they might see their— and each of those 5 videos has millions of views and they go, well, that must be it. That's much— must be all I need. They don't see all the work. Like you said about your YouTube channel, they don't see all the videos that didn't have all the views prior to you hitting, you know, monetization and then starting to get thousands of views on your videos and things like that. So it's, um, it's 3 things. One is that you have to find the courage. Sometimes it is as simple as that. Dig deep. Find the courage. Maybe you need somebody to help you, to push you in that direction. Courage is number one. Second, commitment. You have to be committed to the process. And don't make it about you. Make it about serving your audience. If you take the pressure off of yourself, that's often what is needed because people put so much pressure on themselves to be perfect. They're making it too much about them. And it's like, if you make it about other people and you're there to serve them, it's like a weight will be lifted off your shoulders. You might still feel a bit nervous, but if you make it about them, that will help. Be committed to the process for them, not for you. And then, the third thing is the confidence comes as a result of that, in my opinion. It's when the confidence starts to work unto itself and all of a sudden, you get a comment or something somebody says or maybe somebody shared your— now, you feel good. You're like, "Oh my gosh, I just— something, somebody cares." And that's ultimately what people want. They just wanna know that people care about them and, and that what they're saying and what they're sharing is valuable. It might take a while for us to get that proof, but it will happen in time if you're committed to the process.
Yeah. I mean, from experience, the algorithms will reward you if you're consistent about it. Like I'm telling you, like you just keep doing it. And I mean, now that I, that I see the numbers and everything like that, I was like, there's no way I'm gonna stop now because I know what's coming.
