In this motivational monologue, Dr. Shiny Unsal, creator of Neuroshine technology and coach, presents four concrete strategies to develop consistency, a habit she describes as one of the hardest to master yet essential for high performers. She first emphasizes the need for a compelling, vivid vision that draws the individual in and serves as a magnetic guide. Next, she advises narrowing priorities and adopting a laser‑focused mindset, urging viewers to fit their lives around their top priorities rather than the reverse. The third strategy is to block dedicated time for the chosen goal, eliminating distractions such as calls and emails to protect the commitment. Finally, she highlights the role of faith—believing in the outcome and expecting it to materialize—as a psychological boost that sustains consistency. Throughout, she interweaves encouragement to visualize, prioritize, schedule, and trust the process, concluding with a call to like, share, and subscribe.

4 ideas to be consistent. Combines the power of the mind with the wisdom of your heart, and it just helps you to unlock your potential. Hey everyone, welcome to my Shiny Minds Show. Hello everyone, my name is Shiny Unsal. I am the proud creator of Neuroshine technology, the Shiny Minds Show, and your proud Neuroshine coach. I am here to shine those cute little neurons of yours. And today I am hoping to achieve that by talking about how to be consistent. I am going to share some ideas because consistency is a really, really hard skill to achieve. And why do I say that? Because I know that by statistics, consistency is one of the hardest achieved habits in the world. If you look at the high performers, Actually, they are the ones, they're so good with consistency. And today I have 4 ideas to help you become even more consistent. Are you ready? Let's go. Number 1, compelling vision. Before you are more consistent, you need to know what you're going to be consistent about, right? So if you don't know where you're going, how are you gonna get there? And that's why, like in everything in life, consistency is also going to start with a compelling vision. That vision is going to draw you in, it's going to attract you, it's going to become magnetic so that you're all in, in every little ounce that you have in your bones, you are going to be committed all the way in because that vision belongs to you, you have architected it with all parts of details, how it looks, how it sounds, how it feels. You have even tasted and smelled how it is, right? So that's why, that's how it's going to begin. So make sure you have some visualization exercises. Number 2 is you're laser-focused. You might be struggling with a lot of goals to achieve. I get that. As a high performer, I am pretty sure that you have a lot going on, and still yet, this one right here, consistency, is going to require you to narrow down your priorities. So here's how it's gonna sound like. Do not try to fit your priorities into your life. Instead, Fit your life around your priorities. That's how it's going to be. That's how you can narrow down and become laser-focused. And that's how you can keep your consistency because you are convinced that, that goal, that vision is your priority and no matter what, you're going to do it. And that requires, my friend, Laser focus, no distractions, no mind clutter, clarity, consistency, and that is going to require block time. So number 3 is blocking your time. It's not only scheduling but also blocking the time. Remember, you're going to fit your life around that vision, that thing that you need to be consistent about, Right? So you need to block the time. You don't exist. Okay? No phone calls, no emails, nothing. You blocked your time of that day, of that week, and that is the only thing that's going on. Okay? That's how you can really commit to it and convince yourself to be consistent. And number 4, my dear shiny mind, you can have Faith. This is kind of missed a lot, you know, faith. You might be like, how's that related for me to become more consistent? Well, isn't it? Let's think about it. If you don't have faith, if you don't believe whatever you're working on is going to give you that outcome you're looking for, then why are you even going to be consistent? Right? So you have faith in it, you believe in it, you expect it to happen, to be materialized in your life, and that's why you keep going, right? So that's why you really need to remind yourself that faith is always going to give you extra consistency. So there you have it, 4 ideas, 4 strategies for you to be more consistent.
