I want to start with Neuroshine technology. Obviously, I have my intellectual property that I have put together since I have been on my journey to put myself together and searching for my purpose. So what is Neuroshine technology? It is the new human operating system in my language, and I call it the NSTOS. NST stands for Neuroshine technology, OS stands for operation system. You have the operating system that always updates with the phones, right? So we have the new programming always updating for phones. And it's the same thing. We are now going to use the NST OS to upgrade your thinking to the newest model, to the newest version. That way we're gonna uninstall all the fear, all the worry, all the procrastination, everything that doesn't serve you. They're outdated.

You might be running an outdated software. So we're gonna uninstall that from your nervous system and then we're gonna install the latest version. First of all, when you have the NST coaching mindset, you take full responsibility for your own thoughts, language, and behaviors. You believe that people are whole, capable, creative, resourceful, and free. You believe to support others to find their own ideas, solutions, and their own truth within. You use a partnership language that we're going to go deeper into. You have a yes and mindset, and then you're gonna learn those are, those are the magical moments that you're gonna appreciate learning neuro-linguistic programming so much, obviously, because the language patterns, the linguistic patterns of neuro-linguistic programming is going to make everything go deeper into your entire self, and you are going to understand that you can coexist with an idea that you don't agree with, and that shouldn't bother you. You cultivate trust and safety through your words, tonality, and actions. Listen actively and even hear when people are not saying what they are saying something. Like, it's more important to hear what they are not saying than what they are saying. And communicating effectively, efficiently is another goal of this program. It's not only communicating, it's not only communicating with the aim to influence, but it is also communicating precisely. You just like drop it like it's hot and then it burns. And that is really what's important. Bottom line, my Neuroshine technology is a methodology of co-creation, and we're going to apply the same principle that you will be learning and applying as a coach in your coaching sessions. The formula of change, which is Change equals awareness multiplied by willingness. Okay? There is multiplier because if there is no awareness, if you are not aware, if there's a blind spot, but you're doing, doing, doing, doing, not getting any results, that is why, because there is a blind spot that you are not aware that you should be taking action for. But when you are unaware, then it doesn't create a change. And vice versa, when you are aware but not doing the thing, like you keep telling yourself, oh, I need to do this thing or I need to stop doing this thing. But, and then you still don't. That's why anything multiplied by zero creates zero. I am going to give you the awareness, right? All the information, the skills, the content, everything that you need to know to become a stellar, exceptional coach. And you, dear coaches, you are going to bring the willingness. Is that an agreement? Yes? Willingness?

We are, we don't have to approve each other and we don't have to disapprove each other. We don't have to do anything. Everybody has their own truth, and because they are their amazing selves, I am also inviting you to open up. When people share their truths, I want you to just catch that part of you that goes right into the snap of judgment. Okay? Catch that part of you. It's gonna show up. It's part of the process. So you also get a chance to go galactic, in my language, open up with your mind, your neurons, and become even more aware of what is really going on inside your brain.
A lot of feelings, and but the word that landed to me was grounded. I start to feel grounded, like I was up in the air till now, and now everything, it's starting a real foundation.
That's first thing, grounded.
My word will be regeneration because we generate thoughts, we generate feelings, we generate behaviors.
Yeah.
And we all talked about rebirth, and I rephrase it as regeneration. My regeneration is really everything that you talked about, the Neuroshine technology and reframing how we show up in the world.
