Let's talk about quantum physics, determination, and the power of coaching in 5 minutes. And today you're going to shine those cute little neurons of yours by enhancing and expanding your mindset about quantum physics. We are going to go a little bit galactic in my language, and we are going to look at the quantum world. We're gonna look at those subatomic particle of yours, and we are going to make a connection between the quantum physics, the quantum field, and the world of coaching. If you're ready, let's go. So the main principle that I personally believe that quantum physics relates to coaching is through this incredible experiment called the double slit experiment. If you've never heard about it, please Google it. You're going to love it and it is going to be mind-blowing. Why? Because according to the double slit experiment, when an electron is being observed, it actually decides to act like a particle. When it is not being observed, when it is like free doing anything that it wants to do, it has the wave function. It can be anything, it can be anywhere. So it has unlimited and infinite possibilities. So think about it, only the act of observation, only when the electron is being observed, it decides to be determined. It acts like a particle. And so it brings that determination onto the table. So when you take this principle to our world, to our human world, You know what we get when we are being observed, you and I? We become determined. When somebody observes you, like a coach, when somebody actually witnesses you, your language, your behaviors, your decisions, you act more determined. And guess what? You can be your own coach and you can also observe yourself and then you can decide that you are going to be determined and create a certain action. So you create certainty when only you observe yourself or when only somebody observes you. You get what I'm saying, right? So that's why the power of coaching, especially the way we do coaching with the International Coaching Federation, it actually combines this quantum physics. I mean, this is my perspective. Of course, ICF doesn't claim that, me as Shiny, I am claiming that, that in the quantum field, there is a double slit experiment, which proves us that when we are being observed, we act determined. That's why coaching is powerful because coaching, what coaching does is observes you. What coaching does is witnesses you and allows you to become who you want to be. And that's why in my language, in my coaching language, in my Neuroshine technology, I have these concepts and terminologies like holding the space and co-creating something and partnering up with your clients. Guess where they happen? They happen in the quantum field. Look at this: holding the space, co-creation, partnering up, right? You see what I'm saying? It really is in the quantum field. So we go way deeper into the world of quantum physics and your subatomic particles to bring the best out of you. So in order for you to maximize your potential, my friend, choose coaching.
