Healthiest habits is our diet. Is our diet. Not even our diet, just the way we eat. You know, now for sure, for sure. So I'll speak for Joey. She's amazing. She fasts now right at 5 o'clock. She stops eating, which to me is amazing, especially in the work, you know, and in what we do. You know, we're running hard in the evening times. And it's usually when we're, right, our bodies, right after we're done, we're hungry, you know? So to watch her not eat after 5 is huge. So that, and then for me, I try to eat smaller portions. I would say. I do, right? Try to eat small. Even upstairs, I got a small little plate. She goes, "You got a small plate?" I go, "I did." But it's full of danishes.
No, I'm just kidding. I'm just kidding.
No, it's even on the small plate, it's properly portioned, you know? But yeah, so with that, and then of course, we exercise. 2 days a week, and then our mental diet, you know, getting that our mental diet on too. So that was it.
Yeah, I think for me, if I had to think about my healthiest habit, it would probably be my vitamin regimentation. I think a lot of times people are shocked at how much supplements I take, whether it's in a pill form or now powders in my drink. But I think people also too can't stay up and have enough stamina, you know, for the day. And so we do what we gotta do.
You need stamina for the day.
Healthy habits.
Healthy habits. Healthy habits.
