My name is Shiny Unsal. I am the founder of Academy of Neuroshine Technology. I'm an author, speaker, ICF-certified coach. I'm also a professor teaching leadership and emotional intelligence at UCLA Extension. I transform lives to create a better world that we can enjoy living in. The mind does a lot of deletions, distortions, and generalizations. So what we end up doing is we think about something else, but not our truth. A shiny mind is a mind that can go to the root of the truth rather than getting caught up in a hypnotic story that the mind creates for us to play safe, to be on the safe side, to run away from fear or any sort of danger because it's unknown. A shiny mind is not afraid from unknown. A shiny mind is not afraid of asking questions, going deeper and deeper and deeper, doesn't matter how many questions it takes to go to the truth. So Neuroshine technology is this powerful, powerful methodology where you learn so many different perspectives from quantum physics, from metaphysics, from even cosmology, from positive psychology, from neuroscience, from emotional intelligence, from leadership studies and communication expertise, and a little bit of spirituality, a little bit of NLP and coaching.
