How to Build Your Business as a Christian Life Coach in 2026

Let me double check that just to make sure. Yes. So you should be able to hear me. There should not be any audio issues as well. So again, Hello again, thank you so much for being here. My name is Shakeeta Torres and I am a Christian life coach, but I'm also a trainer now. And so what that means is that I also, um, create programs, courses, resources, books, and so much more for Christian life coaches, Christian leaders, and Christian therapists as well. Um, and so, um, tonight, um, as you can see by the title, we're going to discuss how to plan prophetically as a Christian life coach. Okay, um, I began, um, officially coaching online back in 2020, like around the pandemic time, and here it is now, um, it's 2026 almost, and I have learned so much about, you know, making sure that you in tune with the Lord, hearing the Lord, okay, what to do, what not to do, and so much more. And so I truly enjoy, um, teaching others, you know, my knowledge, whether it's through, you know, my YouTube channel whether it's through, um, my Bible studies, whether it's through, you know, consulting and coaching through my paid program. I love, truly love pouring into people, um, to help them grow and reach their maximum potential. And I see myself as a vessel. I'm a vessel to help people to get to the next level, um, and what they're called to do, um, in their ministry and in their business. Okay. And so, um, some of you guys already know me, um, years ago, you know, I began, I'm doing therapy first before I became a life coach. So in 2017, I began my, um, first business called Empowered, um, Empowered to Shift Counseling Services, uh, for mental health. And so I had that business still. Now I have my coaching and speaking as well, and so much more. So without further ado, I want to go ahead and get, um, straight into, um, today's, um, teaching. And my prayer is that it will, one, it will encourage you to do what I'm going to teach you today Um, I realized that there are people who are certified as coaches, but they haven't been practicing for different reasons. There's people out here who either, um, want to get certified, but they might be afraid, or they, you know, you know, not sure if it's the right time or the right fit for them. But God is calling you to do this, okay? So I encourage you to just obey the Lord. And so planning prophetically has helped me so much. It has helped to keep me anchored. It has helped to keep me organized. It has helped to truly rely on what God is saying and what not the— and I'm like, not what the industry is saying. And so when I first came into this, you know, online sector of, you know, life coaching and ministry, right, it was so much going on for me. I became overwhelmed pretty quickly because everybody saying do it this way, everybody saying do it that way. And I tried different ways, and God began to deal with me and say you need to sit down with me, okay? Let me give you the vision for what I have for your ministry and for your business as well. And so over the years, I learned a lot of what not to do and then what to do. And so when I'm teaching people in my programs, I'm teaching them that as well, so they can like cut corners, meaning like don't make the same mistakes I made, so you can get to where God wants you to be a lot quicker, okay? And so I would say I'm like a blueprint in a sense as well for those who are trying to go down this same path of coaching, um, God's people in any way. Okay, so, um, number one, prophetically planning is important because it keeps you warm, it keeps you organized, it keeps you focused on the vision that God has given you, and it keeps you aligned with you, with who you are called to serve. Again, you can get online, you can see what other people are doing, but if you don't have clear vision and you don't have a clear blueprint from the Lord, it will be very easy to stray away from that. Okay. And there have been times I have did that, you know, early on, and God was like, what did I tell you to do? Like, that person over here is telling you to do it this way, but what did I say? I'm like, oh yeah, God, I'm sorry. So, you know, I had to repent, you know, and continue, you know, to allow God to refine me, um, to truly come and seek him for all things. Okay, so prophetic planning is not about predicting the future, it's about partnering with God intentionally as you steward your calling consistently. So it's not like a one-and-done thing where you come to God, you get the vision, you get the blueprint, right? And you just execute. No, God wants to walk with you every step of the way because number one, right, he knows everything. Number two, things can change, okay? Situations can change. Let me explain, right? So for example, okay, I have my program where I have people that I certify, you know, as, um, as life coaches, right? So last year I had my first, my second cohort. Cohort last year was powerful. And from there, you know, I already kind of had in my mind that I was going to relaunch the program for Christian therapists. Okay. And I felt like the Lord was telling me to do that in the fall of last year. But then he began to minister to me and say, no, I want you to start speaking to those who are already certified Christian life coaches. Speak to them, encourage them. He gave me the program called Anointed to Coach. So he shifted my plans. So if I had not been in tune with the Lord and listening and allowing him to use people to minister to me as well, I could have missed that. I could have missed an opportunity to create something very, very powerful and significant, you know, for my business. And I created it, and so far it's been going really, really well. Okay, so here are some scriptures here for you to go back and look at and read. Um, Habakkuk 2:2 says this: And the Lord answered me, Write the vision, make it plain on tablet so he may run who reads it. Okay. And so to me, that means for one, I need to write the vision so I can go back and read it and execute. But also I'm thinking about it from a business standpoint as well. So when I have my assistant or I have people that I'm working, you know, with, partnering with, right? And I'm sharing with them the vision, I'm making it plain so they too can execute it as well. So it says here, so he may— so he may run who reads it. That's what that means to me as well. So whoever reads the plan should be able to execute it because I have everything written out and it's clear as to what the Lord has given me. Okay, we have Proverbs chapter 16 and 3. Commit your work to the Lord and your plans will be established. So we will surrender, you know, our plans, our thoughts, you know, our desires to him, right? He will come in, he will minister to you, and as you execute those things, he will establish them. Okay, so one of my favorite quotes here is, if you don't plan, you plan to fail. All right, so prophetic planning is not waiting passively for God to do everything. Number 2, ignoring structure or discipline. Number 3, over-spiritualizing avoidance or procrastination. Okay, chasing train instead of chasing the assignment God gave you. Prophetic planning is this: Listening before listing, like writing everything out. My— here, guys, what I got. Bless it. Okay, it is aligning before executing. It is building from revelation, not reaction. Okay, and stewarding what God already revealed to you. Again, when I first started out being a life coach, the things I'm doing now, I could have never imagined. So oftentimes we want the Lord to give us the, like, complete blueprint, the complete step-by-step guide as to how things are going to work out, and he's not going to do that. I, I will say over the past maybe like 3 to 4 years, he has been able to give me a lot more of what's ahead because I've learned to be just— to be still. I've learned to slow down, and I've learned to really just listen to the Lord and ask God those specific questions, okay? And I'll get into that, and you know, more, more into a moment as to how I do that, okay? But If you are a person who is hasty and you want to know everything so you can figure it all out, oftentimes the Lord is not going to do that because he don't want to overwhelm you. He don't want you to like build up just like expectation because opposition will come, okay? The enemy has tried me over and over and over and over again over the years to really get me to just stop completely, okay? And so expect that too. Expect opposition in some, some areas as well. So God speaks, but we are still responsible for stewardship. And so what I see too is that we oftentimes can over-spiritualize our process. What does that look like? So God is saying, okay, I need for you to write this book, okay? Well, you haven't sat down to even try to write the book because you haven't gotten the whole entire blueprint, when God is waiting for you to actually sit down and start writing out what's on your heart. And as you do that, he'll, he'll start speaking. And so God also gives us free will as well, okay? There's some things I'll ask God about, like, okay, it's up to you, um, if you do it this way, you know, this could happen. If you do it that way, this could happen. So he'll give me like foresighted insight as to how what I decide to do can affect certain outcomes, if that makes sense, all right? Not all the time, but sometimes he does, okay? And then he might say no, not right now, or this is for later. Okay, and so if you are a person who truly struggle, um, with— I don't want to say it's not a struggle, it's actually a gift, but it can become a struggle. But if you have multiple ideas and direction and you're multifaceted and you have so much passion and you're so creative, right? And most of the time we all are, we all have different things that we desire to do. But we get in our head and it gets completely jumbled up, and then we just get overwhelmed, and if we quit altogether, okay. So whenever you sit down with the Lord and you begin to ask him questions, okay, we'll go over that, go over that too. He'll begin to give you like a step-by-step, okay, do this first, all right, okay, do this next, okay. And as you continue to build that momentum with him and you build that discipline, you know, with him, and like be consistent, he'll continue to give you more and more and more. Okay, uh, sometimes you can become overwhelmed, you know, with, you know, life, life, you know, being a parent, uh, being an entrepreneur, because I'm, I'm sure most coaches have other things they do as well. So, so that's why it's important to, to plan with God and to have the structure in place to be able to truly execute it the way you desire to, in excellence. Okay. Okay. And so, um, I know that I went through a season too where it's amazing. I just thank God for, for growth for sure. But when I first started, I would literally be planning, you know, my, my, you know, things to do from like month to month. And I still do that. I go in and fill the blanks in. But over the past couple of years, the Lord has been giving me plans for the next 3 to 6 months, sometimes the whole year. And so for me, I've already began my prophetic planning for 2024. 26, like 2 months ago, okay? He's still giving me, you know, things, um, to do as well, not just for coaching but also for other things too. So I've been writing it down, okay? What month, okay? When, you know, planning everything out. With— can things change? Yes, it can change. But when you write things out, it keeps you once again focused, and it keeps you on this momentum so you don't get distracted easily by the things that come at you through life. Okay, um, and so, um, here is like a, a structure I'm going to go over in just a moment. But first, I want to, um, make a quick announcement. So you can probably see in the description box where I have my new planner that I created, um, by leading of the Holy Spirit, and it is called— hope you can see that— The Anointed to Coach's Prophetic Planner for 2026. And it is 245 pages. It is color, and it asks you the questions you need to be asking the Holy Spirit and asking yourself to get answers quickly. Okay, what you ask and how you ask it matters to God. Okay, you can go as deep as you want to go with the Lord with this, or you can be as vague as you want to be. It's completely up to you and the time you want to put in into your planning, okay? But this book right here, this planner, makes it easy. It's not only just a calendar but also has questions in here. Um, I have it right now for pre-sale. I'll put the link for you in just a moment in the comment section, but I'm actually going to go over it with you all tonight, okay? And so I also have it in hardback. This is softback. And then also I have it in a digital PDF fillable document as well that be ready, um, by January 1st. Okay, and so let me go to the first page here and the questions I ask. And, um, yeah, this is honestly— this journal planner here is like slash therapy slash planning, uh, training for you to hear the Lord, um, boundaries, um, so much more. Like, what's distracting you? It's, it's more than just a planner, okay? Okay, um, and so this is how it look on the inside. Hopefully y'all can see that. I know it's kind of bright in here. See, that's the first page. So all of it is like a, um, really dark red, and, um, chocolate brown, um, is the, um, the smaller words. And then each month, um, it's like a scripture in here for you to meditate on. And then here's January right here. But before we get to January, what I like to do is I sit down and I reflect on my year. Like, okay, what went well last year? Okay, or this year, 2025. Um, what areas do I need growth in? Okay, where, um, areas did I fall short in, right? Do like a self-inventory, um, as to where you are when it comes to being a life coach. Now, when I say life coach, I'm thinking about everything. I'm thinking about your coaching, Think about if you have programs, if you have books, if you're doing speaking engagements, if you have courses. Like, all that to me falls under becoming and being a Christian life coach, okay? Because in order for you to reach your people, it takes that, okay? And so I also have a section in here, you know, asking, asking God, okay, God, what should I create, you know, this month or this year or this quarter, right? I'm in order to continue serving the people you have called me to serve through my coaching business. And so, um, the first question is here. I'mma call it Vision Cast in 2026. What is God calling me to focus on this year? What assignments or areas of purpose is God highlighting to me? Okay, what is the word of the year God has given me, and what scripture coincides with this word? Okay, what— who am I becoming? Because as you coach people, as you continue to execute and do new things and create new things, you, you are growing yourself. Okay, um, what area is God, um, shifting me in this year or this past year? What am I surrendering this year? What habits, what mindsets, distractions, fears, unhealthy patterns, and so much more, um, as to where I am lacking, I need to grow. Um, what are you embracing this year? Growth, maturity, disciplines, new opportunities, um, boldness. Um, one of the things that, um, I see a lot with life coaches could be, okay, being consistent with, you know, social media, you know, being consistent with being online. And there's ways to do that, but you have to plan. You have to plan prophetically, okay? And sometimes, you guys, I'll be honest with you, when I'm receiving downloads from God, it's not always me sitting down, you know, on, you know, writing down my tablet or writing down on my, you know, my journal or my book what he's saying. It can come at any given moment. I can be in the shower I can be driving, I could be talking to somebody. So expect God to speak at any given time, right? But it's like being aware of the different way God speaks. So don't put a box on how God can speak to you. Ask God to stretch your mind, stretch your capacity, help you to see him in different ways, in a fresh and new way. Believe that God has, um, his best intentions for you and for your life. And so I remember this was like, um, I first began to come online. And in my spirit, I kept like hearing like YouTube, YouTube, YouTube. I was like, why is YouTube so heavily on my spirit, right? Like, I didn't hear God say create a YouTube channel, but I kept feeling like this burden, like to keep going to YouTube. And then one day I said, God, are you asking me to go on YouTube and do a channel? And he was like, yes, yes, I am. I was like, oh, okay, okay. And so we always get it 100% accurately? No, because God speaks in different ways, okay? Um, through your dreams, through visions. For me, that's very heavy for me, dreams and visions. He speaks to you through people, through music, um, when you're reading, when you doing, um, research, when you being inspired, when you being around like-minded people, right? You can get so much like just revelation and understanding of what God is, um, showing you in this season. And so, um, yeah, so keep it in mind, how, how does God speak to you? Put in the comment section, in the chat, right? How does God speak to you, um, as a, a person, as a daughter or a son of God? Okay. Hey Shayna, how you doing? Good to see you. She's one of my former students from what, 2, 3 years ago? Yes, yes. But she's also coaching as well too. Okay, so yeah, so expect God to speak in different ways and expect things to change. Now let me tell you why things change, okay? So first of all, things can change because your audience may, you know, may need something from you very specific, and God knows that. God knows their heart. God knows what they're crying out for. God knows what his children needs, okay? Um, secondly, um, the enemy— the enemy will try to fight your plans. And so God will oftentimes take the same exact, you know, thing he wants you to create but give you a different strategy for it.. And I learned that like heavily in the past 2 years, like, okay, this is not working. Okay, God, why is it not working? Do I need to keep going, or is it that I need to change my strategy? And he'll let me know, keep going, keep going, keep pushing through, you know, keep doing, doing what I asked you to do, right? Or he'll say different strategy, okay? So I got to seek him for a different strategy, um, and so that happened to me quite a few times. And then sometimes, you know, God will allow you to go through a process too so that you can learn, right? We oftentimes think that when God, um, have us do something, that it automatically means that it's going to blow up overnight, and that's not true either. It could be you learning the process. It could be him like pruning you in some different areas in your life and your walk. When I first became an entrepreneur, um, the Lord let me know. He said, you got to have patience in your business. You got to have patience with yourself, right? You will continue to grow. He said, look at the trees. The trees take takes years and years, sometimes decades, to get to a certain point, okay, of maturity. He said, I'm still maturing you while you also building your business as well. And I can see that now. I can look back and see, wow, God, you really have like— whoo! Like, you guys, I, I've written 28 books and counting, still writing books now, okay? I'm writing, um, helping my daughter with her children's books, um, ministry as well. We working on that now as we speak, okay? I just published her second book about our guardian angels. Okay, um, even with that, I had to learn how to do a children's book. The first one I did, I was like, uh, kind of like trial and error. So the second one I'm on, I learned a lot about what to do, what not to do, and then I'm able to go in and perfect, right, her book. And so initially, you know, I was afraid to write my own book by myself, like self-publish. I'm like, Lord, like, is it good enough? Like, you know, that, you know. So I had to go through that process as well. Like, okay, Let me just try it. Let me hash it out. And I did it. I was so proud of myself. So ever since then, I write several books a year now, okay? And I love it. And so I will be launching that too, as well. It's called Anointed to Write, where I will be helping leaders to write their books as well, like self-publish your book. You will learn how to write your own book, okay? Because it is needed, right? It's so needed. And I'm not going to go into all that tonight, but I will share that probably sometime in January more in detail. Okay, yeah, sometimes when I'm advising others, it's like God steps in and it's for me too. Yes, okay, listen, come on, same here. Sometimes like the word that God has given me, Shakeeta Torres, for my life, oftentimes is right in alignment with what my clients need too. Like, I know like earlier, like earlier last year, earlier this year, he kept saying, I'm rebranding you. There's some things that I'm rebranding in you because I need for you to be at this level. Or be here or move to this or move this way. And so the clients I was seeing for coaching as well, I'm like, I'm rebranding you. I'm like, okay, God say he be branding you. And it hit them because God was literally rebranding them. And I know for a fact that in the past season, a lot of people have been going through this as well. God has rebranding them. And so I had to keep saying that over myself prophetically. God, I surrender to you rebranding me. Father, rebrand me. Father, I yield to the rebrand, okay? Whatever it takes, God, show me what I need to do so you can rebrand me, so I can receive what you have for me, okay? So when God is giving you a word, you have to speak it over yourself, speak it over your life, even if you don't see the change, right? Change begins from the inside out, okay? And so I can clearly see in my own life, like privately, my private walk, my private time, I can see my growth. I can see and feel my elevation. Okay, um, that's right, Miss Kimberly, she put anoint to write. Yes, yes. So hopefully you'll, you know, let me come alongside of you as well and help you to write your book, because it's so needed. It's so needed. Like, it's so many stories and so much knowledge that, you know, God has given us through our experiences, through, you know, our professions, and he wants us to put them in books. Okay, and so If it was up to me, I write a book every single, like, every single week. I love to write, okay? I love to write. I was a little girl, I always wrote. I did really well in English, like doing papers, things like that. I just love to write from my heart, really, really from my heart, okay? I ain't like doing all the, you know, the papers you do in college. That's— it was okay, but my own personal books, like mental health and, you know, you, you know, ministry and things that I'm passionate about. Okay, so yes, um, and so also in this book, you know, on this journal— I keep calling it a book, it is a book, it's honestly, it is a book to be honest, um— write the dreams that, um, that feel too big for you but perfect for God. And so also, you guys, this is what I do, okay? So, um, I've had this, um, vision, um, I don't say it's a board, but my Word document that I've used where, um, every, you know, brand that I have, um, every vision God has given me, okay, I'm like, God, All right, help me to write out the vision for this with no limitations. If I had everything I needed, if I had the funds, if I had the help, if I had everything I needed, Lord, for this particular brand or vision, I'm gonna write all of it out like I have it. That keeps me from capping God, that keeps me from capping myself, and it gives me something to continue to pray for and move towards, and it works. So I can go back and I can look at, you know, things I've written 2 or 3 years ago for a particular project, and I can see, oh wow, God, I accomplished that. Okay, God, that's done. Okay, that's not done yet, but I'm working on it, right? And so I can see the growth. And so whenever you're writing out the thing that you're doing and you're planning prophetically, and right now what God is saying, what's on your heart, you know, what you're fearful of, right? You can always go back to your planner, okay? And you're able to see, okay, wow, God, I have grown, I have come a long way. I love to— once again, I love to write. Um, when I first, um, came on social media, um, I used to do blogs a lot before I came on social media because I love to write. And so from there, uh, he told me to start creating my podcast because I wasn't quite ready to be on camera a lot like that. And so I did. I had my podcast, I still have it, I'm not, um, working on it now but it's called Pain, Passion, and Purpose. I have a whole bunch of episodes up there, y'all. And so then from there, I began to use that to, you know, go live. And so God— that's how God grew me. He grew me from a small seed of blogging, and then it grew from there. So look at everything that you do, it's like a seed. If it's something new that you're doing and you're not sure about, it's a seed that, you know, allow God to plant a seed in you and continue to water that seed and watch that seed grow. Like I said before, I'm an author now of over 28 books and counting. Okay, I have so many more books to write, but that came with me continuing to like walk with God, allowing God to speak to me and keep going even if I wasn't sure or I made a mistake. Just keep going. And I became better and better. So now I can help other people write their book fast as well. Okay. All right. And so then, um, I'm going to go over what, you know, each month in this, um, planner could look like. And it's very, it's very detailed. So I said before, um, but January 2026, I have a scripture in here and a word of encouragement. And then it has here monthly prayer and prophetic reflection page. So before you plan your month, pause, breathe, and invite the Holy Spirit to just lead you. Um, and so for this month, what is God highlighting to you? Um, what are the themes? Um, when I say themes, right, let's say, okay, for example, for me um, songs. Sometimes I would keep hearing the same song in my spirit over and over and over and over again. I'm like, God, I keep hearing the same song in my spirit or on the radio, wherever else, right? So I go back and I look at the lyrics. I'm like, oh, this is what God is saying to me. Or it could be a word from the body of Christ too, as well. So I have to go to him like, okay God, what does this word mean? And so he begin to speak to me about, you know, my, my month. It could be that quarter, it can be that season. Um, for example, when I first started my private practice Um, the song he gave me was Waymaker, Miracle Worker, Promise Keeper. And I literally sung that song, y'all, it was like 4 or 5 times a day for at least— it was 30 days exactly, 30 days. And I was like, God, like, what just happened? Why am I keep singing this song? It couldn't leave my spirit. He said, you are breaking ground. He said, you are literally, you know, breaking ground for Empowered to Shift. He said, it's much bigger than what you can ever imagine. At the time, I just started out. I didn't know, fully know what God was doing. And so now fast forward, here we are almost 10 years later. He has given me the blueprint for Empowered to Shift for my counseling business. All right. And I'm getting ready to revamp that back up too. And so don't think that the thing that you're doing and God asking you to do is going to be, um, in vain or wasted. Nothing you do for the Lord, for the kingdom, is ever wasted. I know sometimes whenever we're planning and we're executing and we thought we're not seeing the fruit of what we've been believing for, asking God for, it doesn't mean that God has forgotten, okay? Because the same seeds you sow, thing you did 3, 4 years ago, can turn back around years later and bless you and your family and your household tremendously, okay? So this is why I truly walk in radical obedience, y'all. Like, that is my life at this point. Um, yeah, pretty much I do it afraid, scared, not sure. If I don't do it because time, like, hey God, I don't have enough time in the day to get everything done right. But he is so gracious and he gives me time to, you know, plan and get things, you know, in order, okay? And he knows me. Um, so then prayer for the month. Um, so the prayer I have in here, you can pray over yourself. Um, and then here you write down, um, any revelation, dreams, worship, or quiet time that you receive revelation from the Lord. Um, so this month my obedience step is this. What's one thing you want to obey God in? It's one thing. Um, boundaries is very, very important. Um, whenever you're trying to do something new or continue something, right, expect the enemy to send distractions. He will try. Okay. Um, people you are called to pour into this month, um, people who pour into you. A reflection for the month spiritual thing that God wants you to do to strengthen yourself, whether it's prayer, more fasting, more worship, more Bible studies. So you gotta do all at the same time. You can just choose one, one area that God puts on your heart. I'm giving, um, service, inner healing, heart, heart work. Uh, the next thing I'm here is your monthly focus theme. Uh, what is your overall assignment for, for that God has for you for this month, for January that's coming up? Um, is he calling you to start working on, um, group coaching or workshops or speaking or books, etc.? And then content strategy— what kind of content does God want you to produce? Is it emails, the blogs, they're going live, is it newsletters, live stream, whatever it is, right? He will let you know, okay? Um, and then here, your clients' needs and session intentions, like what does, you know, what do your clients need from you this month? And as Shania was— as Shaina was— Shaina was saying earlier— I'm sorry, not Shania— Shaina was saying earlier, you know, she could be speaking to some of her clients and what God's given them could be for her, or vice versa. And oftentimes it can be a recurring theme because what your niche— who God has called you to, okay? Like I said, the word that God gave me earlier this year, early, was rebranding. I'm rebranding you, okay? Um, and then here, um, networking, right? Who do you need to network with? Um, let it be Holy Spirit-led, right? That it needs to be a mutual thing, mutual thing, okay? I had people reach out to me often, not all the time like it used to be, but at the one— at one point it was too much. Like, hey, I'm like, no, I'm just— ah, by the time I'm doing networking, I, I'm tired. Like, I love meeting people, but it has to be strategic, okay? It has to be led by the Spirit, okay? So just be mindful of that too. Networking is great, but don't let it rob you of your time. Okay? What do you need to have in place as far as systems to automate some of your tasks? Y'all, we have so much now, so many tools that we can use to help us to automate our processes. And so what are some things you can do on autopilot to kind of put it there, leave it there, and let it do its thing. Okay, it could be emails, it could be scheduling your blog, scheduling your content, right? I, I use Metricool. I do have a video on YouTube about 5 tools that I use to help me launch my programs, and I go in detail about how to use it, what it looks like behind the scenes, and all that. So be sure to check that out too if you have a chance. Um, and then so much more. So then I have the calendar here, and then I have the note section for you to write notes. Hopefully y'all can see that. Let me see. There you go. And then I had the weekly planner. So each week you have a, a sheet where it has Monday through Friday, what are you going to be doing that week, okay? And it's interesting because, um, listen, I want to create my own planner for myself for a while, okay? I have one that I use just for everything that I'm doing, but I want something very specific to use also for, you know, my coaching, my programs, things like that.. And so literally I created this with you guys in mind, but it's literally what I use myself to help me to plan from, you know, month to month and honestly from year to year. Okay. Um, so what are some habits and rhythms I maintain well? So it's very detailed, you all, as to where you are. Um, how do you do as far as stewarding your, your, um, your finances? Stewarding your content, your offers, um, how are you when it comes to integrity and alignment, um, did you honor your boundaries, did you avoid overcommitting, you communicate clearly, lead with humility and grace. Heart check reflection, what needs to be carried over into next month and what needs to be released before next month. And then prayer again. And so after you get done with, um, each month, at the very end you go in and you assess how you did for that month. And each month it's like, it's the same thing back to back to back to back, but it's all in one place. So again, this is the hardback version, and then this right here is the paperback version. But you can also get it in PDF fillable where you can do it, you know, online. People like to go online and do things that are digital, um, as well. So I use both. I go back and forth. I use Trello board, I use my planner, um, I use my notes sometime whenever, you know, I say, as I said earlier, I could be driving or doing something at the moment and I don't have my planner with me, I'll put it in my Apple Notes and I'll just go back and I'll read it and put it in my, my journal. So yes. All right, so they have any questions so far? Okay. Making sure I'm looking at my notes, you all. And so, you know, one thing, and the Lord just, you know, kept reminding me to remind, um, people who are coaches, is, um, that consistency— being consistent is key. Not perfect, but consistent. So let's say, okay, this month you were able able to go live 4 times, right? But next month you can't go live but twice, that's still being consistent. You didn't disappear, you didn't just go away. Because how are you able to truly reach your people? And y'all, what I learned with the Lord too is it's deeper than that. What God is looking for is, number one, can he trust you? Are you going to be obedient? Are you going to execute what he gives you, you know, gives you, so he can give you more? So it's not even about the people all the time. It's about God testing you to see, will you be consistent with him? Okay, so for example, I'm give you a prime example. So this was like maybe about 2 years ago. This is like when God had me posting Shorts and Reels like every day. Like every day. I said, are you serious? He said, I need for you to do a Reel every day. I said, do what? So what that meant, well, I would take my lives, I would take it, I would chop it up, you know, through, um, Office Clips, or I use the one called, uh, at the time it's a different name, now. Q-U-O-I. So you put it in there, you have to go in there, get your shorts, you have to chop it up, edit it, and it was a lot of work, okay? It was a lot of work. I can do it with no problem now, really easy. But, um, every day— so I had to go in every week, and I got better and better and better at it, to the point where I can do it out for a whole entire month, okay, sometimes. And, um, it was a lot to me. It was a lot of content. It was. And so, um, I remember one time I was at my job at the time and a girl who was also a coach as well, and she was wanting to like see me for coaching consulting. And she was like, yeah, I had subscribed to like your YouTube channel and, um, your Facebook, but I had to like put it on mute because I kept getting, um, so many like, um, notifications. And I'm like, first of all, I'm like, why you subscribe to all these channels for me? For me? Because that's a lot. Okay, that's a lot. And so the Lord was like, you need to tell her why you do that. Um, why you do that? And I was like, Well, the Lord told me to do it this way. And then she stopped and she was like, oh my God, he did. She was like, oh my God, I'm so sorry. I'm like, I'm literally doing what the Lord asked me to do. But he was testing me. He was building a momentum in me. He was building me, you know, being consistent. And I was showing the Lord that, Lord, if you can trust me, okay. So when God gave me an assignment that's great, it's like attached to people's lives and healing and deliverance, right? Will I fumble the bag? Will I fumble the ball? Okay, this is why I say obedience is better than sacrifice. Obeying the Lord is much bigger, it's bigger than that. And we be praying and asking God for more and more and more, but are you being faithful and consistent with a little bit that he has given you? Okay, and then also, you know, I was meditating earlier, I'm like, okay God, like, what else are you want me to, you know, say you know, tonight, you know, to your people. And he's like, I know that they— some of them are weary and some of them are tired, he said, but I desire to give them a fresh wind. I desire to blow fresh fire on them. And this is why this book— this journal is called Anointed to Coach Planner. And you guys, this, this planner is anointed, okay? Anything I create, I can honestly say it has the breath of God on it, okay? He breathes on it every single time. And anyone that has ever bought anything from me and it actually read it and they apply what I said, they saw fruit in their lives. They saw fruit, okay? So I can say that with confidence too. So if you get these planners and you really dig in here and allow the Lord to minister to you, baby, it will change your life. It will change your momentum. It will change your consistency. It would give you fresh wind. It would give you fresh fire. It would give you what you need to get going, to get going again, okay? Um, and so this is why it's called The Anointed to Coach Planner, because God has anointed you for it, but you need to be refreshed, some of you all. Home. Um, because I'll keep saying it until I guess the cows come home, but you know, the Lord even told me today— even today we had Bible study with my family, and I was like, oh man, talking to, you know, my, you know, our guardian angels. And I was like, oh, I didn't even ask y'all, was there anything else we need to pray for? And he was like, yes. And then so I'm like, let me go in prayer again. So I begin to go in prayer again. He was like— the Lord was like reminding me, like, America. He was like, there's still so many more things to come in this world, in this earth, that we have to prepare for. And preparation comes with planning. Preparation comes with, you know, praying, fasting, allowing him to give us direction so we can be obedient, so that we can be prepared for what's ahead. And he said there's people who are going to experience, you know, wealth and financial increase. And he's— I'm doing all the good things too, but then over here on the other side, you're going to have people who are— who will be in lack. Who won't have enough, who are, who are going to need, right? And I know for a fact that therapists, life coaches, people who are helping professionals, it's going to be a great need for us even the more. Right now all we see is the economy, but I'm telling you right now, it's going to be some shifts going to be happening that it's going to require more of us to be equipped, to be ready, and to have our stuff together, okay? So that's what I've been doing for the past few years, is getting my stuff together so that whenever, you know, the Lord blows on my stuff for real, for real, that it's there and it's ready. Okay. And, um, so I encourage you to obey the Lord, set aside time, you know, as a coach, life coach, to really plan with the Lord. No matter what the world looks like, you can't go by, you know, what you see, but you have to go by what God is saying to you and what God himself is showing you. If it takes pulling back, you know, for a little bit from people, from social media, certain things. You do that. I know for me this past— I said, Lord, I was like, I feel like all I've been doing is marketing my stuff. And it's like, it's not on purpose. I just been so busy behind the scenes, like, getting, like, stuff in order. Okay. Um, I do have Bible study again coming up next, next, next— yeah, next weekend. Um, the first weekend in January, I'll be having that again. It come around so fast, it come so quickly. Okay. And I'm, you know, still working on books, working on my children stuff, working on my my other business stuff, okay? And so I'm busy behind the scenes, um, and so yeah, and so I want to make sure I got myself together and I'm, I'm ready to hit the ground running, okay? And so yeah, so, um, I know that this, um, book will bless you all. Let me see anything else in here I want to go over on my notes. Oh yeah, okay. So earlier I had mentioned that, um, sometimes like we can have like a kazillion and one ideas, right? And we want to like execute everything, or we just like, okay God, I don't know where to start, Lord, I don't know like what, you know, what to do first, okay? So this is what I, you know, would do. Sit down and write down everything that's on your mind. Like, let your heart just flow, let your mind just flow, and write down everything. Just type it out, write it out, whatever you have to do. Then go back to the Lord again and say, Lord, this is what I have, this is what I desire to do, this is what you've given me. He's giving it to you, right? Okay, show me what to do first. Show me what I need to execute first. And he will. And what I have to do too, I have a board over here, over these, actually on my wall too upstairs, where, okay, I'm like, Lord, okay, when do I do this? Okay, how do I do this? Okay, what, how do I create it, right? Where should this be produced at? Okay, what, you know, platform it needs to be like. I ask God questions. There's no such thing as a dumb question to God. You keep asking questions until you get to the core and the details of what it is that he want you to do. I know for me, you know, I'm be— you know, dreams and visions is heavy, you know, for me as a seer. So I might have a dream about something, and so I have to sit down, I write the dream down, and I'm like, man, I can't shake this dream, it's just still stuck on my heart. I had one like 2 nights ago, and I begin to write it out, and then the Lord begin to minister to me about what, what's the coming, what he want me. I'm like, oh, okay. And I begin to ask God more questions he gave me more revelation, and it turned into a blueprint. And then he gave me strategy to help to like execute the blueprint and like what to do, where to post. Like, he, it was so intricate and it was so detailed. And I have found so much peace in doing that because oftentimes we want to go to people, and there's nothing wrong with that. Listen, I am a, a business coach and consultant, and so what happens is people come to me and, you know, I'm helping them to plan prophetically, and I'm giving them insight and helping them to see their blind spots because it's the area that I've mastered. You, you understand what I'm saying? So I went from, you know, coaching, you know, um, clients myself, and I began to grow my business and begin to mature in areas of business, okay? Then it was, okay, I'm calling you now to help, you know, coach those in business, like business coaching, okay? So I'm qualified to do that because I walked it and I learned so much about what to do and what not to do. So I can see people's blind spots easy and faster because I walked it, and God is also speaking to me as well.. And so I'm not saying no one can't tell you anything, but you do have to be very mindful about where you get your information from and who you are seeking, um, counsel from. Because some people giving you their blueprint— listen, I don't believe in that. My blueprint and your blueprint ain't gonna be the same. It's just not gonna happen. I had a coaching client, my life coaching students I've had for the program, you know, it— each, each, every single one has a different, you know, thing they're doing, okay? A different blueprint that God has given them, okay? Um, and I love it. It's beautiful. Beautiful. It's beautiful to see. So yes, and so yes, so that's all I have, um, for tonight when it comes to planning prophetically as a Christian life coach. If you have any questions, definitely put them in the chat. She was like, I had no idea God was calling me to do this in this season right now. Um, so she's doing that. And yeah, so I'm only going to have like, I think, 5 slots for that in that group. I want to keep it kind of small, um, so that way that people can get what they need in that program as well. And then as I said earlier, I'll be launching Anointed to Write soon, um, this summer. Um, so I'll be posting a link about that in, um, sometime in the middle of January, toward the end of January too. And so yeah, God has been giving me a lot of of, you know, what to do for next year, okay, among other things, okay. Um, and so yes, if you have any questions, um, again let me know. And also I want to add too, while I'm up here, is that, um, one of the areas I think people struggle in when it comes to trying to work on what God called them to work on is boundaries. That's a really big one, and I do have a workbook on that too if you desire that on my website. And then also recognizing what season you're in. Um, and the Lord will let you know if you ask him. But I do have a book as well called See the Season, and that book, it talks about the different seasons we go through as believers, from a baby in Christ to the pruning phase, the testing phase, healing and deliverance, the training. Oh my God, it's so many stages that we go through, um, as believers. But oftentimes we don't know that we're going through that, um, and we get frustrated with God and we get frustrated. But like, for me me. Once I know what God is like doing, I'm like, okay God, all right, I got it now, I got it. I can kind of endure it a little bit better. I don't know about you all, but I can, because I know that I'm not gonna be in this season forever, even though it might not feel good. And it's not easy sometimes, like, but it shouldn't be to the point where you are being like stifled or it's like debilitating you or preventing you from just walking out what God's calling you to do, okay? We should reach a place of maturity where we could say, you know what, this I can't do this because God is not telling me to do it. That's how I am in my life now. I'm like, okay, if God ain't telling me to do it, I'm not going to put it on my— I'm not doing it. Okay. Um, and then here's the book, uh, How to Set Boundaries God's Way. That's up there as well. It'll post on Facebook in just a moment. Oh yeah. And then Season to Season. I love this book. Season to Season. It's like, I love all my books, but this book is like, it's so unique because I've never like seen anyone write about that. I see people write about boundaries, but when it comes to like your season and walk with the Lord, um, the way that God gave it to me for this book is different. It's actually a workbook as well, and it come with a YouTube series too. And that goes back again to, you know, it was different during the season where God was giving me instructions on something like bit by bit. And so the first book I wrote on my own was called Becoming Unashamed. There was a workbook, and he actually showed me— it actually came from my summit. I had the Faith and Mental Wellness Summit, and the summit, um, from there it was called Unashamed. And then I had a vision, I had a dream that I had wrote a book called Unashamed. And I was like, God— and I saw like the book being printed and everything. I'm like, okay. And so while I went And I began to write. He told me what to write, how to write it. And to this day, I think that is like one of my like highest-selling books. That book and The Power of the Holy Spirit in Christian Life Coaching, like those two seem to be the ones that sell the most for me because people really want to know how to really use their spiritual gifts when it comes to coaching., and that book goes into great detail as to how to do that. And I can put it in there too, just in case. And that book is, um, I, people say, oh my God, this book blessed me, or it gave me so much clarity, or helped me to be more confident in how I already been operating. So I have several testimonies about this book as well. And so yeah, so I was saying earlier, so the very next book, I believe what happened was the Lord had gave me a series called Seize the Season. He had me to do a YouTube, um, series on it, right? I did a live on YouTube, Facebook, and on, um, you know, and also Instagram. So then as time went on, he was like, turn this series into a book. And I'm like, "Oh, okay." He said, "Ashley, it needs to be a workbook." So I begin to just write. I took the video, the concept for what I taught, and pulled it into my books. And then also put the QR codes in there for each teaching. I think it was 10-part teaching. 10 weeks, y'all. 10 weeks. It was, what's that, 2 months and a half? Yeah. And so from there, he said, "Go ahead and take down your YouTube series too." So he had me pull the series down and make it unlisted because now it's just for those people who bought that book. So that was not my plan. That's how God gave it to me, like step by step, y'all. It was like step by step. And so that's why I said earlier, I went through my own season of, okay, God, so I won't get overwhelmed with so much to do. So many things he had me doing, he would give me a little bit at a time, but now he can give me a whole blueprint. And I'm not, and I don't run ahead of him, put it that way. So I'll sit down, I write down, okay God, when should I do this? How should I do this? He said, I'll let you know. I remember whenever I started a nonprofit and he gave me the name for it, he said, Doing It For The Kingdom is actually a nonprofit. I'm like, oh, okay. I said, well, when do I start that? He said, I'll let you know when. And so maybe like almost a year passed by. He said, now is the time. So then I did it. So like, that's why I say like all the ideas you be getting, everything that you be, you know, you're getting in your heart and your spirit, it's not for you to execute all those things right now because it will overwhelm you. Okay? And so now I'm at a point where I am very highly productive, very highly productive than I would say the average person, because I created this momentum with God, this system with the Holy Spirit. I practice radical obedience. Now I also have my angels now. My angels be helping me. They help me. Okay? And so I'm able to do things at a faster rate. And we also have better technology. Me, okay? That helps me too, um, and so yeah, you can, and you can have the same, right? I'm anointed for it, okay? So, but anyway, I'm not gonna hold you guys up any longer. I do want to say a prayer, um, that Lord, I want me to put on my heart to pray for you all, and then we'll be done. And once again, I'll be going live again next week, um, to do Bible study. It'd be John chapter 4. I might do half the chapter again, it's a very long chapter. And then I'll be releasing any prophetic words that God gives me as well to release um, in the beginning of the year. So I know last year he gave me— oh my God, it was a lot. It was like an hour, like 45-minute video, um, January 1st, uh, last year. I went live to get the prophetic word. This year, I don't know how he gonna do it. It might be something small he give me. I have no idea. I just said, God, you know, I just yield. You just have your way. Um, but everything that he said he's gonna do this year in that video, he had me go back and look at it. He did it. It it, it came to pass. Okay, so anyway, so Father, I thank you tonight, um, for your people. I thank you for those who came on to watch this live. God, God, I pray you would bless them, oh Holy Spirit. I thank you, Lord God, for their different callings, their different anointings, God, the things you have called them to do, Lord. I pray for those, God, who have been procrastinating, God, for those who, who have been weary, who have been wondering, God, what should I do next, Lord? What is next for me? What is next, God, in my business, in my ministry? And so God, just pray that tonight you would give them clarity, you would give them insight, um, to help them to see, God, God, you still have need of them. You still have need of them, Lord. Um, they are not, you know, wasted, God. They can get back up again and continue to execute, God, the vision you have given them. Father, help them, God, to plan with you prophetically, to seek you, God, in everything, to seek you, God, in all their ways. Father, I pray over their minds, their spirits, their hearts, God, that, Father, they will surrender all those things to you. They will, uh, they will take captive, Lord God, every single thought, God, that goes against the word of God, and they will command it to obey the word of God. Because, God, they are fearfully and they are wonderfully you made, Father, and you did not make a mistake when you created them. And so God, I just thank you, Lord God, for, um, you know, if we continue to just come together, the body of Christ, pray, worship, all the things that we do, God, whether it's online, whether it's in church, wherever we are, God, um, to be one sound, one mind, one body, Lord God, to glorify your name, um, and to remember, God, that you are Lord and you are governor and you are ruler over every single thing, God. So God, help us, God, to remember that and to understand that understand, God, that we are your sons and we are your daughters, God, that we have access to you. We have access to you, God. Help us, God, to tap into our authority, to tap into our divine anointing, our divine appointment, um, to be able to do what you call— calling us and asking us to do. Because you need every single one of us, God, to put our hands to the plow, to execute the vision, and not compare ourselves to other people, not to diminish our calling, to not feel like that what we're doing is not enough, Father. Because, God, you see everything, God, and you are counting the cost, God. You are seeing everyone sacrifice, God, and what they're doing for the kingdom. And so, God, we just give you the glory, we give you the honor, and we give you the praise, God. And I just release a blessing upon them, God, over their homes, God. Oh God, I ask you got to blow fresh wind, God, over their finances, God, over their, um, over their business, God, over their ministry. Oh Lord God, oh God, minister them to the areas, God, where they feel like you have forgotten about them, Lord, or have forgotten about God. But God, you never forget, Father. God, you never forget, Lord. You have heard the cries of your people. And God, I pray, God, for those who are continuing to push, God, continuing to put hands to the plow, that you would just breathe fresh wind upon them, God. That, God, you would just stir them up, Lord Holy Spirit, um, to just seek you and come to you, God, in the secret place to be refreshed, to be revived, God, so they can continue, Lord God, to do what you have called them to do.
