Thank you again for being here. Um, please feel free— I never say this ever— but to share, uh, with someone who may need this message on today. Um, and so without further ado, I'm going to go ahead and get into today's message. But you guys, yes, welcome to, uh, Real Talk Tia. She's from Oakland. She's anointed to coach. That's right, that's That's right, you're anointed to coach. Okay, um, and so today's live is actually going to be two-part. Okay, I was talking to the Lord on yesterday, even this morning. Oh my God, it's just so much that you have given me to say that is deeper than this confidence and coaching. And so, um, the first part I'm going to go into, you know, a word that the Lord, um, has given me um, really quickly, and then I'm going to go deeper into, you know, coaching with confidence. But you will see that everything is connected. Everything is going to like flow right into, um, our topic, um, for today. Um, so if you're new to my social media channel, if you're new to me, my name is Shakeeta Torres. Um, my job, you know, my career— I'm a licensed therapist, I'm a life coach, I'm also an author, I'm an entrepreneur. Um, and so many different things that I do, um, but everything is connected to me, to ministries, connected to the Lord. And in my ministry, I am a minister. I am also God's mouthpiece. I'm also a prophet as well. And so what that means is that I release, you know, words that God has given me to the body of Christ. But it's deeper than that. It comes with a responsibility. It comes with, you know, a deeper level of commitment when you are really truly walking in that office. And so I know for a fact that I walk in that It's because the fruit that I bear, not just in public but also in private, okay? Um, and so I'm going to say a quick prayer and then I'm going to, I'm going to what the Lord gave me for you all, okay? So Father, I bless your name, God. I give you the glory, the honor, and the praise on today. God, you just have your way. God, God, speak through me. I am your vessel, I'm your mouthpiece, God. I'm your daughter most importantly, and your servant, Lord. Um, and so Lord, I pray that what you what you have to say and what is released through me today, God, will bring the people clarity. He will bring them insight. It will bring them peace and comfort. And so, Lord, we just love you today, and we give you the glory, the honor, and the praise. Hashem, I pray. Amen. Amen. Amen. Alrighty, so with that being said, if you are on social media at any level, okay, you can see, you know, all the chaos going on, not only in the body of Christ but also in the world. You all, there is so going on in government. There's so much going on in every single mountain of influence. But this has been prophesied to us over and over and over and over again through scripture, first of all, and then through God's mouthpieces, okay? Those that he has called up here to release his word. So for the past, like, almost 3 years now, I've been up here on social media sounding the alarm, telling you guys to prepare. Chaos is coming, and there's still so much more to come, right? Pray for our government, intercede for our government, get in your word, hear the Lord, hear what God has to say, get your heart right, repent. I mean, it's been like late— it's this— it's so layered, you all. And so if you want to hear, um, any of the words I have released in the past from the Lord, um, all of it on my YouTube channel, um, some of my words I posted has been like in, um, in word form where I like post it on my note in my, my, um, on my iPhone, and then I'll screenshot it, and then, you know, I will put it on social media. And so, but most of it is in video, um, format, okay? And so personally, you know, in my, in my ministry online, I have not released, you know, any prophetic words since January. And there's a reason for that. I've been so busy behind the scenes working on my business, y'all, working on making sure that everything is in order with that and also with my ministry. So I've been very, very busy between working, you know, full-time, um, um, from, you know, launching my mentorship programs. I have two that are actually running right now, and the third one that's going, that's coming. And so I've been so busy, um, with that and just being obedient to what God's called me to do, along with my family. I'm a, I'm a wife. I've been married for— it be 16 years in July. I have two children. I have two beautiful daughters. And so I am busy, okay? So I'm very mindful of where I put my time and my energy, and I try to really, you know, operate on God's timing. And one of the things the Lord has, um, you know, want me to do and go back and do is that January 1st of this year, I released, um, a video, um, a prophetic word. It was about the different, um, things going on and to, you know, and to come on Seven Mountains of Influence. So in June, this month, he wants me to go back and look at each video and do like a prophetic update, like a midyear prophetic update. And I will be doing that as well. So pray for me, okay? What is it, June? What's the day? Okay, I got, I got 2 weeks left in June to do this. Okay, so pray for me. All right, um, and so with that being said, um, it's a lot going on in the world. People are hurting, people are, you know, going through, people are just— it's just, it's really sad to see, um, but the Lord has been preparing my mind and my heart for some of what's going on right now. Okay. And one of the things the Lord, um, told me, um, this was like 3 days ago, he said the great divide is here. The great divide that the Lord has been talking about through people is here. It's officially here. And it's so chaotic right now between seeing different people, you know, arguing and fussing about who's right, who's wrong, who's this and who's that. And I always go back to the scripture that says in 1 Corinthians about we're not supposed to be, you know, taking sides in a sense, right? We supposed to take God's side, okay? Christ's side, right? What does the word of God say about situations? No one is 100% wrong, no one is 100% right, okay? And so we should be always on the side of what the word of God says, not our emotions, not our favorite leader, not the person we think or deem to be the most anointed or whatever case that may be, okay? Our goal is to always take the scriptures and measure it to what anybody is saying, okay? It's not about emotions, not about your feelings, ain't about, you know, who said this and who said that, and this person helped me grow 10 years ago. I hear that a lot. This person has poured a lot into me, y'all. Y'all, I've been there, I've been there, okay? I've had people in my life who I honor and I respect and I love who has poured into me, right? But whenever they were in error the Lord will have to use me to bring correction. And it's not easy, but just because someone has poured into you and helped you to grow in areas of your ministry, it don't mean that you supposed to sit here and just like agree with everything they're saying, okay? You have to take that word, okay, and divide it, right? And allow God to give you a revelation about what's going on at all times. Not just sometimes, but all the time. And I have been saying for years, get in your Bible, get in your word, because Oh my God, the enemy is bringing on like even more deception to the body of Christ like never before. He is amping up his game, okay? So that mean we have to amp our game up too, meaning being in our word, remaining steadfast, remaining humble before him, right? Asking him for clarity, asking him for his insight and his vision on what we see. Because if we don't, y'all, we were going to be deceived and fall by the wayside. And I for one don't want to see that happen to nobody. I don't want to see anybody perish, okay? Um, and so even with that, right, the Lord had told me, he was like, you're going to see many people that's going to be exposed that even you honor and you look up to and you, you know, you, you hold in a special value, okay? He said, but don't let that distract you, okay? Come to me, come to me for clarity, come to me for insight. And there are things that God has shown me about specific people on this platform for years that he told me, pray for them, I need you to intercede for them. And that is what I have been doing because I see God has shown me certain things, but it's not for me to come up here and expose it. It's for me to pray, to intercede, because for me, you know, the body of Christ, we as a whole— I'm not saying every— the whole body of Christ, but what we see now, social media, to the world, we look crazy. We already look crazy as it is, right? But up here arguing and doing exactly what they're doing, it's making us look like we crazy. But again, this was prophesied that it was going to happen. So people think that the chaos is just all the enemy. Yes, it is the enemy, but God is allowing it to happen so that he can separate the wheat from the tear. My God, the wheat from the tear. Because the longer someone talks who's in error, and the longer someone continues to go back and forth, back and forth, who's in error, it will expose them. It will expose them. You can't hold a lie forever. You cannot, you cannot. You would tell on yourself every time because a lie had to cover up this lie, a lie had to cover up that lie, and the, and the thing continues to go on. It's a cycle, my God, it's a cycle. Jesus Christ. Let me get in my notes, you all. Let me get in my notes, okay? And so the Lord is saying the great divide is here, and he said that he is separating the wheat from the tear as we speak right now, my God. So do not think it's strange of the things that you're seeing, okay? Because it has to happen. It has to happen. The chaos is pushing the body of Christ forward, okay? And I said that word over myself like 2 or 3 weeks ago. It was so much going on on the back end of my own personal life. Oh my God, this is chaotic. Said the chaotic is pushing you forward, okay? It is pushing you forward, all right? So remain steadfast, remain anchored in me, remain in my word, and I will guide you through this chaos. Okay, and that's the same thing for the body of Christ as a whole. All right, my God. And so let me go to, um, Matthew chapter 13, verse 24 through 30. Many of you who are on today, thank you for joining. Thank you, Alonzo, for joining. Um, someone's on LinkedIn, they've joined as well. I thank you all who are on Insta— on Instagram. Okay, you guys have read this before, I'm sure you have, right? The parable of the wheat and the tare. But I'm going to read it real quickly again. I'm going to break it down and I'm gonna give you the revelation that God just gave me even the more this morning about this word. All right, so here it is. 24 says this: He presented another parable to them. The kingdom of heaven may be compared to a man who sowed good seed in his field. Okay, but while people— but while people were sleeping— okay, when I listen I'm gonna get into that in a moment. His enemy came, sowed weeds among the wheat, and left. When the plant sprouted and produced grain, then the weeds also appeared. The landowner's servants came to him and said, Master, didn't you sow good seed in your field? Then where— then where did the weeds come from? Okay, so let me go back, right? So verse 25 said, but while they were sleeping Many of us have been asleep, okay? And so I know just yesterday I heard a, um, heard a, a woman of God say there's so many false prophets out here, false teachers, but also there are those who have been called by God who have been led astray, who have fallen, you know, behind the scenes because they have like left God, okay? They have left God, okay? Left God out of everything, okay? But we don't necessarily see it. Because it looked just like the wheat, right? It's the tare. And a lot of times they're able to do that because as a body, we're asleep. We've been sleep, y'all. We've been sleep. Many of us, God has called to come to the forefront, but because of fear and because of lack of confidence, okay, we have not pushed forward, okay? Many of us asleep because we're just lazy and don't want to put the work in or the labor it requires to do ministry in the work of the Lord. Okay, it's so many reasons why many of us have been asleep. Okay, but honestly, like, in my spirit, like, we have no more excuses, y'all. We have no— we have no more— no more excuses. And I've been feeling this word for it now. I feel like— but I know for a fact God has told me this time and time again. Many people who refuse to do their part is going to be left behind. And not because God don't love you, but because you refuse to do the work. And you will not receive a harvest. You would not. Okay, if you have been working and doing your part in the kingdom of God that God require of you, you will see a harvest, period. It's going to come. All right, so back to the word. So 26 says here, when the plant sprouted and produced grain, then the weeds also appeared. This shows that we cannot tell what wheat and what is tare— weeds, right? It's on because they both look alike at the baby phase. Okay. And so, as I said before, they were sown amongst us who are true believers, who are true for the Lord. And some of us have— haven't had that confidence to truly, like, to really branch out and do what God calling us to do. But the tares have— the tares have been trying to choke out the wheat. Okay, all right, all right. So here we go, 27. So the landowner's servants came to him and said, Master, didn't you sow good seed in your field? Then where, where did the weeds come from? So again, the laborers had no idea there was weed around them, either out of their own selfish ambition or God did not reveal it to them because it has not, um, been time yet. So I'm definitely well aware that there are times when the wheat may co-labor with the tares and not even know it. I've been there, and I was so upset. Oh my God, I didn't call— I didn't ask you. I didn't pray about this person, this situation, this organization. And you just kept telling me to move forward, okay? And I'm like, but God, but here we are now, and now I'm seeing this people, person, or group, or organization is corrupted. I said, God, I know that I'm seeking you. What, what did I miss? He said, daughter, you didn't miss anything. He said, oftentimes I use you and many others to go into situations to try to bring about change, to bring my love, to bring clarity, right? But they refused it. And so when they're refusing it, right, I have to expose even more to you so you can see, and then I'll let you know when it's time to go. I have been in so many places, so many situations where the Lord has had me to go in, and I'm like thinking, okay, this is going to be XYZ, okay. But then as time go on, I'm saying, oh, all right, God, this is an assignment for me, right? And whatever God tell me to do, that's what I do. But my number one thing is prayer. Prayer, y'all. We cannot neglect the power of prayer. Prayer in the secret place, okay? And doing what God is asking you to do while you are there. See, oftentimes as believers, we want to always be comfortable. I'm guilty of that too. I'm like, God, I don't want to be here. Why do I have to keep being here? He said, when you told me yes, when you surrendered your life to me, you gave me permission to use you. So we look at Christ's life, right? We can see how he was always persecuted, how he was always shunned, why he was always talked about. He was always, you know, in something with somebody because God was using him to break stuff down, to break religion, to break racism, to break many different things that need to be broken in the world right now as we speak. And so we can't continue to keep saying, 'Woe is me,' and complain about every single thing that comes our way. We are going to be persecuted, but what helps us to endure that is being in community with real believers, being in our word, right? Seeking the Lord, allowing God to refresh us. There's time— oh my God, I am tired, like I don't want to be here because it's just so much. God said, let me refresh you. I'll refresh you. I'll grace you. Just ask me for it. And I was like, God, here I am. And he refreshed me every single time. And so whenever we claim to be believers, we are going to endure some things, and it does not feel good to our flesh, okay? But we should rejoice, okay? According to— I think it's in— I can't think of the book right now in scripture. If you know it, put it in the comment section for me. We should rejoice, right? Because we are reigning with Christ, okay? And this right here is temporary. This is short-term. This is not forever. All right, let me keep going, let me keep going. So verse 28 says this: An enemy did this, he told him. This is the, um, the farmer, um, talking to, you know, I guess one of his— I would say one of his students in a sense, right? So, so do you want us to go and pull them up? The servants asked him, right? The servant talking to the farmer. He said no. When you pull up the weeds, you might also uproot the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest. And at harvest time, God's judgment— I'll tell the, um, I'll tell the reapers, gather the weeds first, tie them up in bundles to burn them, but collect the wheat in my barn. In my barn. My God, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus. And so when we look at this, you guys, we have to remember that anytime Christ is talking, right, not only just him but even Paul and many others, and it's spiritual. It's spiritual, it's spiritual, it's spiritual, okay? And so God has allowed for a season, for some time, for the wheat and the tare to grow together. Because as I said earlier, you cannot tell in the infant stage, right, what's the wheat and what's the tare. And so if they begin to grow, then you'll be able to— oh, wait a minute, that's not wheat, that's tare. And the Lord is saying, I will uproot them. I will uproot them. I will uproot the tear, okay? And so what could that look like though? Many times people say, you know, well, God gonna do it, God gonna take care of it. Yes, but there are people that God has called up here to sound the alarm, okay? It's not many, honestly, it's not that many, but you do have some who are just doing it just for clout, who are doing it just to, you know get their social media, you know, channels up and going, all right. But there are people that God has called to sound the alarm. And last year the Lord told me, he said, I'm sending in the whistleblowers, okay. And when I look and I see people who are whistling, my God, they don't have a platform like that. They don't care. They, they don't care. They just up here sharing what they've been through, sharing their experience, right. God has— God said I'm going to embolden them, and he did just that. He did just that, y'all, and he is still doing it. So when you see a person coming forth with information, right, pray, seek the Lord, get clarity if you feel led to. Now, for me, I don't have time to sit here and look at every single thing. I can't. I got stuff to do, okay, for the kingdom, okay? But what I'm saying is, if something's like catching your attention and catching your eye, you ask the Lord and he will. And God has shown me, he like, yep, they telling the truth. I'm like, oh. Okay, well, let me just continue to pray. Let me just continue to pray. Okay. And yeah, it takes prayer and discernment and being in your word, you guys. It— because many people are so— are still deceived by so many false prophets, false teachers, those God have rejected as well because they refuse to repent. And so I put here, right, so God has rejected the tear Okay, time and time and time and time and time again. And now the Lord is exposing them at a greater level, and it's already happening. It's going to continue to happen over and over and over and over and over and over again. Okay, so here's some more notes I have here, um, as far as revelation. And so the wheat, right? I just said earlier, the wheat and the tare is growing together. And so with the wheat, right, the believers God has had in the background, he has been building your confidence. He has been taking you through the wilderness season, pruning you, stripping you. I'm testing you time and time and time again. You've been doing a lot of stuff, right? He's been preparing you and maturing you, right, so you can be this, this beautiful, ripe, and healthy wheat. Okay, and so for me, I'm a big researcher. I like to go and like look at things at a deeper level. And it says here, um, the time it takes to grow wheat can vary depending on the type of growing conditions the conditions, right? With the conditions, right? You're testing, you're grooming, all that. But generally ranges from 100 to 250 days. And even now that I'm reading this, right, it depends on what God has called you to. The greater the calling, the greater the anointing, the more you have to go through, point blank, period. Like, I'm at a point now, I don't even complain no more. Okay, it's a part, it's a part of my, my process. That's it, that's it, a part of the process. I was telling my students the other, uh, Thursday night, you know, for my coaching program, I'm like, listen, like, we talking about persecution and enduring. I was like, I go through stuff every single week, but I, I don't complain no more. Why? Why? It come with the territory. It come with the territory, you all. And the more you called to, okay, the longer, the deeper, the harder it will be, period. Many folk want to profess, I'm anointed, I'm this and I'm that, but are you willing to pay the cost for it? It come with a cost, a great cost. It does. So spring wheat takes, you know, can take 100 to 130 days, while winter wheat can take 180 to 250 days, with some of that time spent dormant during colder months. My God. So as a body of Christ, we have to remember that everything that we see in the natural right now, we see going on now is a direct reflection of what's going on in the spirit. Everything we see is spiritual. Everything we see is spiritual, y'all. And the Lord had to really, you know, show me that time and time again. I'm like, God, I'm seeing these— it happened in the spirit first. So a lot of times he would show me things in the spirit. I'm like, well, God, why am I seeing it? I don't see this now. But now he said, no, I'm showing you what's brewing in the spirit so you can pray or prepare. Because something that I see in the spirit, it's going to happen, but it is for me to prepare or share up here or share online for folk can be, you know, you know, be prepared for it. Okay, some of it you can pray and intervene for it to not happen, but you have to ask the Lord like, Lord, okay, is this prophecy conditional? Is this word, is it unconditional? Right, conditional mean that if this happen, then this will happen. Unconditional mean it's going to happen anyway. Okay, so you have to ask God and seek the Lord for clarity about what you're seeing. Okay. So right now the Lord is allowing chaos because for one, this is part of biblical prophecy being fulfilled. I did a live, um, last year. I look at my YouTube channel, October 2024, um, called What Season Is the World In? And I talked about here that we in the Great Tribulation, and the Lord had me break down Matthew 24, okay? And I've never really thoroughly read it prior to that, right? All of what all, all what they entail. So I spent like the whole entire week in the word studying, trying to get understanding so I could be prepared to release the word that God gave me for that time. So we are in the Great Tribulation. If you want to look at it, just let me know in the comment section and I'll be sure to, um, post that. And I'll be sure to, you know, send it to you in your DM if you want that. Okay, so don't let what you see distract you or throw you off course, but most importantly, don't allow it to make you neglect God. Do not allow it to, to cause you to turn your back on the Lord and turn your back on your calling, turn your back on your ministry, turn your back on whatever God's calling you to do. And it's easy to do because when you see so much going on, you're like, oh man, see, here we are again acting like the world. I came to the kingdom so that I could have some level of peace, some level of integrity, you know. I want to be like the world, right? But you have to understand, as believers, we are a part of the world. We are in the world, and every believer is on different levels of maturity, different levels of understanding and revelation, different gifts, different callings, different, you know, areas of the world, all the above, different dialects, different experiences, right? To me, that's what makes the body of Christ so beautiful to me, because we're all unique, okay? How God used me may not be how he uses you, and that is okay. Leave comparison out the door. Leave it at the door. Okay, don't be like the world. What you carry is more than enough. Let God groom it. Let God refine it. Let God purify it. Let God do that. Okay, and so that's what the Lord, um, you know, has given me. And then this last night, right before I went to bed, you know, I said before earlier, I was looking at this video of a woman of God, and she was just sharing, um, things that God had gave her. And, um, she said something about, you know, I knew this when she said it. It confirmed what God had already showed me, was in reference to, you know, praying for, you know, these leaders and how people know information about things that's been going on in the background with some of these leaders for years, but they're afraid to come forth because of the persecution. And so she was saying to me, she was like, um, not to me, she was saying, um, come forth because your story, your testimony, what, what God is probably pushing you to share publicly can save thousands of souls. It can save thousands of souls, right? So you got this one, you know, particular leader, and they have done some foul stuff to you or people you may know time and time and time and time again, and you feel that nudge to come forth, right? And the Lord, you know, is telling you to do, but you're afraid. She's saying do it anyway because it can set thousands of souls free. Thousands of souls, that's a lot of souls. In that moment, the Lord began to minister to me. He said, for a season I've had you praying for these leaders, those who have been blinded, those who have been deceived, those who have fallen in private, okay? He said, but now, daughter, I want you to shift your prayers for the sheep. Shift your prayers to pray for the scattered sheep, because they're going to be scattered sheep everywhere. And you know that when sheep are slaughtered and scattered, it's a hot mess, okay? Some might be bleeding, might have broken arm, broken legs, right? So as a body, we have to prepare for these people. My God for these people. And one of the things that I'm so grateful for is that even through my seasons of testing and going through different ministries and churches and being hurt, abused, and persecuted, I never turned my back on God. But that's not everybody's story. Everyone don't have the same stamina. You have people, you know, because somebody fall, it will cause them to fall because they have lost hope in God. Okay, and so everyone is not there or mature enough to really fully understand and grasp the fact that people are people, right? And the enemy, you know, he comes in like a thief to sow seeds. And that's what happened to some of these leaders. They started off on the right foot, right? But the enemy came in and sowed seeds. And you have those, again I said before, who came in, you know, under the radar and God never called them, and they have deceived the masses. Okay, and so you will see more stuff come out about people, okay? But don't let that discourage you and cause you to turn your back on the Lord Jesus Christ, okay? Um, and so yeah, so if you are, you know, you should be intercessing, you should be praying, right? But include it in your prayer time, your prayer list. Pray for this sheet, pray for the people that, you know, that needs healing. Pray for them to come back into the sheepfold, right? Because they are not going to trust people like they used to. And that's honestly— it's okay, it's lessons in that, okay? And like last year, you know, around this time, maybe a little bit sooner than this, um, I had a dream that I was in a particular, you know, leader's home and I was sweeping the floor. And it was, it was actually, it was more to the dream, but I'm telling you this, just this one part. And, um, I said, God, what in the world? He was like, you got to clean you got to clean house. He said, I'm going to use you to clean house because my sheep have not been fed, they have not been discipled, they have not, you know, matured, okay? They are limp, they're still babies in Christ, and they should be more mature than what they are. But this leader has refused to do that. This leader continues to give them milk, and I'mma give you the meat, okay? My student, they tell me, Shakeeta, I be pushing them like, no, we gonna get it done, okay? We gonna get it, we gonna push in this word, okay? I'mma push you, all right? Jesus. Okay, so my next part. All right, so now, my God. Hey, how you doing, Ashley? I am who I am. And yes, Alonzo put, I won't complain, that's the truth. Yes, he put amen, hallelujah. Amen. Let me go on Instagram real quick. I got the next part. Yes, Real Talk Tia put true. Yes. Yes, absolutely. Okay, and so now I'm going to go into the part 2, which is Anointed to Coach, right? Building your confidence. And you're probably, probably thinking, what does that have to do with what everything I just said, what the Lord just had me to release, right? Everything. It has everything to do with it. Everything. Because I know for a fact that there are people up here who God has called to coach and you've already been certified, you've already did all the work, right, to get, you know, to get everything done, but you're not coaching because of confidence, right? Becoming a life coach, right, and wanting to counsel other people, it takes a level of vulnerability, and it takes like you stepping outside of your comfort zone to be able to do that. So I know for me, you know, I was a therapist first for many, many years, right, oh well over a decade before I began actually coaching. Okay, and even for— even that for me was a journey and a transition because I wasn't online. I had no desire to be in social media like that. But when I decided to start coaching and the Lord was leading me down that path, I'm, oh, oh, I, I gotta be online. I, I gotta, I gotta be able to come up here and market. And also the Lord's called me up here for ministry as well. Okay, and so it does require another level of vulnerability and another level of confidence. For me, I, I believe there's layers to confidence, there's levels to confidence, and you can be confident in this area but not be confident in this area over here, okay? And so I want to kind of go over just a few things about, you know, what that could look like, okay? Um, and share a little bit with you also again about my journey. And so many people, like, they see my now but they didn't see my process, okay? They see my now, they see my process, okay? So I had to go through my own journey in the back, behind the scenes, of dealing with rejection, healing from rejection, allowing God to build my confidence, right? To keep showing up even when I didn't want to, to keep showing up even when I didn't feel the most confident, y'all. And that's one of the ways you overcome not being confident, is to continue to show up no matter what it looks right. So you can go back to my social media in my early days, in the very beginning, and I— to me, I can see, I'm like, God, sound different, I look different. I'm like, my God, like, woo, I thank God for growth, okay? But the growth happened behind the scenes, okay? It happened over here behind the scenes, okay, in the background. And people always ask me, how did you become so confident? I'm like, y'all, it's the Lord. It is the Lord. Now Many people, when I think about the word confidence, they link it to their accolades. They link it to the things that they do, like the education, their degrees, their anointing, their certifications. Um, you know, I know for me, my family is amazing. My husband is amazing. They always speak life into me. I always speak life into them. But it don't— but see, that even— that has a limit. You get what I'm saying? My husband, I love him, he loves me. But even that has a limit. And so I can't depend on him or depend on these things for me to be confident. I have to be confident in knowing who God has called me to be. I have to be confident in asking the Lord, God, show me what you see when you look at me. Show me what's on the inside of me, God, so I can be confident in you. So that when the waves— when things go left, when things go right, when things are up and when things are down— I can still remain steadfast. Because there has definitely been seasons where I had drought, seasons of drought. Oh my God, I'm doing all this work, I'm doing all this work, Lord, I don't see any financial fruit from this. And all I keep— just keep going. I want you to keep going no matter what, okay? Oh my Lord. And so again, I will share that story, I will share my journey at a later time. The Lord already showed me, you will share that one day publicly to people, to let them see and let them know that it's a journey, it's a process, okay? And I've been knocked down, I had to get back up again. I've been knocked down, I had to get me up again. But in that, it produced perseverance in me, it produced character in me, it has stretched my, you know, uh, you know, my thinking. It has caused me to like rise up over and over and over and over and over again so that when the test comes, when things come, right, you can continue to stand and remain steadfast. And so to me, that's what confidence is. Yes, look at Alonso, he put not seeing that financial fruit. Woo! Come Come on, brother. Okay, let's talk about it. Let's talk about it. Okay. All right. I have sown, honey. Listen, I'm once again— I'm gonna share one day. I'm gonna share it. I'm gonna share it. I'm gonna share it. I'm gonna share it, baby. It has cost me everything, everything, and it still does cost, right? But once again, it goes back to that harvest. It goes back to that wheat, right? If you are claiming to be the wheat, right, the wheat has to be fertilized. The wheat has to be pruned. The wheat has to be fed. The wheat has to go through this journey, right, to become healthy and mature. And that's what God wants to produce in us, okay? Maturity and confidence in him and knowing that he's steadfast, okay? So we should be steadfast too, okay? My God. Um, and so also a lack of confidence is also linked to rejection. If you have dealt with rejection in the past from, you know, childhood, all that stuff, if it's not dealt with, it will show up in your life at some point. And I know for a fact that That's— that has happened with so many leaders who are on bigger platforms, not as big, but even small platforms, right? I've seen it, I've seen it, I've seen it, right? My own eyes. People that I know who are anointed and they're powerful, but they're— but they, um, have like low self-esteem. Their self-esteem is so low. How they see themselves is not what— it's not how God sees them. So that's why it's so important to not lean on your anointing for confidence. To not lean on, you know, the thing that you do even for God at times is confidence. That's not confidence, right? And like, here's the thing, like these things that we do, it deposits like that dopamine in our brains or feel-good— oh my God, this is amazing. And it's not a bad thing, it's not what I'm saying. It does feel good to be used by God. It does feel good to, you know, for God to do things through you and you accomplish that. It's amazing. We should be that way. We should be joyous and celebrate when we succeed and overcome things. But if something happens, or if someone has said anything bad about you, or whatever, whatever the case may be, you— it shouldn't be to the point where it knocks you down. You're like, oh man, you know, and you begin to like, you know, begin to dim your light. You begin to pull back, and you like— you begin to not continue to do what God asking you to do, okay? So you got to have that healthy balance. You got to have balance, you all. You gotta have balance, balance, balance. But think about balance. I'm gonna keep saying that, and I say that all the time to my students, to my mentees, to myself. Balance, okay? You gotta have balance, okay? And so then the comparison kicks in because it's easy to go online nowadays and see what Brother So-and-So was doing, but you had no idea what they've been through. You don't know their journey, you don't know their story, what it took for them to get there. But then I also see people who appear to be confident and I've got to know some of these people and they're not, they're not confident. And I can tell by the things they say and the thing they do, okay? And when I say say and do, it can sound like, you know, them put somebody else down. Example, them saying, oh, I could do that. To me, that's not, that's not cool, okay? Or comparing us with the other people. Well, so-and-so did this and did that, okay? Um, well, God, what about me? Me, right? You're comparing yourself, you're comparing your journey to other people, and it's easy to do. It is. If you're not mindful of your thoughts, it can happen. It happens so fast. That's why it's important to go to the word of God and let the word of God renew your mind and renew how you see yourself daily. If you struggle with confidence, I encourage you to get in your— to get in your word. Getting your word, okay? Um, having fear of man is a big thing, right, when it comes to confidence. The big one I see here, especially for those who are coaches, right, is imposter syndrome. Okay, a lot of times, you know, we can have all this knowledge and we have all this wisdom and anointing and oh my God, this amazing, right? But then we feel that we're being a fraud. And for me, I believe that comes in because what we have and what we carry, it comes so easy for us now because we've been doing it for so long, or God has truly like matured these things in us to the point where we feel like, oh well, no one needs it, or it's just too easy. Right? But that's not true. It being easy for you is a sign that you're supposed to be in that lane. That's what God has called you to. That's the area you have mastered. You're not an imposter. You're not a fraud. Imposter means you are a fraud, okay? So I refuse to take on the identity. I refuse to say I'm a fraud. I'm not a fraud, okay? I work really hard to get where I am, both professionally and in my ministry, okay? Um, and so, you know, what are some ways to build your, um, confidence in coaching? Um, number one for sure is once again getting your word. Um, and number two is, um, stop comparing yourself to other people. Um, number three is just do it. The more you coach, the more you counsel people, right, you're learning, you're gaining wisdom. And even, um, as a therapist, right, other, um, younger ones who are just starting now will ask me well, you know, I'm just really questioning about what I should do here, what I should do there. Like, they get so overwhelmed with the process that they won't even start, or they can't even like fully, you know, counsel people because of that. And I'm like, it's a journey. Like, I look back when I first became, you know, a therapist, and I'm like, Lord, I'm like, you know, it's a lot to learn. And God was like, just walk with me, daughter. He said, allow me to walk with you. So there are times when I might see a client that's counseling or coaching, and I'm like, okay, God, What am I going to do? He said, okay, remember that time you learned about this, learned about that, right? Use that. So he'll bring things back to my remembrance, okay? It's like, it's just like scripture. When you read the word of God and when it's needed, the Holy Spirit will bring it back up for you, okay? Same thing with coaching and counseling. When you're doing that with people and you're not sure what to do, you have an idea what to do, and you submitted that, that thing to the Lord, he will bring to your remembrance what you studied. But that requires your time, that requires effort, that requires you putting it in. We gotta do our part, okay? We gotta do our part too, you guys, okay? Another thing here, this is what I struggle with a little bit too, is this like mistaking confidence for arrogance. You can be confident without being arrogant, okay? You can be arrogant and not be confident. Oh my God. Oh my God, I have seen that too, okay? And so being confident, right, and saying, this is what I could do, this is what I'm good at doing, okay, this is what God has called me to— that's confidence. Arrogance is, you know, thinking that you are better than everybody else, you're the only one that got the answer, you, you the best thing since sliced bread, right? I've seen it, okay? I haven't seen it, right? You're being prideful. And once again, it's easy for that stuff to sneak in. It's easy for the enemy to try to come in and sow those seeds into you if you're not mindful and you're not careful. I remember, what, 2 years ago I did a, um, a series called 10 Stumbling Blocks for Christian Leaders. It was amazing. And each week the Lord had me teach on one area that causes a leader to stumble. If you are a Christian life coach, you are a leader. Anytime you are professing to be a Christian and you are doing some kind of work with somebody, you are leading them, you are discipling them, you are sowing seeds into them. So what you carry what you have and what you're pouring out, you're sowing into that person. Think about it that way. You're sowing into them, so you are leading. Whether it's one person, two, five, 100, 5,000, whatever the number may be, you are still leading a soul. And that one soul can go help transfer others, transform other souls, because they've been transformed. Okay, I love it whenever I'm counseling somebody or coaching and I'm like like, it's healed me. Oh, I share what you share with me with my best friend or my mom, and it helped them. Like, glory to God, it's supposed to have a ripple effect, okay? Souls get souls and souls. It's supposed to be like that, right? Back to back to back to back, okay? I love it, I love it, okay? Um, and so, um, again, let me look at my other notes for our confidence. Yeah, I got some more stuff here, okay? So, um, overcoming imposter syndrome, really, to me, I'm big on words and confessions, you guys, and declarations, but I use the word of God to do that. I'm like, God, I'm fearfully and I'm wonderfully made, Lord. My confidence lies in you, Lord. Okay, Father, you have created me for a time. Listen, that's how I speak to myself, okay? For a season, I had sticky notes on my mirror, okay, in my bathroom. It says, put on the armor of God, um, you are fearfully and wonderfully made, okay? And my husband helped me create them, okay? So now I wake up in the morning, brush my teeth, that's what I'm saying, the word of God. The word of the Lord, because the word of God, it transforms, it divides, it cuts through bone and marrow. Oh my, it's powerful. It's a two-edged double sword. My God, the word is powerful, y'all. It's so fine, it's so powerful. And it's built in the secret place. It's built in the secret place. Even looking back, you know, I look at the things that I deem as failure really wasn't failure, it was lessons in there. I'm like, God, what are you teaching me through this particular thing that I didn't feel like I succeeded at? What do you— what is it? And he'll show you. Okay, right here, I want you to get this lesson. I want you to learn this, right? One of the things, especially with women— men can be this way too— but it's emotions. You can't be led and driven by emotions all the time because when you do, you will spiral. I was sharing this the other night with my, you know, with my students again, talking about emotions and how you can spiral and it takes you days to come back. You gotta repent. God, I'm so sorry for being, you know, you know, allowing my emotions to drive me. Emotions will get you in trouble. And when I say that, it can be small stuff, right? So it's important to just pull back when you're emotional. This is what I do. I have to pull back. I'm like, Lord, I'm emotional right now. I'm frustrated. I'm aggravated. I'm not gonna make any decisions right now. I'm not gonna answer nobody phone call like that right now until I get my emotions under control, okay? I'm not going to do nothing until I get that in check. Back, because I know that in emotions we make dumb decisions. Okay, hello, my God, my God. Um, and also here, you know, confidence also affects your marketing, right? If you are, you know, going to be an independent Christian life coach— I say independent if you're not going to work with somebody or for a company, um, you're gonna be independent— you do have to market your services. But people want to see you, okay? And when I say see you, you got to show up. Show up for your people. Show up to who God has called you to serve. Now don't continue to keep scrolling and looking at everybody else post, but show up, right? However God say you show up, you want to go live, go live, do a reel, do a reel, do a post, do a post, okay? Because you already carry what you need to coach to people, but you got to show up for them so they can see who you are and get a feel for your personality, how you speak, how you talk, how you interact with other people. You have to do that. That, okay? And, um, here it says marketing isn't about self-promotion, it's about marketing yourself available to those God has called you to serve as a Christian life coach. Shying away from marketing can actually be a form of disobedience if you've been called to help these people. Even if you're not a Christian life coach, for example, and you are, you know, you're marketing your own personal ministry, like you be a pastor, teacher, whatever it is, you still got to market to the people Marketing, this means sharing your message, okay? Um, marketing confidence isn't, isn't just natural, it's supernatural. If you're spirit-led, your confidence will come from the one who sends you. God will help build your confidence, okay? Show up confidently, right? And then finally, here I put repetition builds confidence. The more you coach, the more you market, the more you show up, the more you teach, the more natural it will become for you become for you. Boldness grows when you stop waiting to feel ready and start moving in obedience. Confidence has to like kind of like catch up, you know. Well, no, you have to catch up with confidence. It's like waiting for you, but you're like, okay, I'm coming, I'm coming, okay. Um, and so with that being said, if today's message spoke to you, right, First part too, for sure. But second part here is about I'm Anointed to Coach. I'm sure you have seen me up here on social media posting about it, probably saw some of my ads about it. I went live about it last Saturday. Last Saturday I covered so much, talked about impartation, I talked about what it means to be anointed to coach. If you want to go back and watch that, the replay of that on my YouTube channel, you can. Um, and so the Lord had put this on my heart to create this program. He really did, y'all. It was not in my plans at all whatsoever. Um, I had shared on last week how my coaching students I have now, we're already in co— you know, in cohort 2, and, um, they were asking me for a book that, um, I knew about there about your coaching styles. And so I went and I looked and I said, God, I was like, I don't see, you know, any books up here about coaching styles. Like, I know what I know, and you know, my programs have been, um, accredited through a different company. Um, I said, so what do I do? He said, you Create it. He said create it. I said, oh, I said, okay. And so I did. So I begin to start working on it, working on the different coaching styles that we could have, um, as life— as Christian life coaches. And but then from there, I began to see that there was more need, more need for, um, books and things like that for Christian life coaches, for them to grow in their calling. And it's not that many out there. Like, most of it's about marketing. I've seen it could be about, you know, skills, which is, which is really good stuff. Now don't get me wrong, What I'm saying is I didn't see anything specific to what my people I have in my program who, you know, was asking for. So what came out of that was Anointed to Coach. And so my books are officially done. They are done, y'all. I shared it last week. There's 7 books here. Um, the first book here is Refining Your Niche. Um, the second one here is Discovering Your Unique Coaching Style, okay? Um, that's the one that she had requested, uh, here as today, Building Your Confidence. These are books/workbooks to really help you, um, to grow in your calling as a Christian life coach. The fourth book here in this series is Understanding Your Client's Coaching Style. And so oftentimes, right, we can be coaching someone and it's not hitting. Like, we can tell when it's not really like flowing the way it should be, and a lot of times we think it's us us, or we think it's them, but really it could just be how they are being coached. Every person is different. I've never had a client before, whether it's therapy or in coaching, where it's done the same exact way. And people have their own styles as well of how they receive information, you know, how they learn. This is why, you know, even in my program, I have a diverse way of teaching them. It's hybrid. So I do some live teaching with them, I have pre-recorded content, content. I put blogs in there, I put books in there, um, you know, videos in there, because everyone learns differently. No one learns the same exact way. Even myself, I love to— I love long-form content. I love it, okay? I don't want shortcuts. Sure, I know, I want to get the full message, okay? So this is Understanding Your Client's Coaching Style. Um, this is Creating Your Signature Offer.. And so this is important, okay? So what I've learned in life coaching, which is very different from therapy, is that you have had to have a process. So once you discover your niche, right, and you are, you know, marketing to these people, you're, you're, you know, ministering to them, sharing what God put in your heart, right? What are you going to offer them? What does the process look like? If people going to spend their hard-earned money into what you have, they need to know some kind of, you know, the format as to what— where they're going to kind of give them an idea. It doesn't have to be perfect, but it needs to be a roadmap as to how you plan on coaching them through the transformation. The sixth book here is, um, Marketing Your Message. Okay, it's all about marketing. And again, every single book here so far is a workbook with questions, all that good stuff. And then the last one here is Creating Your Signature Group Coaching Program. So if you have, you been doing one-on-ones for a while, if you already have a niche, right, this book walks you through how to really, um, break down and start creating a group program. And that's what I've been doing over the past few years. I went from one— from therapy to then doing more coaching to creating courses, um, creating other, like, you know, free content, paid content, um. And now the Lord is leading me to really, you know, create more group programs. And I'm like, it's work, baby. It's work. It's work, y'all. It's work. Okay, um, and so my students I have now who are Christian Life— who are working on becoming certified Christian Life— it's been— it's been, y'all, it's been absolutely amazing. I'm not going to minimize it. I'm not going to do any of that. It has been fire, okay? Pure fire. And we've only met 4 times, and we still got to meet 6 more times, and they have grown in leaps and bounds in like a short amount of time, and they are they ready, okay? And I'm so, so proud of them. So this is a 7-book series. You can buy this in ebook format or you can get it in paperback format. And I just made, um, my order yesterday, um, of these books. And yeah, so I'll put the link for you in here. It should be in the comment section or the— or in the description box on Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. On Instagram, if you want it, just let me know and I can send that to you via DM as well. Um, but then the next part is I am having a VIP, um, workshop series in July. So that is in— it's 3 Saturdays in a row beginning July 12th. So we're going to meet for like 3 hours, maybe a little bit more, um, to really go over these different areas where I will help you answer your questions and get clarity on who you are called to, who you're called to, and so, so much more. So much more. Um, my students so far, they've read the Refining Your Niche one, and every person who's read so far said, Shakeeta Torres, fire! It has truly helped me to get clarity on who God's called me to. And as I said earlier, what, what does this have to do with what's going on in the world right now? What's going on in the world right now is exposure. People are hurting, people are bleeding, people need a fresh wind, people need the Lord. Word, okay? And so we have to be prepared for that. And the Lord is handing out fresh blueprints. He wants to give you a fresh blueprint because some of you guys, God has been shifting to do coaching, um, shifting to get back out there, shifting your message, shifting your ministry, and so much more. And most people don't even realize it. I mean, I shared when I had my interest meeting— what's been almost 2 months ago now— for the coaching program, um I mean, a guy asked me, you know, about his audience, saying, hey, like, they not, you know, reaching out to me anymore. I used to coach them, but now it's like shifting to kind of more some mentorship. I'm like, and the Lord said his audience is shifting. Who I've called him to is actually is shifting, okay? And mine has shifted so many times, but it's the same type of people, but it's a different type of audience. And you have to be able to speak their language, and you learn that through my books, through my books. Okay, so, um, let me look at you guys' comments real quick, and then, um, I will share a few more things and I'll be done. Okay, okay. Um, and so with that being said as well, I want to share one more thing. I'm gonna look at my notes. Yeah. Oh, one more question. So someone— people have been emailing me and asking me, um, do I— am I still, um, certifying Christian life coaches right now? As a group, I'm not. As a group, the group program is officially closed. We already like in the middle of the program. But if you want to do the program, you can do it with me one-on-one, but it does cost more because it's not going to be within a group. Okay, so if you're interested in that as well, um, put it in the comment section and I can send you, um, a link to that as well. Uh, but yes, so The program for that, for the group, is closed. Um, I'll be doing the group program again, um, next year because the Lord has me doing this and some other things that's coming up, okay, in the fall and summer. So without further ado, I am done. Thank you again for getting on, for sticking it, for sticking up here with me. Um, if you have any questions, comment down below or just send me a DM. Um, and yeah, so I'll say a quick prayer and I'm done for today. I'm gonna spend time with my family and get out the house. All right, um, so God, I just thank you, Lord, for your word, Father. I thank you, God, that you are faithful, that you are clear, that God— and that God, you are bringing clarity to the body of Christ. I thank you, God, that you are, uh, separating the wheat from the tares so that we would know, God, who's true and who's not. Father, Father, help us, God, to seek you on everything, to not lean on our own understanding and lean on our emotions. Help us, Father, to slow down and be quick to listen, Lord God, and slow to speak, Lord my God, and to not be consumed by what we see or be distracted. Father, help us, Lord, to be anchored, anchored in prayer, anchored in your word. Father, I pray, God, for peace, God, over our minds, our hearts. Oh God, God, just fill our homes, my God. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, God. You desire to fill our homes, God, with peace. Even in chaos, Lord, we can have peace. We can have peace, God. I know it. I live it. I see it every day, God. I see your peace, God. I see your peace, Lord. And God, help us, Lord God, even as leaders who, God, you are raising up, God, to do more, to take on more, to counsel your people, disciple your people, God, to be ready, to be anchored, my God, to be pure, to have pure motives, to have pure, uh, just pure, just pure love for your people, because they need love, Father. They need love, they need peace, and God, they need your hand. Jesus, my God, thank you for your grace and your mercy, God, that you extend to us every single day. God, I pray, God, for those, Lord, who are falling, who are going through a lot of fall, God, that God they'll repent, God, and that God, they'll come back to you, God, wholeheartedly, Lord God, and that God, they will not, um, stray away from you. It will bring them closer to you. I pray for God, for the sheep, Lord, who are being scattered, God, from the north, the south, the east, and the west, Lord, to be restored. But God, you need us to be in place, God, to help restore them. Even those who are called to coach, Lord, that are anointed to coach, God, help us, God, to be bolder my God, to come forth to share, to share the word, share what you put in our heart, Lord, my God, Jesus. And Lord, we give you the glory, the honor, and the praise. Christ's name I pray, amen, amen, amen. Y'all, it's just so much God is doing. It's just so much. It's so much, y'all. It's so much, Lord. It's so much, God. But it's needed. It's needed. It's needed. So thank you all again for getting on. Let me see if we had any of the comments. Um, once again, if you're just getting on, you can go back and watch the replay. If you're on Instagram, I recommend you go watch it on YouTube, okay? Because on YouTube you can kind of fast forward through some things, and you can also, uh, make it go faster. You can change the speed of it. On Instagram you cannot do that. You can't do that. But you can on YouTube, and you can on LinkedIn. LinkedIn, I'm not sure, but Facebook for sure. But you guys have an amazing Saturday. Um, I'm not sure if I'm going live again Saturday. Again, I probably will, but we shall see. All right, so have a great rest of your weekend and continue to seek the Lord. All right, see y'all next time. Bye.
