This is a really great, uh, first class, and I'm going to start with it with Twan. Our breakout session was just divine. So synchronicity is always in action no matter what. Like, that was that constant reminder of that. And so I— you couldn't have set it up— I couldn't have set it up any better than what it was. So there we have it. So that is, that is the most recent gift. I love seeing the visual as well as how our brains are working, um, and seeing the synapses of everything, you know, because when we think about like being intentional about learning learning or being intentional about growing, you know, sometimes I can be like, this is really— I know it's working, but I love having a visual to connect to. So when I'm leaning into something, I'm like, yeah, see, my brain is firing up. Yes, I'm— it's glowing, it's shining, it's right. So that was such a great reminder, and I'm probably going to hold that in. So even, you know, those times where things are— might even feel like difficult, I'm like, this brain is about to fire off, we're about to have some synapses jumping off. So that part was just a really great anchoring, and, um, and that's probably what I'm gonna most carry with me outside of that, you know, secret Synchronicity is always in action.
