How To Keep Your Spark In Everything You Do

Dr Shiny Unsal AI shares three ways to keep your enthusiasm alive: say "I love my life" daily, think about your mortality to clarify what matters, and use a reflect-revise-repeat cycle to turn routine into purposeful growth instead of chasing external motivation.

How to keep your spark in everything you do? Combines the power of the mind with the wisdom of your heart, and it just helps you to unlock your potential. Hey everyone, welcome to my Shiny Minds Show. Hello everyone, my name is Shiny Unsal. I am the proud creator of Neuroshine Technology, the Shiny Minds Show, and your Neuroshine coach. Today I would love to talk to you about your spark, the juice of life, your excitement, your enthusiasm, and how you can feel alive. It can be a topic you may not even think about because you are on autopilot. You're in the like doing, doing, doing, doing, doing mode, and you forget like, okay, why am I doing all that? Like, what is the purpose? So the idea of having your spark and bringing the joy back into your life is going to improve the quality of your life immensely. And as you improve your quality of your life you also improve your overall energy, and with your energy, you also improve the quality of your relationships, and they can deepen and become even more meaningful. If you're ready, I have some ideas. Let's go. Number 1, love your life. In my trainings, I have my concept. It's all about I love my life. So I invite everybody to say, I love my life, and that becomes an affirmation. As a matter of fact, I say that as soon as I wake up every morning. That shows my attachment, my bond, and my gratitude for my life. I don't take my life for granted. I love my life. I love being alive and having the gift of life. This is This is real and you are here physically on this planet Earth. And if you forget that, of course you forget the spark. Of course everything can be boring and redundant and it can even feel miserable sometimes. If you go from one action to the other, one activity to the other, and if you never stop and say, I love my life, then you lose the spark. Number 2, think of your mortality. So this one is very related to the first one. I'm saying think of your mortality because I want you to use this mindset tool. It's called comparison. Think about your last day, like this is your last day on earth. Like everything becomes meaningless, right? You're like, oh my God, this is my last day on Earth. How do I live it? What do I do? Who do I spend my last day with? When you come from the end of things, when you compare the radical end to the radical beginning, it all makes sense. Everything becomes more meaningful because, to speak from my own experience, I, I have seen that happen. I lost my father and life was taken away. It was gone. And that was deep. That makes you think. That makes you really think about what you're doing and why you're doing it. And as you think that way, you remember you're still here. You're still alive and you still have a chance to make things right. Tomorrow is a new day. Next moment is a new moment, and your life can change in a heartbeat. In one decision, you can change it, and that is literally up to you. And that spark is going to come to you when you feel like this life is going to end one day. You are not here forever. Hello, do you hear me? So when you think about your mortality, when you also think about other people's mortality, not everybody is here forever. They will be gone. Do you treat them accordingly? Do you give them the love and the spark accordingly? And if you don't, maybe it's time. Number 3 comes with 3 concepts: reflect, revise, and repeat. You reflect because you want to learn from your experience. How was it? How did it go? How can I make it even better? You revise it because next time around you don't want to do the same mistakes. You want to be smarter. And you repeat because life is a repetition. Every day you go to sleep, Every morning you wake up and you eat and you live and you create and you enjoy and you repeat. So it is a circle. This is a circle of life. And when you reflect and revise, your repetition becomes a higher quality. And when your repetition becomes a higher quality, your level increases in your life. And you level up. As you level up, you also remember that the spark is not going to come somewhere from outside of you. It is going to come from inside of you. So there you have it, my 3 ideas how you can keep your spark in everything that you do. I hope you liked it. If you like it, please put a like and share with your friends. Because they also want to keep their spark in everything that they do, don't they?
