The Power of the Pause: From Confusion to Clarity 💡

Just how powerful it is when you sit down and ask yourself the question. I was surprised by how much clarity was there, which I haven't had in the past. So I was like, oh, this is really cool. Just ask the question and stuff came out. So today's been really helpful. The second piece is this wild AI cosmic mirroring thing that happens when Zoom pairs people, and we just had this beautiful mirror moment on so many layers, which is, you know, we've noticed happens in class, which was really cool and really powerful because that learning when someone else is speaking, you're reflecting back and seeing how it applies to you. And when the context is so similar, it's like, oh yeah, that, that's how it is for me. Distilling down through the questions and getting clearer, um, I realized I was answering these questions first from the Kristy that came into this course instead of the Kristy now that's done the journey and has learned more and has now, you know, sat through the, at least the online component of the ACC stuff. So that was really cool to go, oh, where are we now? And even to see that growth. And what that means moving forward. So super pumped and a really helpful session. So thank you.
