Coaches should skip email for client communication because threads get messy and confusing. Use SMS or Telegram instead, especially Telegram for its channels and groups. Avoid Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Email is not your friend. If you're a coach or a consultant and you're bringing on students or clients, you want to have a really fast way to be able to communicate with them throughout the course of your engagement together. Don't want to be doing that on email because email threads get very long. It's difficult to track where you left off in the conversation. Messages can get mixed. So what I like to do is recommend that we are going to communicate through direct message, but not on social media platforms, not on Facebook or LinkedIn, which I'm a fan of, by the way, but not on those platforms, not on Instagram. It's going to be either one of two choices: one, SMS text, or Telegram, which I actually prefer. I've just been spending some time here on Telegram creating channels and groups and different things, and it's a great way to be able to have that very quick, consistent communication with your clients. So don't use email, use text.
