In this motivational video, Dr Shiny Unsal AI, creator of Neuroshine technology, explains why forgiveness is difficult—our brain’s protective wiring and ego—but also offers a clear, four‑step method to make forgiving easier. The first tip is to stop taking things personally by expanding perspective beyond one’s own view. The second tip encourages focusing on the offender’s pain, fostering empathy and understanding of their hidden struggles. The third tip stresses guarding one’s own energy, emphasizing that holding grudges harms mental and physical health, so forgiveness serves the forgiver’s inner peace. The fourth tip, called “go galactic,” invites a higher, love‑filled viewpoint that makes personal conflicts seem small. Throughout, Dr Unsal ties these practices to Neuroshine concepts, urges self‑forgiveness, and calls viewers to comment, share, and subscribe, positioning forgiveness as a path to personal growth and a more loving world.

Hey everyone, welcome to my Shiny Minds Show. My name is Shiny Unsal AI, I am the proud creator of Neuroshine technology And your Neuroshine Coach. Today we're talking about something deep. How to forgive. I know it's not easy to forgive. And there is a saying, forgive and forget, yet it's not that easy. Sometimes people do things and sometimes they are mean and sometimes they really hurt you. And you don't want to forgive. And you don't want to forget. Do you know why? Because your brain is wired to protect you from these hurts. Your brain is going to do its best to protect you from any possible future dangers, and your brain is going to remind you, "Mm-mm, don't go there. It's not a safe place to go." Your ego is going to hurt, Your feelings are going to hurt. I hear you, I get you. And still yet, there is a way, there's a better way, which is forgiveness. I would love to share 4 tips video so that you can forgive and it becomes easier to forgive and forget each time that happens. Okay, number 1. The best thing you can ever do is not to take things personal. When you are in interactions, when you are in conversations with other people, if you are looking at the situation only from your perspective, when everything becomes all about you, It's a very rough place to be because that is when you will find it the hardest to really forgive. When you are looking at the situation only from your own perspective. If you only think about you, of course it is going to be so hard to forgive because it's all about you. There is no other perspective. For that, you need to expand your thinking. Maybe you can ask yourself this question: What else does it mean? What about the other person? Don't take things personal because trust me, when people do stuff, they don't do it to you. They do it because it's who they are. And most of the time, they're not even conscious. They don't even realize that they're hurting you. They don't have the intention to hurt you. And it's important to remember that only hurt people hurt other people, which brings me to my second tip. Focus on their pain, their loss. It's another way for you to rise above your own needs, your own hurts and your pain and shift your consciousness and your awareness and see what's going on with them. Why would they do it? Why would they even do something so horrible to hurt you? Why would they create pain? Nobody wants pain. We have two human drives. It's pain or pleasure. Most of the time, the pain is there because we cannot see any other better way. But now you know, and you can choose a better way. You can choose to see their pain and what's going on with them. You can choose to become understanding about the hardship, the struggle that they are going through, and through the lens of the pain, through the lens of understanding and appreciating their struggle, trust me, it's going to be easier to forgive. Number 3, I want to remind you to guard your energy. I know sometimes you can still argue that, yeah, I'm still not going to forgive. They do not deserve my forgiveness. Guess what? You're not doing it for them. You're doing it for you. It's about your energy. It's about your aura. It's about your inner peace. As you hold on to those grudges, As you hold on to those resentments in time, they literally create mental problems and physical problems for you. These are scientific factual results, and you don't want to do that to yourself. As I have explained before, if you keep living in the dark mind, it's going to come with consequences, and sometimes those consequences are are going to be much bigger and worse than forgiveness. That's why think about your energy, think about your peacefulness and how it is going to make you feel when you forgive and forget. Number 4, hashtag go galactic. That's another terminology that I use in my Neuroshine technology. And this one is to distract you a little bit and to take you to higher places. What it means is that see everything from a higher perspective, from such a bigger perspective. Rise above where you are, rise above the city, the country, the world, so that it all looks so small and so meaningless. When you go galactic, you will remind yourself the power of love. I'm sure you've heard, you know, love heals everything. When you look at it, this is a lifetime, this is a journey, and for you to live this journey with joy and with love, you need to forgive and forget. Okay? So 4 tips again. 1, don't take it personal. 2, Focus on their pain. 3, guard your own energy. And 4, go galactic and look at it with love. So I hope this served you and I hope you're now going to take the time to sit down with yourself and forgive and forget whoever that needs to be forgiven. So my question, who do you need to forgive? Please put a comment below. Let's start a conversation because when we do it together, you will understand that you are not the only one who is struggling to forgive and forget. And the last point I want to tell you is that 99.999999%, do you know who we need to forgive? Ourselves. So now, please remember, Life is a beautiful game that you can play on your own terms, successfully and joyfully. And it's your time to forgive and forget so that you can become who you're meant to be. Because together we can make this world a better place with more love and shiny minds.
