Let's talk about 4 C's of change. Combines the power of the mind with the wisdom of your heart, and it just helps you to unlock your potential. Hey everyone, welcome to my Shiny Minds Show. Hello everyone, my name is Shiny Unsal. I am the proud creator of Neuroshine Technology, the Shiny Minds Show, and your Neuroshine coach. As you know, as the proud creator of Neuroshine Technology, my number one goal is to invite everybody to maximize your potential. And for that, I have a very simple and yet effective formula of change, which is change equals awareness multiplied by willingness. And if we go a little bit deeper into the topic of change, there are other things that I would love to share with you. If you're ready, let's go. Number 1, consciousness. That's what I refer as awareness. If you have the consciousness, if you have the awareness of what it is that you want to change, that is the very first stop. When you sit down and ask yourself, what is it that I really, truly, specifically want to achieve? That's where we begin. If you don't have clarity about what you want, how you want it, when you want it, where you want it, with whom you want it, and how exactly you want it, it is very unlikely that you will achieve it. Number 2 is curiosity. You need to keep your mind open and be curious about what else is possible. You know, adaptability, flexibility, and conscientiousness They are a part of your personality traits, and again, they reflect how curious you are, how open-minded you are, how easy for you to change your mind. And that also reflects having a growth mindset. If you operate from a fixed mindset, it'll be very hard for you to change your mind. But if you have the growth mindset, You're always flexible, you're agile, so you can go from this idea to that idea. So why is it important? Because it helps you when you face a challenge. It is easy for you to go into another mindset. It's easy to be flexible and come up with another solution. And that's exactly what you need when you are working on a big change. Number 3 is Courage. Oh my goodness. Courage is your ability to feel the fear and do it anyways. A lot of people are going to stop when life gets hard, when things get messy and challenging, they will stop. They will feel the fear and they will tell themselves, you're not good enough, you can't do it, you don't have what it takes. And they will stop. And courage is something that is built inside in your heart, and that's where you tap into the wisdom of your heart and bring this Never Shine technology again to your life. Combine the power of your mind with the wisdom of your heart, tap into your courage and say, I'm gonna feel the fear and do it anyways. If I want the result that I want, I need to have more courage to go after it. Courage is already built inside of you, but you might have deleted it. So it's your responsibility to remind yourself to tap into it and feel it more. Number 4 is commitment. At the end of the day, it all comes back to how bad you want it. If your desire to achieve the change you want to create is bigger than any obstacles, any fears, any problems, or any lemons that life throws at you, then you're going to get it. End of story. At the end of the day, math is non-negotiable in life. And there is this mathematical formula. If that is bigger than that, then it is bigger than that, right? So your desire is going to conquer your fears and you're going to achieve the result you want and the change you want to create. In your life, whatever it means. A case study. I'm gonna talk about my mom because she achieved something phenomenal after the age of 60. She knew that she wasn't being her best self. She was in the victim mentality and she worked on herself. She came to my trainings for, for 6 years in a row. And she never stopped. She still continues to work on herself. And guess what? She was committed. And she went from being conscious about where she was, and she had the curiosity to explore what else was possible. And then she had the courage to try something new. And then she was also committed to create a change and become happier. And she is today. After years and years of work, I am proud to tell you that my mom is a very, very happy lady after the age of 60. So if you are ever thinking, oh, it won't work for me, well, hear me out. It will if you really truly want it and if you commit to it. You will create any change you want, I promise you. So there you have it, 4 C's of Change. I hope you liked it.
