Gonja coaches Asche by turning the questions back on him. She asks what he'd ask himself, then how he'd answer it, creating a loop that lets him discover his own insight. Speaker B calls it masterful.

Gonja, your questions, you know, I also texted you, like, the questions that you brought with your listening was truly, like, masterful, I want to say. Like, she asked questions to Asche something like, okay, imagine you were the coach now, what would you want me to ask you? And then Asche responded like, I would want you to ask me that. And then Gonja is like, well, how would you respond to your own questions?
That was a good one. That was a good one, right? I loved it.
And then you were just like so delicious, actually, in your responses. It was so good.
