You have Slack, you can connect Slack to it as well. Okay, anything else I wanna go over? And then I love too, you can copy this board. So let's say I have two different programs that I'm running this year, right? I can take this board here because I already have everything in here that I've done before. It's probably my blueprint for future programs. I can copy the board, okay? And I can use it for a different program because I use different, different ways to market what I'm doing, including my blogs. I might put here as well, example, blogs. And then I have a whole bunch of blog ideas here that I can write all about, you know, Anointed to Coach and the different things that people, you know, may struggle with by answering some of their questions through my blog. And my blog is very— I'm high in SEO. And so it is, um, you know, found in Google now, and so much more. Same thing with, um, your clients, right? I say you have a client, you can put— I will put their initials. I wouldn't put, you know, their full name here. Um, let's say I'm Shakeeta Torres, right? You can put S.T., right? And then you can put here, um, you know, the plan that, you know, you're doing, um, with your client, right? Making sure you got the welcome packet, um, make sure you're onboarding them correctly. You sending them the link to enroll into their first session. So it's so much you can do with Trello board, and these are endless. I think there is a limit on each workspace so far, but I have a lot of stuff on my board. As you can see, I can switch my board here, but I'm not gonna switch it, okay? You can have more than one account as well. So, no dates. And then here you can click to kind of filter through, um, to see, you know, what's completed, you know, um, not marked as complete. And also what you can do, and I told you this earlier, whenever you're done with it, you can put complete, complete, right, for different tasks. So I do that a lot too. And so Trello board has helped me tremendously in being organized um, even if I have a vision that the Lord gave me to, you know, to create, but it's like down the line, I'll still create a board for it and just brain dump everything in there that's coming to me for me to pick it up later. Like when I created the nonprofit, you know, the Lord gave me the vision for it and the idea for it like months, many, many months in advance before I actually began working on it. And so when I got it, I just came in here, I just dumped everything in here because oftentimes we can think that God giving us something to do, that it has to be done right now. And that's not true. This is why it's so important to do the who, what, when, where, how. And so you just ask him, when is this for now or for later? And the time God tells me is for later, he'll say, you know, begin to work on it now, bit by bit. And so, yeah. And so I wanted to come up here really quickly to show you all Trello board and how I use it as a business owner., but also it's great too for life coaches, okay? And then my program that I'm having for, um, you all who are ready to scale your business, you know, relaunch and all that good stuff, um, we'll definitely be having a session geared to you, um, all about tech from a tech expert, okay? So I'm excited about that. So be sure to register for the free live webinar on Thursday. Um, it's also in the description box. I'm also doing a book giveaway for my I'm Learning to Coach book series. Let me, um, I'mma stop sharing this so I can share— show you the books. Okay, so here is the books. Here I have 7 books in this series called Anointed to Coach, and it's all about your foundation. Okay, foundation is so important whenever you want to build your business and you want to make money. Okay, if you don't have a strong foundation and like you're not clear about what you're offering, it's going to be very, very hard to build on that. Okay, and so this book, um, it's all about in your niche, your coaching style, your client's coaching style, marketing, building your confidence is a big thing, um, and then also creating your signature offer. So it's 7 books all together, and if you register for the live webinar, you get points. If you share the lead magnet with people, um, they can sign up for the lead magnet, put your name in, you get points. And then also attend the live webinar and in its entirety, okay? And you would get points for that too. And then on Friday, on my birthday, August 8th, then I will go through that morning and before I go about my day for my birthday and tally up the scores to see who the winners are. And I will email you and like, hey, you're the winner for these books. I have 2 winners, not 3, but 2 winners for these books. Books, okay, that will be mailed to you. If you want to purchase the books, you know, individually, you can as well on my website. And again, be sure to like this video, subscribe, comment, and share. I thank you all for those who were on. If you want to go back and watch the replay, um, please go back and do that and put hashtag replay. Um, let me know if you are already, you know, in business, what are you using to stay organized. Like, what are you using to help you to brainstorm and to brain dump and to put everything on paper? Um, as I said before, um, my brain— I have a very creative brain. I love to create. I love to create. I love to teach. And so because of that, I'm always having all these ideas about what I could be doing next, but I can't do it all at one time, right? Um, so again, thank you so much for watching. Um, I will see you guys again Um, live, I'll be live again actually next Tuesday on— next Tuesday, um, August the 12th. I am, I'm having, um, like a, a live, um, testimonial session with my, uh, current life coaching students. We had our last class last week and it was amazing. Oh my God, it was so amazing. These past 3 months with them has been amazing. It has been. So I want you to hear from them. I can tell you all day you know, what happened, how did it go? I want you to hear their story from their own mouth about their experience in my program. And we doing that live on next Tuesday. This Thursday coming up, which is in 2 days, I'm having a live webinar. That's a private session via Zoom. Okay? If you can't make it, still register so that way you can get a replay. And so then after that, the week after that, I'll be going live again. To discuss more tools you can use in your business. All right, if you have any questions, let me know. Put it in the comment section. I'll be sure to answer your questions. Okay. All right, you guys have a wonderful evening. Thanks again for getting on, and I will see you guys next time. Bye.
