Yes, yes. Isn't that the hardest thing? Because we're so deeply conditioned. Our brains are programmed to operate in a certain way, to ask, like, to judge automatically. When you work with your mind, when you work with yourself, when you go deep within yourself, when you really do the shadow work, meaning like allow all the ugly parts, the shadow parts of you to just come to the surface and you accept, you integrate then that inner work makes you ascend, go high and elevate, and it actually shows up in your DNA.
