Your energy and how you show up in a room matters more than what you say. The way you enter a space, your groundedness, and whether you seem open or closed shapes whether people trust you before you speak a word.

Your nonverbal, which we talked about before, is so much louder than what you can say. Yeah. And so your presence and your energy is also— we're always shining, let's use your word, right? Right. And so, but sometimes it can be shining and not in such a positive way or not a negative way. So when you come into a place, it's always like, set your intention, right? Because what I can communicate to you nonverbally and with my energy, with my presence, is so much greater than what I can communicate with my words. If I'm coming with a presence where you sense I'm not I'm not linked into you. I'm not open to you. That will erode the trust immediately without me even engaging in the conversation. But if I come in and you can just sense my groundedness and my centeredness, you might lean into me right away. Presence will introduce itself before we actually verbally introduce ourselves.
