Email Signature Tips For More Video Views

My assistant recently said to me with a loving heart, she said, your email signature is kind of sucky. I said, okay, what do you recommend? And she put me on to a new tool and I've started using it more recently. I shared it with my weekly Free Life Training group and I want to share an excerpt of that training with you because I've discovered two ways that you can get more video views using your email signature. Have a watch. So my, um, my assistant Christine actually brought this to my attention, what, maybe a month and a half or so ago. We were looking for ways to do a better job of my email signature, and prior to using what's called WiseStamp, prior to using WiseStamp, I had a very generic, just simple, just my name with my title, you know, like it didn't look very nice. It was like I guess it did the job in the sense that it told people who I was, but there wasn't anything dynamic about it. And, and so she said, I found this, this thing called WiseStamp, sent me a link. And I said, I will look into it. And looked into it, I was like, oh, this is great. Let's, let's do this. So I'm just showing you a little snapshot here of, of how my email signature is currently set up on my emails. But I want to show you how you can use some of the functionality should you decide that you want to try Wistamp for yourself and how it can relate to getting more video views. So the first thing about this is that, you know, you can, you can put in— there are a whole variety of different templates that you can use. I think I'm using this template here. If I wanted to, I could use, you know, this template or this template. And what you'll notice is that some of these templates, in fact, I'd say probably most of them, if not all, have these little social media icon options on them and within the template. And then you can go into the social tab and you can change, you know, you can link them to your profiles. So these are all of mine and you can see how I've customized them to my, even my own, my Apple, like even my podcast. I put the whole RSS feed link in here so that if someone were to look at these social icons and click them, like this, it would take them to— in fact, if I think if I do this in a separate window, it should work. Hopefully it works because I have the right link. It will take them to the podcast. So you can put as many of those icons in here as you want. The other thing you can do is you can make them bigger or smaller, right? So here's— let's see, this is the biggest there. That's the biggest that it can go. You can change the shape. You can do whatever you want to do with them. So So, way one that you can get more video views using email is by adding— obviously, if your videos are on your Facebook page, if your videos are on your YouTube channel, if your videos are on Twitter, then you'd want to promote those social channels in order for people to see your content. So, the first way to get more video views is to promote where they are housed. Where are they brought? Where are they published? So this is way one. Let me go back to the beginning here. The other way is that with WiseStamp, there is an Apps tab. And in the Apps tab, when you— and this is how I get this little— most of you are probably looking at this and going, oh, how do you get that, that cool signature? It's through this portion here called Styled Sign Off. So I could edit this to look different if I wanted it to. I could have it, you know, animate, not animate. Various options. But the thing I wanted to draw your attention to is if I scroll further down, you will see here that under Enhance Your Signature, there's a video button. There's a video option. See how it's showing up when I hover my cursor over top? So this would be a great way to get more video views on your videos. If you have a YouTube channel, you could essentially go in here and say, okay, cool, I want you know, this playlist or this particular, you know, video to show up in that section of my email signature.
