Hello everyone, my name is Shiny Unsal. I am the proud creator of Neuroshine Technology, The Shiny Minds Show, and your Neuroshine Coach.
Are you ready to shine? Come on, it's the shiny one.
You got this.
If you wanna go, let's talk about Neuroshine Technology's Wheel of Life.
This tool, if you're a coach, is something that you can use with your clients. You can use it as an assessment, and you can literally ask your clients How satisfied and fulfilled are you in this specific area of your life from 1 to 10? 1 is the lowest, 10 is the highest. So if you're ready, let's go. There it is, my view of life. The difference between this view of life and the other ones is that, you see, I have an existential core right here because I believe, as the creator of Neuroshine Technology for Truth, our Truth lies in our existential reasoning. If you know who you are, why you are here, what your life purpose is, then you have your existential intelligence and that becomes your truth and your fundamental, and your, your fundamental reasoning and your foundation that you build everything on, your whole life on. And as you see, there are like 10 areas. The first one is your existential. And then you have your physical life, you have your financial, social, professional, emotional, you have your romantic life, you have your life and how you relate to time in your life, how you manage your time. And you look at your self-expression because that represents courage, and you look at your physical environment because that is the space, and the spatial intelligence that you bring into your life. And when you combine all of these areas together, these 10 areas, and if you ask yourself, okay, how fulfilled am I in every area of my life from 1 to 10, 1 being the lowest, 10 being the highest, that shows you how healthy your life is. And if any area is lowering the score, according to the other ones, there you can begin working on. For example, in our coaching sessions, when we use this tool as an assessment tool with our clients, we ask them which area is the lowest score. And let's say that they are saying, oh, my professional score is actually 3 because I don't like my job and I hate going there and it's just really like killing me, it's making me miserable. So they give 3 out of 10, and so they want to improve that area because they believe if they improve that area, it is also going to improve other areas because they're all interconnected, right? And guess what? They are all coming from the same existential reasoning. And if they come to me and ask me about their professional life improvement, I will ask them about their existential reasoning because it is the foundation.
