In this brief conversational excerpt, Speaker A reflects on Joey's standout ability, describing her superpower as effective communication rooted in deep self-awareness. While acknowledging that no one knows themselves perfectly, Speaker A emphasizes that Joey's strong self-knowledge enables her to convey messages clearly, especially in interpersonal contexts. Oh, there's truly so many, you know, and I wanna say that almost sarcastically, but I'm not going to because it's not, you know, it's like it totally, there's so many different things that she is good at that I would look at like, wow, you're so much better than that in that, maybe than me. So maybe it's not a superpower, she's just better, she's better than me in it. But I think if I had to narrow it down to one thing, you know, as a superpower, I would say her ability to communicate a message. Her ability to communicate. And I think it just comes from the superpower of being self-aware. I think when you really know something, that's why you can communicate it effectively. And that's one thing I think is really good with Joey is that she just, I think she knows herself really good. Really, really good. I'm thinking about this answer as I'm giving it because yeah, I think she knows herself really good. Not perfectly, right? I don't think anybody really, really knows themselves like completely in and out, but she knows herself so well. That she can communicate effectively when it comes to just certain things, especially when it comes to people and things like that. And I wish I could elaborate that a little bit better, but yeah, I think her superpower is communication for sure.
That was so sweet. Thanks.
You're welcome.
I think Shane's superpower is execution. I think that from the day I met him till now, he's just kind of like charged— Charge that hill! —at anything, you know? We're gonna charge and then we're gonna figure it out. And I guess because we're opposites, it's so great because I could sit there and read every book and analyze everything and never get started because I have to be prepared to know myself, to feel myself, to make sure that we are— no, I'm just kidding.
