Creating Your 6-Month Publishing Plan

Sheryl Plouffe walks through a six-month video publishing plan for small-business owners, built on three mindsets (Courage, Commitment, Confidence) and a 4P framework. Month one uses daily livestream challenges to build habit; months two and three shift to marketing-focused live content; months four through six add recorded videos and repurposed clips for social media and podcasts.

Welcome to the Zoom interactive portion of the training today. I have something special that I am sharing with you in the chat if you are here live. If you are watching on some of the other platforms that I just mentioned, don't worry. Don't worry, I'm going to come back after. I'll put a comment, um, in there for you so that you can access this free gift that I'm sharing today. And what it is, is it's a publishing plan. Here's why I created this. I've been toiling over this for the last little while. I created a 13-page report. Don't let that freak you out, it's not that bad in terms of like how long it takes to go through, but it is 13 pages long. It is a comprehensive 6-month publishing plan for coaches, consultants, small business owners, entrepreneurs, and what I believe you need to do in order to win at video marketing and to grow your business online. So for those of you who are new to me, my name is Sheryl Plouffe. I am a video strategist. I have done 20,000 hours of live TV broadcasting over the course of my 25-year career and have transitioned that experience into doing what I do now, which is supporting entrepreneurs to grow their business online. I mean, there's no— it's no surprise that growing your business online is the key to having success long term.
Right.
The world is online. And so when you don't have your online presence dialed in, that's a problem. It is a problem. And we really strive to help to support you to do that. That involves social media. It involves content creation. It involves expert positioning. And so what I'm sharing with you today is what I believe in looking at 2021 and beyond. What is a 6-month plan that you could take with you?
Whether—
listen, obviously, you know, we have courses and coaching and things and ways that we can support you to do the things that, that you need to do to get there. But I built this report so that you could take just the report. And if you action what's in it, you will get results. So that's pretty exciting. If you want to know more about how we can support you to do that, obviously, let's have a conversation. But you can take this, this report, this publishing plan, and action it. So I'm going to share it with you today. If you're on the Zoom, uh, you just have to go into your chat, and you should be able to see the 6-month publishing plan PDF. If you click that file and download it, You can save it to your computer. And what I would love for you to do is to, to, to go through this, you know, go through the publishing plan, and I'd love to hear your feedback. You can even send me an email or a text message and let me know what you think.
I'm proud of it.
I'm really proud of it because it's my, I guess, contribution to helping people to really move the needle. I'm just going to post it again because sometimes when you come in the Zoom at a certain point, you haven't seen all the stuff in the chat. So if you have any trouble, just let me know.
I'm happy to, you know, send it to you. And if you're watching on any at the other platforms, email me, DM me.
I'm not hard to find. Just send me a text and say, hey, I want your publishing plan.
I'll make sure that you get it.
Okay, so what, um, the reason that I built this out over a 6-month time span is because one of the things that I'm seeing a lot is, and maybe this is just a function of us living in a, uh, in a society that instant gratification type of society. But what I'm seeing is people who are giving up way too soon on themselves when it comes to video or creating content in and of itself. You know, not all of you, some of you who are on here right now have been committed, you're doing it, you're doing the work. But what I have found is that a lot of times people will say, oh, you know what, Sheryl? Yeah, yeah, no video, it doesn't work., and I'll say, oh, okay, well, tell me about your experience in doing the videos. And they'll go, well, I've done a ton of video and hasn't resulted in anything. I'll be like, whoa, okay, well, that sounds weird. Okay, well, tell me, like, tell me a little bit more about that. And they'll go, I've created a ton of videos. Okay, well, tell me the number.
And they'll go, 5. 5 whole videos, right?
It's like, okay, that's at the point where I go, mm, suspect. You know, but you'd be surprised at how many people create a small batch of videos and expect it to solve every single problem in their entire business. That's not really how it works. All right, it, it's, it's all about— and I talk about this in this document and in this report about the 3 C's of video marketing success.
Courage.
The courage to do it. The courage to show up.
Right.
It means Facing the fears, if that's where you're at, if you're one of those perfectionists, you know what I'm talking about. You have to face the fear and you got to get out there and find the courage to go out there and do it. But let's just presume that you're past that point and you're like Rose, who's just like doing the videos. She's like, no fear, let's just do it. Okay. The second thing is commitment, right? You have to have commitment to your audience and be in it for the long haul. One of the things that I have found with how I've been operating my business coaching is I— and I, listen, I look back on what I've done and I think I probably could have done some things better. One of the things that I think I've done not a good job of is painting a picture of the type of commitment it takes.
I've talked about that.
I've talked about commitment, but I haven't maybe done as good enough a job of explaining what kind of timeframe I'm really talking about here. I'm talking about 6 months.
I'm talking about a year.
I'm talking about a multi-year approach to growing your business. Julia, you know, right? You're in startup mode with your new business. It's challenging, right? It comes with its own set of challenges, but you have to be in it for the long haul. If you give up too soon, you don't know what's on the other side. You're hockey sticking. You're in this place where you're like growing, you know, you're doing all the things, you're doing all the things, and it doesn't feel like there's any traction. And then you give up at the point just before it starts to turn. Um, and so I think that by creating a publishing plan like I have and like I'm sharing with you today as my free gift to you, it's going to help to paint a picture of what I believe is the right— not only the right approach and the right strategy over a course of, say, 6 months, but the right order. What is the right order in which to do this, in which to create video content and to put yourself out there and position position yourself as an expert. So, you have to have the courage, you gotta have the commitment to go out there and be committed to your audience on a regular, consistent, frequent basis, right? And then the third part is the confidence. One of the big mistakes is that people think that they have to wait until they feel confident to go out there and do the videos, when in fact, The confidence comes from doing the videos. This is, this is a big issue that I see, especially with the perfectionists out there, right? If you're a perfectionist, you know, you know, you're waiting, waiting. You're like, OK, one of these days I'm going to find up the courage. I'm going to muster up the courage to go out there and do that livestream or do that video. And I'm going to wait until I feel the confidence. You'll be waiting a long, long time. You'll be waiting a long time. You have to start taking imperfect action. And it's through the process of doing that that it builds confidence because There is nothing like doing a live stream or making a video and having, let's say, 2 people. You know, you're at the very beginning of all of this and you get 2 people to comment on your video or you get a couple of likes. All of a sudden you go— when you're first starting out, that's a big deal. That is cause for celebration. Those first few bits of engagement is something to celebrate when you're first starting out. What does that do to your self-esteem, to your confidence? You go, Okay, all right, good. So people like it, they're getting it. Oh, and what does it do inside of you? It makes you want to do more. It gives you the drive that, that runs the whole engine. Um, actually, for November 18th, so, um, starting—
sorry, in the animated shorts, if you can mute yourselves, please. Thank you so much. I think it's Keith.
Susan.
Okay, that's okay.
Cool. So, um, it's, it's really about that, that piece around the confidence comes from doing the content. So this 6-month publishing plan, and I'll share just a couple of things on the screen with you, and then I'll open it up to just some questions around this.
But, um, let me go in here. Where is it? So this is what it looks like when you download it.
You'll see Um, you know, so I kind of go through this, this whole piece of like, what are the choices you need to make? What are some things you're going to have to consider? I also provide a ton of resources and links to different— they're hyperlinked resources that you can use.
Some are free.
Uh, well, actually most of them, I would say, actually most of them are free. Um, what are some choices that you need to make in a variety of different areas, including This one here in particular is what platforms—
what—
how do you choose what platforms you should publish on over the next 6 months in order to get the results that you want? Well, it starts by analyzing not only your ideal client or customer, but also considering, is— are you a B2C company? Are you a B2B company? And a variety of different things that you need to make decisions on to know what platform. So I've I put all of that in here and different resources. So, it's making choices. It's also concepts that you have to get your head around, really conceptual things that are really going to make a difference for you as you set out and embark to, you know, do this. So, I share all of this in this document, including the Universal Video Script, which some of you may have heard me use and teach and maybe are already using. I hope you do, but it's all in here. If we go down, let's see, my 4P framework, which is really the foundation of everything that I teach, is always around planning, producing, publishing, and promoting. And then also different assets that you need to create over the next 6 months. What are the things that you need to— that will help move the needle for you as you grow your business online that have helped me? And many of the things that I've put in this document are things I learned the hard way and the long way. Like years that it took me to figure out a lot of this stuff. So I hope that this will help shorten the cycle for you and be able to help you get more results more quickly. This is, you know, the logo, the name logo, like how, how do I create mine? I show you some examples of mine and different assets that you should be thinking of creating in your business over the next 6 months. And then finally, the timeline, right? This is coming back to the 6-month publishing plan. And really what the idea behind it is. This is aligned to what our coaching services are and are going to be in 2021, but you don't have to necessarily, you know, you could take this and run with it. But if you are interested to know how we would support you, we can have a conversation. This is really in essence what it is. I hope that this is going to be something that will help you and that you can run with.
You are so welcome, Keith.
Glad that you—
good, good, good.
You're welcome. So I would love if we joined on Facebook. Where do I find it, Susan? Um, I'm going to go back into Facebook and let you know. But for you, I mean, you're already part of my community. I'm going to be emailing this out, so you don't worry, you're definitely going to have access to it. I can even send it to you. I know you were connected on text, so I can even text it to you if you want. OK, so questions.
Let's talk about publishing.
Let's just talk about us. Let's just talk about a 6-month time frame. I would love to know from you, what do you want to accomplish? Julia, let's start with you because I know you're like in startup mode right now. We just had a quick conversation before you started this live and you were saying, ah, so many things going on. What is the plan for you over the next 6 months? What do you want to accomplish?
So I think I'm looking at your plan, which is great. I don't necessarily fit the coaching model. I'm selling a product, right? And so what I would need to do, I've got like 10 topics, I've already written 10 blogs, I've got it lined up, I've got a promotion, a 30-second promotional video ready made, and I've got 6 small clips, and it's not me talking. It's all part of, you know, I'm selling comfortable pants, bamboo pants. We've redesigned waistbands. So people who sit a lot are more comfortable, right? So we're called Heaven to Wear. And the video really at the beginning is all about everything that's squished. 'Cause I've always had that in my life. I've never found comfortable pants.
I'm telling a story about myself right now. Yeah.
And, you know, I would go to formal meetings and then come home And the first thing I could do is get out of my clothes because I was so uncomfortable. So that's the thing.
Yeah. Here's what's exciting about, I think, the product that you're selling and that you want to continue to sell. It's so apropos for the world we live in now because we're all doing Zoom. We all are sitting, you know, we're dressed up from here up, but we're in yoga pants down here. You know what I'm saying? So I think that you are at the right place at the right time. I would say a publishing plan like this could still apply though. Don't be scared off by the idea that this is for coaches and consultants. I think you can definitely apply a lot of what I'm talking about in there because at the core of it is positioning yourself as a leader, as an expert, as a resource in your industry. That's what coaches and consultants really need to do because they're selling themselves. They're selling their own products and services, co— coaching, consulting, courses, and things like that. But even though you're selling a product, I think there's much benefit to you positioning yourself as a leader, as a resource in your, in your industry, in your niche. You could be doing live streams. And if you notice in the publishing plan, it starts with live, live, live, live, and then recorded, record. Like, so it's flipping the script really in 2021. And this is, this is different than how I've done it in the past. In the past, I've had a tendency to start with, hey, learn how to edit videos here, learn how to edit videos, and then, oh, and do some live streams too. But what I'm seeing now in the marketplace is that people, business owners, need videos like now. They need them quick. And you don't have time to learn how to edit right now. You need get videos out there quickly that position you as an expert. So use that plan. And I would go live and I would be talking about lifestyle. The fact that you're at home, that you need to be comfortable, you're on video, you know, working from home. How do you still, you know, how do you still stay comfortable yet still stay put together? The psychology of dressing up in the morning. There's just so many things that you could unravel in your space that would tie into the product.
But I mean, short of holding up pants, I get what you mean. I mean, you know, is it just me or do I actually hold stuff up?
I don't. So I'm thinking about a content, you know, from a content strategy point of view. What I'm not suggesting that you do promotional videos like, oh, look at the pants and the features of the pants and look at the pants. It's more about you need to be talking about the lifestyle of working from home, the lifestyle of video and Zoom meetings and the plethora of Zoom video conference or video conferencing that people are subjected to now and that sort of thing, which— because it's more about the lifestyle of the work-at-home entrepreneur or small business owner. Like, because I'm thinking about who is the ideal client, who is the ideal person, product. All of us. It's all of us on this, on this call.
Why?
Because we're all doing Zooms 18 hours a day, it feels like. And I know for me, like, I'm sitting here and I'm doing Zoom all the time, and I am actually wearing right now a pair of elasticized waistband— you know, your pants are probably better than what I'm wearing right now, but I wear these because they're comfortable. I want to be comfortable when I'm sitting at the computer and when I'm sitting at the video, and it doesn't, you know, so I think you need to be talking about the lifestyle.
Okay, thanks, that's really helpful.
Yeah, appreciate it.
Okay, what is another— who else wants to jump in with what they—
what's the vision?
What's the plan, vision for the next 6 months? Where do you want to go? What does the next 6 months look like? Peter, go ahead.
Well, I'm taking a different tack. As some of you may know, we started a podcast and video show back in March for a bit of fun and to bring a bit of light into people's lives in the shutdown, and Cheryl was one of our early guests, for which we thank you a lot. However, this thing has taken off beyond our wildest dreams, and we're now getting solicited by people from England, Asia, Africa to appear on our show. So we're in the lovely position of being able to say to some people, well, we can't accommodate you just yet. We now realize we, we actually have a business here, so we're in the process of monetizing it. So we have interviews booked right through and guest appearances right through till after Christmas already, and we're moving into the next stage. And this started something that started on a whim for fun and has just taken off, and we're giving it more attention than all our other business aspects, and we really believe that it's going to be a winner. So, but we like the idea of scheduling And thanks for all your help along the line, Cheryl. So thank you.
And you know, in, in that document that I'm sharing, the first part that I talk about is choosing your modality, choosing the type of content.
Like, where do you—
where does it start? How does it stand? Where does it stem from? And everyone's choice will be different. You know, you have 3 choices. You have written, uh, audio, and video formats or modalities that you can choose. I make an argument in this report for why you should start with video, right? Because video has the potential to repurpose in more ways. Once you have the video, you can extract the audio and turn that into a podcast. You have the video that can become— but that's not going to be the right choice for everyone. You know, it's some podcast— I'm a big fan of podcasting. I think it's great. It is a long-term thing. Like, it's, it's, it's For most people, it's not— it's more of a long-term strategy because it takes, you know, to build the audience, but can be very powerful. Written content, how I approach it is I say, do a video and then transcribe your video and turn that into the blog post or use sections of it to create social media posts. So, everyone's choice is going to be different around that, but I paint a picture of why I'm really making an argument for why to start with video. But I think, Peter, you're on to something.
Can I just add a quick one there, though? What we find is we rip the audio out of every video and put it on a podcast platform, and we find some of our guests do way better on audio than they do on video, and some of our audience only listens to audio and others only watch video. So, and we do exactly as you say, we extract some and put it into blog posts. So we find the three Good.
Repurposing is big. It really is. Like, you know, if you're, you're wearing all the hats and you're running your business almost entirely by yourself or maybe with a little bit of help from a virtual assistant or an OBM or something. But, you know, you have to get very smart and efficient. But how do you leverage every single piece of content that you make? I'm making improvements even for my own self in that regard. You know, in 2021, I have big plans to do more on the side of micro content. Whereas, um, I've already focused quite a bit on macro. So macro being what is that weekly piece of content that you create? Like, I just passed 14,200 subscribers on my YouTube channel.
Wow.
And I was at 850, uh, not quite a year ago.
So, but that's because of macro kind of—
that's commitment to an audience over time, every single week, no matter what. Um, even when my computer broke down For 2 weeks, I didn't have a computer.
I was like, what am I going to do?
I went live. I figured it out. I was like, just get resourceful, figure it out, because I'm committed to my audience. So, it's, but, but that piece around repurposing, Peter, to your point, is really, really key. And it is part of the 4P framework that I teach.
Good. Thanks, Cheryl.
Yay. All right.
Who else wants to share vision, vision, for, for 2021.
Hi, Anne.
Hi. Um, yeah, I'm, I'm trying to figure things out at the moment. Um, I, I have two sides to my business. One is I'm a market partner with Monet, and I do a lot of lives for that because it's selling hair and skincare. But the other side of my business is I'm actually a personality expert, and I work with a predominantly with a tool called Personality Dimensions. I've just written a report that's just been released for that around wellness. So we're, we're promoting that right now, my business partner and I, and our second book is about to be released in January. So I'm trying to figure out how we can go online and what we can be doing in terms of video, setting up a YouTube channel to promote to promote what we do, but also to perhaps give people almost on a weekly basis little tips and techniques around, you know, based on your temperament, this is how you might want to approach this, or that kind of thing. So I'm, I'm a little, um, I'm definitely new at this, and I'm just trying to figure it out.
Okay, cool.
Yeah, no, welcome. It's great that you're here and that you're bringing this up. I think it's, it is You know, yours is a really good example of like, what's the strategy? That's probably more than we can tackle in the next 6 minutes. Right. But nonetheless.
Oh, definitely.
Yeah. I think it's really what I would suggest is, is looking at, okay, what is the value proposition?
Like what, what is the focus?
What's the area in which I need to dominate? Um, and some people don't like the word dominate, but it is really like, that's what we're trying to do. You're trying to dominate your space. You're trying to become a leader, expert resource in a specific area. What is that expert? What is that area? Is it the personality side of things? Yeah, it is. What did you call yourself, a personality expert?
Expert.
Yeah, me, like, that's, that's it, you know.
Yeah. And I am within the industry, I am, um, very well, like, I'm well known, I'm top of my game, I'm actually considered one of the world's experts on in this field. So yeah.
Okay, so let me ask you this, because we're talking about this publishing plan today. In there I talk about the 6-month plan, and in essence what it is is spend the first— the first month is livestream every day. So we do a challenge to support people do that, but you could, you know, you could go live every day for 30 days on your subject if you wanted to.
Or how we do it is we send out prompts that are not necessarily directed at your niche just yet.
It's more of the first 30 days is to kind of get your feet wet, to get you just doing the mechanical process of peshing live and talking to camera.
And actually, I've been doing a 14-day live challenge, and I'm about at day 7 at the moment on that.
So yeah, you're gonna— you're going to— these— this type of challenge mentality is really powerful, and many people in this call have done that because, like, I'm thinking, Maura, for you, you had 2,200 video views that you didn't have before just by virtue of doing some short live streams for 30 days. So what it does is it builds momentum. Then, and what the next step is, as you look at the plan, next 2 months are more live streaming, but with a twist. They're more marketing. They're more of a function of marketing.
So it's like, okay, now I've built the, the, the habit.
Okay, cool. I got a little bit of momentum. I'm feeling a little more confident. Okay, cool. And then months 2 and 3 is, and we do this through a coaching, uh, program. Mm-hmm. But you can just start going live and, but turning those lives into more of marketing function. So it's following the Universal Video Script. Right? It's the engage, educate, and enroll, and do that on a consistent basis over the course of the next 2 months. Live, live, live, live, live. Okay, then, and so in your niche personality, like, so that's what you're gonna, that's what you're gonna talk about is, I mean, there's, I don't know that area, but you do, so you know, um, you know what needs to be discussed. And if you don't, then maybe a coaching program would be helpful. I don't know. Then the next 3 months, so months 4, 5, and 6, that's when, okay, you still are on track to be doing these lives. Now you start rolling in the added recorded videos, and that's when you learn some processes to create videos on your phone, on your desktop that help to support that. So by the end of 6 months, what you've done is you've built your confidence, you've built your momentum, you now are creating content, you've got a whole bunch of videos. It's not uncommon to think you've got You know, by the end of 6 months, if you follow this plan, you should have between 50 and 60 videos online. Okay. Right.
Cheryl, can you talk more about the 4, 5, and 6-month videos? You said that's where you're rolling in the prerecorded ideas and stuff. What sort of material there?
Same. So always under, under the guise of expert positioning, always. But the modality, or I guess not the modality, the, um, the type of video changes. So you're still building on the momentum of live because now you're in the moment that now you're in the habit that becomes part of your, of your way of conducting your business. But now you're learning how to create additional types of videos, recorded videos. This is when we start talking about YouTube channel and, and recorded content. Maybe it's for your course. Maybe it's for an email campaign, things like that that have to be recorded, maybe branded, and then created, right? So that's how I see that happening over the course of 6 months. So, Anne, you know, happy to jump on a call with you if you want to discuss this further, but that's what I would see. Definitely that personality piece, if you're already known for that. Yeah, what's lacking right now is you just don't have the online presence to match your level of expertise.
Right.
Yeah.
Yeah. Okay. That's great. Very helpful.
Thank you. All right. Um, I like the idea of an idea each week for your personality. Yeah. No, I mean, I can imagine that there are just a ton of different— if we really got into it, right? Like, so for example, um, with the, the months 2 and 3 in this 6-month publishing plan idea. Months 2 and 3 are building your content calendar, building, you know, your spreadsheets to keep track of ideas, noting, you know, inspiration, whether it's from a news report or you read a periodical and you got an idea. Like, where do all those ideas go? You don't have a way to capture that stuff. Vanishes into thin air. But it's what, what are your audience members all asking you about? You might even be on a Zoom like this and somebody asks you a question about personality and you're like, oh, interesting. That could be a video idea. Where are you capturing that? We teach that, right? It's like, how do you make a content calendar to capture those ideas to revisit them? Okay. Yeah. Cool. Thank you. You're welcome. All right, so I'm going to post it one more time in the chat because sometimes when people come in after they didn't see it. Crystal. So the 6-month publishing plan PDF, if you're here on the Zoom, is in the chat. So go there now, click on it, and download that to your computer. I would love for you to go through this again. It's 12 or 13 pages long, but it outlines what I believe should be your 6-month publishing plan. And I'd love to get your feedback on it. You know, you can let me know in the Facebook group if you're already a part of Cash In On Camera on Facebook. You know, send me a message. Text me, email me. I would love to know your feedback. It would really help me if there are some tweaks or maybe things are a bit unclear in certain areas. I can then go back and go, oh yeah, maybe this wasn't clear enough and I could tweak that as I launch this in 2021. I would appreciate that. I hope you'll use this. I hope you'll read through that and action. It's really— that's the intent. The intent is for it to be a thing that you can action. There are a whole bunch of resources, hyperlinks in that PDF as well that you can use. A lot of the tools that I use and recommend are in there. There are links to, oh, a whole host of things. So I think it's going to be a really rich, robust resource for you to have on hand. Maura?
Thank you, Cheryl. Uh, do you feel comfortable sharing with us your plan, your goal for 2021?
Yeah, no, I don't mind. Um, I think one of the things that's funny is I was just filling out a form recently about these, this type of thing. So I am, for 2021, um, I have a plan to continue to build my YouTube channel. Obviously that's been going really well, so why would I not do that? So I'm going to continue to do that. I think micro content is going to become more predominant for me. So it's taking the macro and, and any, and then extracting. And I've got some tools that I've been researching in different ways that I'm going to be able to, uh, take the macro and turn it— take out little teasers and little pieces and turn it into more content. Um, I think 2021 for me is going to be about really building out the affiliate program. So it's coming, you know, it's, it's building out a, an affiliate program where I could help other people to create streams of income for themselves through some of the work that we do. Namely people like maybe like yourselves who might like to support and have an extra stream of income. That's, that's great. Also marketing companies, a lot of marketing agencies don't have video arms to their agencies. So they come to me and they go, if we were to send you clients, right, can we have a relationship between us? So if we send you clients, we get some commission for that, right? So I've had many, many conversations in the last 6 months with a lot of marketing agencies around that. So that's going to be a big focus for me, which will help us grow. So that is that. There was one other thing.
Gosh, I don't know where my list is right now, but those are some ideas.
Those are some of the things that I'm going to be focusing on in 2021.
I love it. You're giving us great ideas for ourselves as well. The idea of going from macro and multiply it to micro as we continue to do more and more videos over time, then the idea of creating joint joint venture opportunities, affiliate programs with our services. Like, Julia, I'd love to be able to help you promote those pants. And you know, you can just see the opportunities abound within the group here, right? Uh, and vice versa, I'm interested in helping others do the same with my services. So, so, and as you keep thinking of these ideas, because I love this perfect timing now for us to have these conversations each week a little bit anyways as we all plan for the next year. I love it. Thank you, Cheryl.
You're welcome. Yeah. And, and I think the thing to realize is the only person that you should be comparing yourself to or competing with is yourself. You know, Julia, you're in a different place in your startup than I am in my business, and I'm different than Cheryl and Anne and Deb, you know. So we're all in our own— you have to stay in your own lane and kind of understand like the stage that you're at. Like, I'm at a stage now, and I was thinking about some other things I'm doing in 2021, but I'm in a stage now where I'm ready to scale. I'm ready to do, you know, some Facebook advertising. Like, I'm ready to do some of these things that I in 2020 frankly did not want to do, didn't feel like I was ready, but also because of all the craziness that happened. And so it was like, okay, Cool. I'm waiting till 2021 to address these things. Let's let the dust settle on this virus, which is probably not going to be settled in 2021, but doesn't hold us back. It just makes us reevaluate what we want to do. But I think you have to look at your own situation. This is where business coaching comes in handy. Right? So business coaches, that's really largely what they do is they strategize with a business owner to say, okay, what are the offers and how do you— what is the focus and things like that? I happen to work in the content marketing side of things to help market the products and services that someone wants to sell. But, uh, yeah, I'm happy to, um, happy to help in any way I can. You're very welcome, Cheryl. I hope that, um, I know you, you're doing the challenge. I've been watching your videos.
You did that demonstration, I think.
Was that downward dog? Okay, awesome. Good, good. You're welcome, Rose. Nice to see you. So So download the plan. I'd love to know your feedback and, um, and, and start thinking about 2021. You know, if you, if you have a whiteboard, you know, a dry erase whiteboard or something like that, or, um, like I like to use, and you may have seen me talk about the Rocketbook, you know, whatever could, or just good old-fashioned paper, write down your plan, right? Write down some goals. What is a vision that you have for the next 6 months. Maura, I know you do a lot of work in this area of like just helping people get that, that clarity. And, you know, so Maura is a great resource for you guys to, to, to talk to about how do you, how do you create the vision? What is the vision? If you struggle in that area, um, you know, there are a lot of people on these calls who have great resources in that area. So any— oh, good, good. I see some private messages. Thank you, thank you. So any final questions? Doesn't have to be related to this topic necessarily, but if you have any other questions or anything that's, you know, driving you a little bit crazy right now, happy to bat that around. You're so welcome. No problem. Okay. All right, good. Thank you so much for being here with me. I'll see you next Wednesday.
