3 effective ideas to transition from one activity to another. Combines the power of the mind with the wisdom of your heart, and it just helps you to unlock your potential. Hey everyone, welcome to my Shiny Minds Show. Hello everyone, my name is Shiny Unsal AI AI. I am the proud creator of Neuroshine technology, the Shiny Minds Show, and I am your Neuroshine coach. Today's topic is Transition. Transitioning from one activity to the other. This is such a subtle behavior that can be totally forgotten or missed. And if you miss this teeny tiny subtle behavior, this little activity of transitioning to another activity, it can really create problems like burnouts and anxiety and not enjoying what you're doing. So It's really important to pay attention and study your own mental world so that you can really enjoy all your activities and crush them. Are you ready to talk about them? Let's go. So I have 3 ideas and they are very effective ideas. The very first one is meditation and breathing. Ah, see, Fast breathing, that fresh breath, is absolutely like a reset button for your nervous system. As you meditate, just simply close your eyes and take a nice deep breath. As a matter of fact, if you also take 3 fast breaths like this and let go, This is considered a very fast reset button for your mental functioning. You can literally reset. You know how you reset your phone or your computer and it starts running faster? It's the same for you. You have a machine right here and you are responsible for its health, for its functioning and effectivity. And because of that, Remember, meditation is a mental health activity, and it is also used as an activity to switch and transition in between other activities. And just like breathing, because breath, when you focus on it, is definitely the ultimate, the fundamental existential tool for our life. And when you really forget about that, you're going to create problems for your whole system. And that's why my first idea is to meditate and breathe. Number 2: visualization and empowerment. What do I mean by that? When you visualize, when you see the outcome of what you're going to create even before you start doing the activity, then it becomes a mental game for you. Think about it. Now I'm choosing to shoot this video and I'm talking to you, right? This is my activity. Before I sit down here and I start talking to you, basically, I see myself completing this video production and enjoying myself for this accomplishment. That visualization of the finished end outcome, the end result, keeps me motivated, keeps me going, and makes me enjoy the process because my mind knows that I am going to celebrate as soon as I am done with it. And that empowers me, and that really gives me the juice that I need to move on, the passion that I bring in and share with you. And that's exactly what you can do to transition from one activity to the other. And last but not least, celebration and gratitude. If you know me, you will know that I am a person of joy and celebration. If I am not enjoying, I am totally not doing it. If I am not celebrating, not doing it. Life is a party, life is a celebration, life is a gift. And if I am doing anything, I need to include some sort of celebration into my day. Otherwise, where is the source of joy, right? So that's a great tool, that's a great idea for you to insert just a tiny little bit of celebration in between your activities so that your brain feels like, hmm, well done, you know, I have achieved it, I have completed it, so I totally feel accomplished, so I am ready to crush the next goal. That's how your brain thinks when you give the joy of celebration and let your brain taste those delicious chemicals in your brain when you do the celebration. So those tasty chemicals, they actually go and create the vibration of gratitude. Gratitude is the end result of your day. At the end of the day, you want to feel grateful for being alive. You want to be grateful for being productive and useful for humanity, right? Tiny bit of celebration and boom, you're alive. So there you have it, my 3 effective ideas to transition from one activity to the other. I hope you liked it. I hope you're going to be much more effective in your transitions from now on.
