When men feel sexually or financially unsatisfied at home, they cheat and spend recklessly, what the speaker calls laying "bricks" that collapse the relationship. Infidelity and money problems destroy love and respect, leaving partners resentful and convinced all men are untrustworthy.
Is that we have issues with sex and money. Come on, men, sex and money. So we get into a place of where we feel we ain't getting it good at home. So we want to go and get the shorty at the job and get the shorty somewhere else, and we want to go spend some money, splurge on them. So we could go and get up and lay down. And we don't do all things that we ain't supposed to be doing. Stop it. That's one of the bricks that causes the relationship to fail. Then what happens after you go and have sex with somebody else and you ain't and your money get messed up? Then the love and respect starts to go going the wrong direction. She no longer feels that you love her in the right way, that she wants to be loved. So she no longer respects you as you're supposed to be respected as a man. And you're complaining about why she ain't cooking your food because you trifling. All right? So that's the reason. Because now her thoughts is that, you know what the truth about men is? That all men really are dogs. All men really ain't no good. So she's going back into those patterns of thought that she learned.
