They see that he's single, repeatedly friend-zoned. Women like him but don't want him. He's soft-spoken, passive, pleasant enough company, but he doesn't provide that spark that women are looking for. He doesn't give off that energy, that masculine energy that women are wanting. When I asked him what he's looking for in a partner, he said about 5'6, slim, thick, goes to the gym, between 130 and 175 pounds.
