How To Create Even More Empowering Meanings

Dr. Shiny Unsal explains that events account for only 10% of reality; the meaning you assign to them is the other 90%. By shifting your physiology, changing your language, and asking better questions, you can reframe setbacks like COVID-19 into growth opportunities.

How to create even more empowering meanings. Combines the power of the mind with the wisdom of your heart, and it just helps you to unlock your potential. Hey everyone, welcome to my Shiny Minds Show. Hello everyone, my name is Shiny Unsal AI. I am the proud creator of Neuroshine technology, the Shiny Minds Show, and your Neuroshine coach. Today I am really going to make those neurons shine. Do you know how? I am going to share a very, very powerful technique of my Nourish Shine Technology video. It's called the meaning principle, and it has two components, and it helps you to shift your perspective. When life throws lemons at you and you're like, okay, what am I going to do with this lemon? And here I am, oh, we're going to do like a chocolate-covered lemonade. And you're like, what is that? Mm-hmm. That's the thinking. It is about how you look at problems and turn them into opportunities and turn them into growth strategies. You're gonna love it and you're gonna wanna apply it every area of your life. Are you ready? Let's go. Here are the two components. One, what happens at the surface level? This is life throwing lemons at you. This is where you get the problems. And it only represents 10% of your reality. Why does it represent only 10%? Because truly it can mean a lot of other things. And that's why when you look at a problem, please do not let your mind get stuck on the problem. Get out of the problem and look at the problem from above and say, you're a little one. And you can mean so many other things. The second part of the meaning principle is what meaning you attach to what happens. This is where you create the chocolate-covered lemonade, 90%. Well, this is where you go to the problem and you have a conversation with the problem. Dear problem and dear life, I know you're throwing lemons at me. I am such a great, blender. I am going to shake it. I'm going to add my taste and my flavor in it. And I am going to create a fabulous drink for myself. And I am going to expand my thinking. I'm going to look at my problem from this perspective, that perspective. I'm going to ask myself, what else does it mean? What is good about it? And what am I not seeing today that can be so awesome in the future? Those type of questions are how you shift from problem thinking to solution thinking. And those type of questions also help you go from victimhood to responsibility and empowerment. When you look at anything, including COVID-19, this is what happens, this is what you do with it. It is only 10%. What you do with it is 90%. That's how you can create meanings. And this is how it looks like on this sheet. As you see, this is Neuroshine technology. This is how you create a meaning. When you put your focus on it, when you change your physiology around it with a smile on your face, and when you start changing your language, changing your questions around it, trust me, you are not stuck on the problem, but you are giving your own meaning. And that is what meaning principle is. I hope you liked it. If you liked it, please put a like below and share it with your friends. Why wouldn't you?
