In this tutorial, Christian life coach and business mentor Shakeela Torres introduces two of her coaching programs—Anointed to Coach for certified Christian life coaches seeking to launch or structure their business, and a certification program for aspiring Christian life coaches—both with limited‑time enrollment and early‑bird pricing. She then demonstrates how she uses the social‑media management platform Metricool, which she has employed for five years, to streamline marketing for her various brands (personal brand, nonprofit, academy, mental‑wellness ministry, and marriage ministry). She walks through the Metricool dashboard, showing how to connect multiple social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Twitter, Bluesky, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Google My Business, ad accounts), manage up to five brands under one account, and view analytics. She explains the planning module, including best‑time suggestions, scheduling posts, reels, stories, adding captions, hashtags, AI‑generated text, and handling character limits per network. She highlights the auto‑list feature for recurring content such as lead‑magnet posts, and the RSS feed integration that auto‑posts from a blog or podcast. She also shows the inbox feature for monitoring comments and messages, and mentions the mobile app for on‑the‑go scheduling. Throughout, she emphasizes the low cost (about $20/month) and the value she’s gained over five years. The video ends with calls to action: comment, share alternative tools, subscribe, download a free guide, and watch upcoming parts of the series.

Hello, welcome to my YouTube channel. My name is Shakeeta Torres. I am a business coach and mentor, and I am the founder of Anointed to Coach. Okay, and so today I want to go over with you a tool that I use in my business, um, to market my programs, my books, ebooks, whatever I have going on in that particular season to my audiences on my social media platforms. Um, and so before I get into that, I want to share with you really quickly, um, I have two different programs that are open right now. Um, one is called Anointed to Coach. It is for those who are already certified Christian life coaches, okay, and you have not launched your business yet, or you need clarity and you need help with setting order and structure into your business. That's what the program is for. And so I have put the link for you in the description box for you to go check it out, download my free guide to look at all the different tools that I use, um, in my business. Um, and so their program is very robust. It's going to help you to gain clarity about who you're called to, clarity about your message, clarity about just, uh, all things coaching. Okay, then I will also be helping you with business strategy, financial strategy, with tools, tech, marketing, and so much more. You're going to gain confidence. You're going to— I'm gaining so much more than what the program actually costs. Okay, the next program I have, um, have open now is if you desire to become a certified Christian life coach. I do have 2 slots for that right now. Um, enrollment for both of those open up, uh, September the— it's already open now, but it closes September 7th. Okay, and right now early bird is going on until August 21st. That's next week. So be sure to go. Don't wait. Obey the Lord. I move in obedience, you all, because we in a season where the Lord is releasing so much to his people, and I do not want you to miss the harvest. Okay? All right? He is blowing wind. He is sending financial increase, spiritual increase to the body of Christ. Okay? It's a shit happening. It's already happening right now in the spirit. Okay? So I don't want you to miss that. So in order to do that, you must be positioned. You must have structure, order, and strategy. Okay? So join us. All right. So today, we are going to go over a tool that I love to use called Metricool. I have been using this tool for about 5 years now. It has saved me so much time. It's also an app you can put on your phone to schedule content as well. And so I'm going to show you really quickly the different ways that I use it. This software is very robust, but easy to learn, but also very inexpensive too, in my opinion. Okay. There's also a link for that as well in the description for you to be able to go check it out and see how you like it. All right, so I'm going to share my screen. I want to share with you what Metricool looks like and kind of give you an overview of what it has to offer. And so as you can see here, this is the dashboard. This is the analytics board, and I already have my information here already connected. As you can see here on the left side, these right here are all of the different platforms that you can connect Metricool to. So we have your actual website, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Twitter, Bluesky, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Google My Business, YouTube, and Twitch. Also, you can put TikTok ads, Google ads, and Meta ads. I personally, I've used it a little bit, but not a lot. I prefer to go to the actual Facebook dashboard to look at my analytics there. Okay? And so I definitely do not use everything in here. Okay? Not because I can't, because I know what I need from this particular platform. But it offers so much, y'all, so much. So the first thing is to— is don't forget to connect your accounts here, okay? And then also what I love about Metricool is that I'm able to connect 5 different brands to my account for that low price. So if you look here, you can see the different brands that I have connected. So I have my Doing It for the Kingdom, the nonprofit, my academy here. Faith and Mental Wellness, me and my husband's marriage ministry Kingdom Covered Conversations, and then Shakeeta Torres, my personal brand, right? And so typically I post more here on my personal brand. I am thinking about upgrading for my children's ministry, so we'll see. If you go to each platform, it'll also kind of give you a breakdown of analytics for what's going on as well for that account. So let's get to the fun part, which is planning. So if you keep on click planning here, you can see the different platform that your account is connected to. And so here you see the best times here with Facebook highlighted, and it tells you the, the time in which people are the most active for you for that particular account. So you can literally click on that and you can just add your Reel or your post here, and then you just pretty much, you just schedule it out. So there's a lot of features here as well. You can put, say, text here that you may have from the past. You can put, you can generate AI assistant. I don't use it a lot because to me, like, it's very simple. You can use it as a way to inspire you for a post, for a post caption, but you don't have to use it. You can add your first comment, you can put a hashtag. So it's a lot of features that this offers. And so you can also choose here if you want to put, you know, post, reel, story, same with Facebook, reel, story, post, and then you got LinkedIn. Now some of these platforms here, they do have a character limit, meaning that you cannot add more than what that particular platform allows, but you can go in and you can edit it by network, and I love that too., and you can go and do it this way. Mm-hmm. So for every platform, you can do the same thing, okay? So you can go to Instagram and do it, LinkedIn and do it. And sometimes I will go in for each particular one and do it. Sometimes I don't. It just depends on, honestly, how I feel that day, okay? But I do love that about the platform. What else did I want to go over really quickly? Planning. Okay, so also here you can have auto list. So auto list is where, let's say that you, okay, for me, for example, I might have a free lead magnet that I want to be posted throughout my marketing journey, maybe twice a week. So you can literally do that here without having to continue to schedule the content on the calendar, okay? So if you go here to new auto list, You name it, you put repeat here, and then you can literally put the times and date that you want this particular content to keep posting for you. How cool is that? And then you have Facebook, you can click Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn. Once again, you can't post like regular posts on TikTok, right? But yeah, play around with it. Metricool has definitely expanded a lot, has grown a lot in what they offer. And they always are sending me emails about what's trending, what's going on. Also, I love here is that you can link your RSS feed from your blog, okay, or your podcast. And so when you do that, you're able to do the same thing. It will post content for you based off what you choose from that URL. So I love that too as well. And also here, if you have different brands like I do, you can put duplicate in another brand and you can do the same thing there, schedule it in. Different day and time. So it's a very robust platform, um, for $20 a month. I, I can't complain. I, I can't complain. And so also here, um, you go to your inbox and you can see if anyone has sent you a message here or commented on your post. And once again, as I said earlier in the beginning of this video, you can schedule out content from the app, and the app is amazing as well. All right, so let me know in the comment section if you plan on trying this platform. If you already use a different platform now, share with me what that is. There's so many different tools out there, but it's all about how are you using it? Are you really truly able to maximize that tool and get your money's worth? And for me, MetroCool has been that for me. I have been able to really maximize the money that I have invested in 5 years in this particular platform. So if you get a chance, check it out. Be sure to subscribe to my YouTube channel. Be sure to like it and share with someone that may need it. And as I said before, don't forget to download your free guide, the tools that I use to launch a 5-figure coaching— not business, but a 5-figure launch for a program I have. Okay? So once again, thanks for watching, and I will see you all on the next video. This is part 2. Uh, on part 1, I did a teaching on the different tools that I used, okay? And then I'll be doing a part 3, 4, and a 5, right? So stay tuned, and I'll see you guys next time.
