In this live teaching, Shakeeta Torres welcomes viewers, shares a personal testimony of persistent opposition—including health challenges like ringworm, shingles, and family illness—and recounts repeated setbacks while launching a Christian life‑coach certification program. She frames opposition as a spiritual battle, citing biblical examples such as Nehemiah, David, Joseph, Moses, and Paul, and explains that God allows opposition to refine character, test faith, and prepare leaders for greater assignments. She then offers practical strategies for overcoming opposition: staying anchored in prayer, clinging to God’s promises, seeking godly counsel, using opposition as fuel, guarding the heart and mind, keeping the vision visible, resting in God’s sovereignty, and setting healthy boundaries. Throughout, she promotes upcoming resources—a Zoom‑based boundaries workshop and her mentorship/coaching program “Empowered to Lead”—inviting viewers to engage, comment, and attend. The session concludes with a prayer for encouragement and a promise of future live sessions.

Hello, hello, hello! Welcome to Facebook and to YouTube. Welcome, welcome to tonight's pop-up live, and it is called Overcoming Opposition as a Christian Leader. So I am excited about this message tonight that I want to share. It's been in my heart to share with you all all week. Okay, and so again, it's called Overcoming Opposition as a Christian Leader. Um, welcome to those who are live now. Lita, I see you up there, girl. How you doing? Thanks for being up here. Lita, yep, Lita, yes, yes, yes. And on Instagram, welcome to you all who are up here, who will come up here later. So if you don't mind, in the comment section put hashtag replay or put— also put where you are from. Um, how you doing, Remy? It's good to see you. She is from Florida. Welcome, welcome, welcome. Hey boo. Um, so tonight I really just want to encourage you all, and I know for a fact this is an area that we all face as Christians, but especially as a Christian leader, is opposition. Opposition is a topic that I help my clients with all the time, whether it was coaching or whether it is, um, you know, through therapy in the past, and, you know, with my friends and, you know, all that good stuff, right? So Lita is from, um, Seattle. Remy is from Florida. So welcome, you guys. Um, so before I get into it, I'm gonna say a quick prayer, and I want to share with you also my testimony, okay? So, Father, I just thank you tonight, God, for just the the people who are coming on now, those who are coming on later to watch the replay. I pray, God, that it would edify them, it would encourage them. Oh God, Holy Spirit, I just surrender, uh, my mouth, my ears, my, my everything to you, God, to be used for your glory, to edify your people. So Holy Spirit, we invite you into this space. Father, I invite you, Lord God, to just use me however you see fit and to bring up anything, God, uh, from my past or anything that I'm dealing with even now, God, to be able to share with your people to encourage them. In Jesus' name I pray, amen. Okay, okay. So with that being said, you guys, opposition, we already know what that is, okay? It's whenever you are trying to do something or accomplish a thing that God himself have told you to do, right? And what happens is a lot of people, um, have told me, you know, hey, God told me to do XYZ but maybe he didn't because I'm facing some, you know, opposition, right? But you guys, that is not true. That is not true. So let me share with you all my testimony, okay? First and foremost, me, I feel like I'm best friends with opposition, okay? I, I have had to fight my entire life, okay? From dealing with childhood trauma, uh, to, you know, coming into Christ, right? To me a while to really just surrender to God. I had so much opposition coming against me, you know, growing into a leader, you know, becoming a woman of God. Y'all, I have faced so much opposition. People look at me and they assume because, you know, they say, oh, you're so pretty, or you're so nice, right? And I am nice and I am kind, but you guys, I'm a fighter in the spirit, all right? I don't fight people in my flesh. I fight in prayer. I fight with the word of God. That's how I fight, okay? And you should be doing the same exact thing, okay? And so you can receive opposition from people— people, mainly through people, through people, um, circumstances, right? Um, through, you know, friendship. It can come in any direction, okay? But trust and know that whatever you facing, God is going to use it for your good. So probably about— it's 2024 now. 2023, all right, I was working on launching my program to certify Christian life coaches, right? The program was amazing. God gave me a whole vision for it and all that, okay? So prior to launching it, I wanted to pre-record some content to kind of get it out the way so they'll be able to go back and watch the replays, right? You guys, oh my God, every time I try to record anything or start anything Either my computer went out, uh, my voice went out, I got sick, my husband got sick, then my daughter got sick. Oh yeah, it was one thing after another. I said, God, see, the enemy is really fighting me. He said, yes, he is. So what are you going to do? Are you going to persevere, or are you going to just lay back and let him have, you know, what I promised you? And I'm like, you know what, let me keep fighting, okay? And mind you, I did get tired, I did get weary at times, but I had to keep on pushing. And you guys, let me tell you what happened to me. The last thing that happened to me, y'all, is that I got the shingles. Sure did, sure did. I got the ringworm too, okay? Let you guys know, be honest. So I got that first, right? Went to the doctor. I'm like, how in the world did I get ringworm? I've never had that in my entire life, right? Okay, got that treated. Right, on my legs. Okay, so then about 2 weeks later, trying to get the program out, I'm still in the midst of all that. I started having a rash on my back, a rash on my chest, and a rash on my thigh. And I kept saying, what is going on? Okay, so I go to the doctor and I'm sitting and waiting at urgent care, and I look up at like one of the posters on the wall and it about shingles. And I said, oh My God, I said, Lord, I think I got the shingles. I said, what? I said, I'm too young to have the shingles. What's going on? Okay, so I go to the doctor, whatever. He said, yes ma'am, you had the shingles. I mean, he's going on telling me that it would take me about 4 to 5 months to heal. I said, 4 to 5 months? Now mind you, with it being on my chest, it irritates, you know, your skin from your shirts and things like that, right? And I said, God, I was like, every time I turn around, it's always something. And so my husband said, babe, he said, the Lord told me to tell you that he's going to heal your body and that it will be as though you've never had it before. Okay, now mind you, look at, you know, look at shingles and you know what they say about it, that, you know, you know, you can keep getting it over and over again after you get it the first time. Okay, and I was like, Lord, I do not want to go through this. Like, what is going on? All right, you guys, within that week Okay, the Lord began to heal my body. I can feel his power going through my body the whole entire week. I had one rash left on my chest right here, and I was sitting in the living room looking at TV, just relaxing. All of a sudden, I felt, you know, something here, like tingling and like dissolving. And I said, wait a minute. I was like, God, are you healing me like right now? So I begin to open my shirt up and see, and y'all, I didn't have nothing there, okay? The Lord did exactly what he told my husband that he was going to do, which was heal my body as though I've never had it before. And since then, I haven't had any issues, you guys, with shingles, with any of that stuff, okay? Um, and so I say all that to say is that just because you are receiving opposition it don't mean that God didn't tell you to do that, okay? As a matter of fact, whenever you're trying to launch out and do anything for the kingdom, you should expect some pushback from somewhere, okay? And so tonight I want to break down a little bit in scripture and encourage you all and to share with you more, you know, about opposition, what they can look like, and what you should do about it, okay? So how about that? If you have any questions, feel free to put them in the comment section. I'm, you know, I'm fine with that, and I'll answer them, and I'll stop periodically. Okay, so that's right, praise the Lord. That's what, um, uh, HMDOMOND put. Yes, brother. Yes. And so I have not had any other issues with this since then, you guys. God is— it ain't the first time God has healed me. God has healed me from so much supernaturally. All right, so much, y'all. Okay, so, um, first and foremost, the enemy wants to use it as a tool, right, to hurt you, to discourage you. Okay, What he does is plant doubt, he stirs fear, he cause distractions, and he brings discouragement. Okay, but if you look at Ephesians chapter 6, verse 12, it says, for our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Okay, so your Your fight, like I said earlier, is in the spirit. I fight my battles in the spirit. I don't fight my battles in the flesh. This is why I could be the calm, cool, collected, you know, space most of the time. Most of the time. Okay, so for example, Nehemiah faced fear— um, faced fierce opposition while rebuilding the walls of Jerusalem. His enemies, Sanballat and Tobiah, mocked, threatened threatened and conspired against him to stop the work. This is Nehemiah chapter 4. That book is amazing. Chapter 4 is amazing, you guys. You should read it. And it talks about, you know, how they were trying to distract him to cause him to come from off the wall from building the temple, right, to deal with them, to deal with nonsense, right? So that's definitely a distraction. It could be people, it can be even your own family, right? For those of you who love people, you want to help people, I I hear people say, oh man, I was trying to, you know, start this program or whatever, but then this came and that came. And you guys, guess what else? Whenever I launched a program to become a, um, um, um, to become a Christian life coach, my students was facing opposition too. So many of them were having a hard time finishing the program. It was the enemy fighting them. But as soon as they completed, you guys, the program, the Lord began to just download so much into them about their purpose, about the ministry, about what God wants to do through them and so much more. Y'all, God did that, okay? I am just the, you know, the seed sower. I water the seeds. God is the one that brings the increase, okay? And so they also face opposition. And so, you guys, I'm used to that. I face— I'm so used to it, y'all, at this point in my life. It don't feel good, but it, it has caused me to have like so much grit, and it caused me to be, you know, to have a very strong and solid foundation because of opposition, okay? But we all know that all things work together for those who love God, Romans 8:28, okay? So the, so the number one reason why God uses opposition is to refine our character. He wants us to rely on him for our, for our strength. It reveals areas where we need to grow in our faith. Okay, and deepen our relationship with him. If you go to James chapter 1, verse 2 through 4, it says this: Consider it pure joy, okay, joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. So God allows it to refine our character. So that number one, God wants to see how bad do you want it? How bad do you want it? If God allowed us to have everything like, here you go, daughter, here you go, son, right? We would not appreciate it as much. We would not steward it the way we should if God just gave us stuff, okay? And so once I realized, okay, God, you want me to prove to you that, you know, that, you know, you can trust me. So as I begin to do that, he began to add more. He began to add more. When I say more, more grace. More energy, more stamina, more momentum, because he know I'm going to obey him no matter what it looks like. And there are times where I've definitely said, you know, God, I'm tired, Lord, this is a lot. He said, me, daughter, keep walking by faith. I am with you wherever you go. I'm with you wherever you go. God is with you wherever you go and whatever you're doing. If you get off track, trust and believe God is faithful enough to pull you back in. All right, the next one here is to prepare us for greater assignments. You guys, there are some assignments, right, that God may give to— give to us that are very, very great, and it requires us to persevere because you will experience opposition, you will experience pushback. And so if God has given you a great assignment that's attached to a lot of people and you just faint in the midst of trying to do what God's calling you to do, that's not a good thing. That's not good, okay? There are foe attached to your obedience and attached to what it is that God is trying to do inside of you, okay? So again, we look at King David, right? He faced intense opposition from King Saul. David try— I mean, King Saul tried to kill David, okay? But David, you know, he kept going to God. And the next thing here, God wants you to bring glory to his name, all right? And so, so he wants to give us strength and our witness to others and bring glory to him. So of course, you know, God wants you to say, God helped me. If it had not been for the Lord on my side, I would not be able to do this, all right? So in scripture, we can also look at the life of Joseph, okay? He went from the pit to the palace. And was marked by betrayal, false accusations, and imprisonment. Yet through it all, God's hand was at work. You have to remember, whenever God showed him the dream about him, you know, pretty much being a king, he was like a teenager. He was very young, right? Not understanding that it's a journey for him to get there. And I can say that about my own self. There are things that God has shown me that he has for me, that he want me to do, that are great But baby, it's a journey. It's a journey. Listen, God wants to refine you. He wants to like strip you of your old ways. He wants you to have the mindset of Christ. He don't want you operating in fear, rejection, and so much more. Now, will those times come up even as you, you know, grow in God? Absolutely. But he don't want you to stay there. And a lot of times people give up or stay in the rejection or fear and not move forward in what God's asking them to do. Look at Moses, the same thing with him, right? He experienced, you know, a lot of doubt, you know, he had a speech impediment. He has— he had every single reason in the world not to lead the children of Israel, okay? Look at Paul the Apostle, same with him. He, he experienced imprisonment, he experienced beatings and constant opposition as he preached the gospel, okay? But God's grace, once again, it is sufficient for you. Okay, okay. So here are some ways that you can overcome opposition. If this is you, put in the comment section, hey, I need that, I need that. All right, give me the 10 tips. Okay, the number one thing you have to do here is stay anchored in prayer. Okay, and when I say stay anchored in prayer, there are different kinds of prayers, different ways people pray. Long as you praying to Jesus Christ and, and the Lord, right, which is the same person, by the way, that's what matters. You don't have to always go into this deep, deep prayer, but to say, God, I need you. Father, I invite you into where I'm at right now. God, get— it's like talk to the Lord, okay? I talk to God in different ways. Sometimes I'm talking to him and I might be crying out, or I talk to him like he my friend. He is my friend, okay? And people laugh at me who know me personally because when I'm telling them the dialogue between me and the Lord like, you are crazy. I'm like, well, the Lord told me to just come to him and tell him how I feel, so that's what I do. I'm like, Lord, listen, today was a hard day, okay? I talk to him just like that, okay? He talk right back. And so talk to the Lord, stay anchored in prayer. The next thing here is cling to God's promises. So for me, once again, I was saying earlier, when God has shown me, uh, assignment he want me to complete he always show me the end, okay? And that's so that way I can have something to hold on to. So whenever doubt comes my way, wherever I might get, you know, anxious or whatever the case may be, he remind me of what he shown me in my dream, of what he told me audibly. So I write everything down. I have a journal, okay? I had the same one for, gosh, Jesus, many years now, okay? And so I'll tag it you know, on my phone, and I'll title it whatever it's about, and then I'll go back to it to see what God has said to me in the past. Okay, I think about 2 nights ago I did that. I had went and, um, it's like almost an hour going through journals from 1 year ago, 2 years ago, 3 years ago, so I can kind of see like where, where I'm at now. Okay, kind of like compare, you know, to see what God said 2, 3, 4 years ago compared to where I am now. And I can see that something already came to pass for me, but I can see I also overcame a lot to get to where I am, okay? So that can also encourage you, that encourages you to keep going, okay? The greater the promise, the longer the process. I'm— the longer it is. I'm gonna tell you the truth, okay? If it's really big and really great, it's a process, it's a journey, okay? So for example, I know for me little example. This week my daughter was sick, my, my, um, baby girl was sick, okay? So I'm like, Lord, I do not want to get sick. I got this boundaries workshop on Sunday, I need to be healthy, I need to be alert, okay? But guess what? I began to get some symptoms. So I think it was what, Wednesday? And yesterday I was not feeling good. Even today I did not feel well, but I kept pushing, okay? It wasn't like severe, but I would have my fatigue, I would have a little bit of headache. I guess I take my medication or whatever, and I'm like, God, I'm going live tonight because I wanted to go live last night, okay? But once again, every time I get ready to launch something, y'all, I, I get opposition every single time. It never fails. It never fails. Okay, and it says here, no weapon formed against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. Isaiah 54:17. Okay, uh, number 3 here is seek godly counsel. Surround yourself with wise, Spirit-filled mentors and peers who can provide encouragement and accountability. Proverbs 11:4 reminds us, for lack of guidance a nation falls, but victory is won through many advisors. Okay, and so what I love about that is like I have my tribe, right? And so they know me, I know them. And so anytime any of us is facing like any opposition or discouragement, they can remind me, hey, what, what did God say, Shakeeta Torres? Or I'm like, hey, Sikaia Torres, what, what did God say? Okay, and so we hold each other accountable and we encourage each other and speak life into one another, right? I I love it whenever God drops in my spirit, hey, I want you to call Kaya, call your sister and tell her XYZ, right? In that moment, she needed to hear a reminder of what God promised her. And there are things that God has promised you all as well that you like, God, what's going on? God, I'm doing the best I can, okay? But just wait on God's timing. Some things are just God's timing as well, okay? So, who y'all— this is the opposition. Listen, y'all, It's so layered, it's so layered, it's so layered. But anywho, number 4: use opposition as fuel. Instead of shrinking back, let opposition motivate you to press forward. Remember, the enemy wouldn't bother opposing you if you weren't a threat to his plans. Okay, and so this is how I know, I'm like, okay, whatever I'm doing, if I'm receiving opposition, that means that what I'm doing is going to affect the kingdom of darkness, okay? Um, and so it was— there's something that God, you know, has me, you know, working on in the background, and I've been trying my best to break the door down, y'all. I've been trying my best to break that door down, and I'm like, God, what is going on, right? Like, I'm persevering, Lord God, I'm trying my best to do what you told me to do. And he said, well, did you do what I told you? I told you, um, you know, you know, to do last time. I said, oh yeah, I didn't do that one yet. So I got to go back and finish that assignment, you guys. And so he told me, you know, daughter, you know, remember, you on a faith walk. So I said, okay, God. So I had to kind of pull back a little bit, you know, go back to the drawing board and finish, finish doing what God told me to do in the, in the first instruction. Okay, well, actually like the fourth, fourth and fifth one anyway. But make sure you going back to see if you completed what God told you to do last time. Um, number 5 is guard your heart and mind. Opposition often begins in the mind. Yes, it does, with negative thoughts and doubts. Philippians 4:8 encourages us to focus on what is true, noble, and praiseworthy. Use the word of God to combat lies from the enemy. Oh my God, the enemy will try his best to sow seeds, you guys, and I have definitely experienced that where the enemy's here telling me, oh, you can't do that, 'Oh, that's too hard. Oh, you know, it ain't gonna work out.' And I can hear God saying, 'Daughter, keep pushing, keep fighting. You got this. It's okay, I'm with you,' right? So you will have moments that are like that, but you got to remind the enemy, 'I serve God. God told me XYZ, and I'm going to do what God told me to do.' Okay, so that's how you combat opposition. Keep the vision in front of you. As I said earlier, write it down. Write down your God-given vision and refer to it often. Habakkuk 2:2 says this: Write the vision, make it plain on tablets so he may run who— so he may run who reads it. Okay, so I do— I, I, my— I'm upstairs in my little office space, but I got vision boards everywhere. I got on my computer, I got on my wall, okay? And I write down like everything the Lord is telling me. But you have to remember that it's a road map to get there. And as you walk with God, he will give you the pieces and things to do as you walk towards the bigger picture, okay? And so remember that. I know for me, at one point, God would not give me nothing but like one instruction, y'all, because I was a runner. What did that mean? That I was so like ready to go ahead and get it done and go ahead and get there because I am a naturally ambitious person, okay? And so the Lord had to slow me down because I was burning myself out, okay? So I had to learn that lesson the hard away, to be honest. And so now I am so slowful about moving too fast. If I find myself getting anxious or worked up, I have to pull back, evaluate. Why am I feeling anxious? Is it me? Is it my flesh? Is it the— what is it, right? Because if I get ahead of God, I can miss some steps. If I get ahead of God, I can become overwhelmed. If I get ahead of God, right, I can, you know, miss like the, the, the very intricate details. You all, God is in the details, okay? So if you're a person that takes the vision, you want to make it happen tomorrow, that's not God. That's not God, okay? So keep it in mind, involve God in every single step, every single thing that you do. And that takes, um, discipline, that takes, um, time to cultivate that. It took me time to cultivate that, but once I did, life is a lot easier, okay? Because even now I'm like, Lord, okay, I'm launching this program in January for Christian leaders, okay, what's next, you know? As an entrepreneur, I'm okay, what's next? Like, because I got to be ahead of the game, right? And he hadn't really told me yet, so I'm okay, I'm just gonna stay right here and like work on this program, okay, until you give me the next instructions. I'm not gonna get ahead of him because then I can burn myself out, all right? Um, number 7 is rest in God's sovereignty. Trust that God is in control even when things seem chaotic, okay? Says, be still and know that I am God. This is Psalms 46: and 10, rest in God's sovereignty. Okay, what does that mean, right? Take out time to rest, right? Whenever you are like running, running, running, running, you not hearing God, I can promise you that. You may think you hear the Lord, but more likely you're not because you're so busy, so busy with your hand to the plow that you're missing the intricate details. But when we take out time to just rest okay? Rest in God's presence. I have a podcast on that, how, you know, I share how I rest in God's presence. I can just be sitting down and quiet, still, with nothing playing, play some worship music. I might put on my prayer shawl from time to time, right? Whatever you— whatever works for you that helps you to get in God's presence, right? That's how you rest, okay? People think rest mean going on vacation. Go ahead, go on vacation, okay? But for me, like After the vacation, give me like 2 days because I need time to still recoup from vacation. Okay, um, so rest in God's, um, sovereignty. All right, so here are some other points I want to give you and I'll be done. Okay, so as a Christian leader, you are on the front lines of a spiritual battle. Opposition is not a sign that you have failed or misheard God. It's often confirmation that you're on the right path. Remember this: opposition is temporary, but God's purpose is eternal. Okay, um, the enemy's plans are to harm you, but God's plans are to prosper you and give you a hope. Jeremiah 29:11. Okay, um, every challenge you face is an opportunity for God to reveal his power in and through you. So press on knowing that God is with you every single step of the way. Okay, so once again, let us not become weary in well-doing, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Okay, and so just remember that, you guys, opposition does not always mean that it is, you know, that you're wrong or you didn't hear God. Okay, so if you're a person that struggles with that, I encourage you to sit down with God and ask God again. God, tell me again. God, remind me again. What did you say? Right? And write it down and make it plain, okay? Because you guys, as you can see, the world is like changing before our very eyes. So much going on with exposure, so much going on with just a lot. It's a lot, okay? And so I was telling this to my friend today during our prayer call. I'm like, hey, I'm like, in this season, God is needing all the hands, the feet, the eyes, the head, the shoulders, and he need all the parts to move together because it's going to be— it's a dire need, you guys. So whatever it is, I don't care how small it is, write that book, start that podcast, start that blog, go live, create content, right? Do whatever you have to do to get that thing done, okay? Um, you got to shut people out for a season, right? I mean, you have to, right? What's more important to you? Finishing what God has given you or trying to please other people, okay? And so also invite you, um, this tomorrow— not tomorrow, but on Sunday I'm having another boundaries workshop, okay? Quick, because I'm already on that. So I did a workshop almost 2 weeks ago, right, y'all? I had planned, I had tested the link, make sure the link was working. So how about we get on? And people couldn't get on, y'all. I had 200 people registered for their workshop and they couldn't get on. Oh my God. And I knew that moment, I said, stay calm, this is opposition, it's gonna be okay. And so we pushed through, end up having it on Zoom. The workshop was amazing, but people weren't able to stay on because they had things to do. So I'm having it again this Sunday at 6 PM Eastern Standard Time. If you are on Instagram, it's in my bio.. If you wanted this, comment here, hey, I want the link, I want to go. Um, it's going to be amazing. Um, and then on YouTube and Facebook, it'll be in the description if you want to go to the workshop on Sunday. So it is like, um, via Zoom. It's not going to be, you know, live on social media. Um, it's going to be, um, in my Zoom room. Okay, you can ask questions about boundaries. Um, y'all, it's gonna be great. And not only that, um, I've already launched my, uh, program for Christian leaders Uh, called Empowered to Lead. Empowered to Lead, you all. And in that mentorship group, coaching group, we're going to be debunking and coming up against and opposing and tearing down perfectionism, okay? Rejection, unresolved trauma, unforgiveness, comparison— all the things that prevents Christian leaders from either launching out, okay, into ministry, or preventing them from going to the next level in God, okay? So there are leaders that I know for a fact that are like, they already leading, but God saying come up higher, but they're struggling because of all these other things over here, right? That's in your heart and in your mind. They like, nobody gonna see, no one see it but God, right? Then you have some that are new that want to launch out into their purpose, but they are afraid. And so my job, my goal is to give you the tools you need to help, to help you, you know, be set up for success. These are all things that I myself walk through. Um, personally in my own life, and also, you know, help my clients walk through in coaching and in therapy in the past, okay? Um, because I am very passionate about Christian leadership. I'm very passionate about seeing leaders be whole so they can lead from a pure place and lead from a whole place— whole mentally, emotionally, and whole when it comes to, like, you know, you know, uh, uh, leadership and, you know, stewarding God's people the way God had designed them to, okay? So that's the whole goal of that. It's going to be— going to have prayer, we're going to have worksheets, assessments, all that good stuff. Okay, um, let's see. Thank you, I needed to hear, to know it was okay to walk away from people. Yes, for a season, absolutely. Okay, listen, Lauren, over here on YouTube, I'm at a point in my life that if you are causing me to like stumble and not do what God called me to do, you got to go, baby. You got to go. I don't even care no more. I don't care if you family, I don't care who you are, baby, you got to go. Okay, unless God is telling me otherwise, I will not. I'm done. Because there's so many people that are attached to my ministry, not just now but also in the future, and I have got to be focused. Okay, I'm a wife, I'm a mom. Okay, I have my own, you know, my own job. I have things that, you know, I got to take care of. I got to have that balance, and I can't deal with the drama. I just can't. I can't do it. I'll look on Instagram up here. Hey, you guys, thanks for joining in. Thanks for joining in. But you're welcome, Lauren. Thank you so much for, um, commenting. Let me see, uh, put your comment up here. Yes, said thank you. You're welcome. Oh man, other Christians who scream at you over the phone. Who does that? Oh my goodness. That is not good. I'm hanging up on you. Don't be screaming at me. I will hang up on you. Let me see anyone else. And keep on going. All right, okay. And another thing too, you guys, I want to add this real quickly and I'll be done. If, if someone is not going to receive what it is that you're trying to tell them, and like saying, hey, you know, in this season, you know, I can't do XYZ, and they get upset with you, dust your feet off, okay? Because obviously they are a stumbling block for you in various ways, either because they haven't grown in this areas within them that, you know, they have to go and work out. I've been there. I've had friends that I've had to let go. It didn't feel good, but because they weren't willing to grow up and mature in some areas, I couldn't walk with them anymore because it was— they were actually a stumbling block for me. And I'm the kind of person, I'm very— I'm communicative, I'm very, um, vocal, I'm very honest, I'm very loving, and I'm gonna tell you the truth, right? You know what, you know what, God's help and with God's grace, okay? I have, I have a lot of grace for people, but if you don't listen and you keep, you know, over and over again like resisting what I'm saying, I have to walk away because other people up here like you guys who are willing to hear what I have to say and you apply it, right? So why keep, you know, beating a horse with a stick who don't want to listen, okay? So in this season, we don't have time, y'all. We really don't. You're welcome, Lauren. And my husband on— he's at work, but he said gotta keep it moving. That's right, babe. And my husband, oh my God, he the king of keeping it moving. Oh my gosh, he's more, uh, quick to move on to me, okay? All righty, so any other questions, comments, or any of those things? Let me see, because it's going fast up here on Instagram. All righty, okie dokie. So we will finish. Um, you're so welcome, Lauren. Um, and I'll leave the replay up, and again, the link for the workshop will be in the description and on Instagram in the description as well. And the program. And so, yeah, and so I'm going to pray us out, and then I will see you guys who will be at the workshop on Sunday. All right, so Father, I just thank you for every single person who came on tonight. I pray, God, that they feel encouraged, they feel edified. Lord Father, just speak to them and minister to them, Lord God, um, to remind them that, um, that you're always with them and that, God, you would never leave them or forsake them. And so God, I just thank you, Lord, um, for this being a good, good Father. I just said my prayer. Amen. Yes, my mind is going 100 miles per hour because I feel like it's still some more that I need to talk about. To be honest, it is, it is. Okay, so it won't be tonight, but next week I'll be going live again. Put it that way. I'll be going live again. All righty then. All right, y'all have a good night. Thank you so much, and I will see y'all next time. And all righty.
