Hey everyone, welcome to my Shiny Minds Show. My name is Shiny Unsal. I am the creator of Neuroshine Technology and your Neuroshine Coach, and today I would love to talk to you about what is Neuroshine Technology. I created Neuroshine Technology because I needed it myself. It is a system for enlightenment. I needed to improve my level of consciousness. When I was back in Istanbul, Turkey, I didn't know who I was. I was lost within myself. I knew I was successful and I knew I was doing great things and achieving great results and still yet I was not fulfilled. I needed another level. I knew that there was a bigger potential inside of me and so I searched. I searched for more than 10 years and today Here I am in Los Angeles, California, talking to you about my Neuroshine technology because it is the end result of my research, my soul-searching, my studies, and creating change for more than a decade. So Neuroshine technology is the technology for truth. What do I mean by that? In my search for my truth, I realized that I was having the hardest time to tell others how I felt. You know, I'm sure you can relate if you are anything like me, people pleaser. I had the hardest time to speak what was in my heart, to speak from a place of authentic self and truth. Literally. And it was hard for me because I was afraid to hurt someone. I was afraid to lose that relationship, lose that person, and I was afraid to feel not enough. And so I made stuff up. And so I refrained from confronting. So I refrained from owning my values, my beliefs. Because I wanted to please others. If that resonates with you, that's where I am coming from, and I am still recovering. I can tell you that I am a recovering people pleaser, and Neuroshine technology puts together the brain and the heart so that we are not only stuck in the head, like keep thinking, thinking, thinking, and sometimes we cannot find the solution because most of the time what we are looking for, the The truth is in the heart. So I made sure I created a methodology that combines the power of the mind with the wisdom in the heart so that when we combine, when we integrate science and spirituality, brain and the heart, mind and matter, logic and magic with love and oneness, we can speak from The truth. And so Neuroshine technology is also a thought technology, a methodology for creating meaningful success. I'm saying meaningful because, like I said, the way I created success back in Turkey, it was not that meaningful, it was not that fulfilling, it was not that deep for me. And it was not who I truly was. I knew that there was a different me. I knew that there was a different life. And so I searched for it and now I can understand the difference. Now I can see like a normal success and meaningful success. And that's why I'm telling you, when you study Neuroshine technology, When you apply the principles, then you will be able to see if you have normal regular success or the galactic levels and deep levels of meaningful success. My Nourish Shine technology is also an ICF-approved methodology where I actually teach people how to deepen their relationships, their communication and coaching skills with the power of NLP, because I am a licensed trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming. When I created Neuroshine technology, I made sure I included several other mind and body disciplines. It was not only NLP or coaching. It was a combination of everything. It was an integration. And so, My ultimate mission with Neuroshine technology is to show everyone that it is possible, to show you that it is possible that you can live in a place that is beautiful. It's a state of flow that I call, and it is possible to live there consistently, regularly, as a way of your life, as a way of your being. And it is also possible to make authentic, heartfelt, and still strategic decisions because you're not only in the head, you're not only in the heart, you're combining both. And it's possible. And it is also possible to communicate what's in your heart because sometimes, you know, it's not easy to tell your feelings and to express your values and your beliefs to others. And it is possible. There is a way to formulate that with your language and with your communication skills. And it is also possible to create and innovate meaningful businesses and make a great impact with it. And it is also possible to become someone who inspires others. To become someone that you are so proud of. And it is also possible to build deeper relationships with yourself and others because obviously this place, this beautiful place of truth is what we are really truly craving for. And that's what I thought about when I was putting together my Neuroshine technology. And yes, it is a study of 10 years, a decade, and still yet I have been in the field of communication for more than 2 decades since I knew myself in high school. It literally began with a test in high school when I discovered that my skill, my persuasion skill, my skill to convince others was 97 out of 100. And that little test, made me aware that I was good in communication and I wanted to know more about it. And that's why I was in the field of communication since high school. And then I studied international relations and then I was in the world of marketing and advertising. I worked with incredibly amazing brands like Coca-Cola and Kotex and Avon and BP and Gillette in the whole world. For a decade before I started my search, my research and study to put together my Neuroshine technology. So it is a combination of 20 years of experience in the field of communication and 10 years of research study in the fields of personal development and humanity. I literally wanted to know more about becoming a human being, and that's why I'm very excited to share this with you. My ultimate goal and my mission with Neuroshine Technology is to let you know that it is possible for you to unlock your true potential and live in that beautiful place where your brain hugs the truth in your heart.
