Foreign. Welcome back. This is Siobhan Wilcox here. Feng shui for love and intimacy. And I really want to explore this concept of creating love altars with you. So when to use a love altar to enhance a current relationship in your love and marriage area in the Southwest for calling in a beloved to your life. Again, use the Southwest for ritual, for conscious tantric connection. And I'm going to talk more about what tantra is and a ritual you can use in a beloved relationship to anchor love into your bedroom if you are in a relationship or single. So let's explore this concept of tantra. You know, if you Google tantra, you can see some very obscure reference points to what it is. Sometimes you'll find videos and you'll be thinking, holy moly, how could I ever do that? Sometimes linked to things that seem unsavory and a little bit left of center inside of intimacy, but really it's about deep, deep connection. The word tantric comes from Sanskrit, which is a Hindu language out of India, and it really means woven together. And you can do it at any age. Actually, the older you become, the more interesting tantra can be for connecting you at a deeper level. You know, because sometimes, you know, I'm in my 50s now. You know, there's my body doesn't always want to bend. My knees aren't as easy. And all of these other things that would have been much easier in my 20s and 30s aren't always that flexible, to be honest. But when it comes down to intimacy, you can have a much deeper intimacy with a beloved because it using this whole philosophy of tantra because it's not about acrobatics, it's about deeper connection. It's about literally weaving each other's energies into union. It's about weaving the physical with the spiritual. It's a beautiful practice. I have studied it. I love it. It's consciously bringing together spirituality and sexuality and emphasizing the importance of intimacy during a sexual experience, not the outcome of a sexual experience. You know, we're primarily focused oftentimes on an orgasm in a sexual experience, because that's what our belief is, that that is the ultimate experience. In tantra, that's not the ultimate experience. The intimacy and the connection you have is the ultimate experience. The other is enhances because you've got this deeper intimacy connection. So let's see what we can do for creating a tantric connection in your bedroom and using a love altar as part of that connection. I love this picture of this altar here. It is beautiful. It's vibrant. It's enlightened. It's got this gorgeous orchid. So these are some of the things you can add if you want to create a tantric altar in your bedroom. For deeper tantric connection, a tantra can be done as an individual. You don't have to be in a couple to practice tantra. It can be the connection you have with yourself. And usually all tantra practices have to start with you getting in touch with your own energy, with the way your body works, with the way your spiritual spirituality connects to the divine, with the way you connect to the earth. So a true Tantric practice isn't just about the other and intimacy. It's about the intimacy of self, love and connecting to you. So even if you are single, you can create your own love altar in your bedroom. So if you're connecting to to another, you can put a photograph of both of you together in love. If you're doing a tantric altar for yourself or a love altar for yourself, you could picture of yourself. You could also put a photograph of a couple in love or a poster or I showed before some of these beautiful paintings you could use to put on the altar too, to attract in another items that represent love for you both. If you're doing this as a couple, for example, you know, maybe you got engaged and there was a cork saved from that romantic evening, or the ticket of that first date movie you went to, or a special movie that celebrated something, or a special crystal or crystals that you bought together or that means something to you, or a shell, shells you created or collected when you were on a walk on the beach, holding hand hands, having a special moment. You know, it doesn't have to be expensive items. These are items that matter and mean a difference to you. So if you're in a couple, gather things that matter and mean a difference to you both. And you know, sometimes guys, I know I was in a relationship with one for a long time and I'm still in a relationship right now with another beloved, they don't understand these concepts. We are usually the initiators of these concepts. We are usually the ones that open our hearts to be involved in these concepts. But if they start to consider that they're going to have a deeper connection, more intense physical experiences, that they're going to be able to feel you more and you feel them more. Guys can get engaged because they want to turn up and support their relationship. They want intimacy. Oftentimes it seemed that they don't. But if you're in a solid relationship, the masculine wants to support the feminine, they want to often support the feminine through action. If you consider the yang, which is the masculine, it's outgoing, it's active. If you want to consider the female are yin, they're nurturing, they're going to be the creators of pulling all this together. So allow yourself to be the creator. And then if your beloved is finding a little bit reluctant, say, would you bring something to the altar that matters that makes you think of me? Maybe it's a fresh flowers or a beautiful plant because they love to buy you flowers. Or maybe it's words of affirmation that matter to you both. Maybe they want to write a love note to you of what you mean to them. And you could write a love note to them of what they mean to you. Or you could put your vows, if you're married, that you used in your marriage on your altar. You can energize massage oil on the altar that you're going to use together or that you're going to use for yourself if you're single. You know, when you think about being in a beloved relationship, you have to treat yourself as sacred. To allow yourself to receive a sacred divine connection. You have to be in sacred sovereignty first before another beloved will turn up in that space with you. I'm going to talk much more about this in the module on calling in your soulmate. But I want you to start getting this concept that you can always be searching outside of yourself for something that is already inside of you, which is you as the divine, the masculine and the feminine, because together lives within you. So you need to nurture yourself. So if it's not massage oil for a beloved that you want to use with each other, or maybe you're in a relationship which you still want to use your massage oil to massage your skin and keep it fresh every day, put that on the altar, energize it. I love organized and I sell a beautiful kit with has a rose quartz crystal and is a love kit with rose quartz pyramid in it and a rose quartz crystal. And then it has palosanto for holy wood, and it has sage for clearing energy. And it has a Ganesha brass Ganesh for overcoming obstacles. And it's a good basis for a love altar to start that creation. So I have that. I sell that. I'm going to show a picture of it later on if you're interested, but there will be a link sent out to you where you can purchase that. But Oregon is beautiful or organized. Ganesh is very powerful to put on your love altars. For overcoming obstacles. Symbols that represent love to you as a single person or to you both. So let's see what it looks like to create a Tantric ritual. This may be new language to you. You may have never considered it before. You may think it might be an opposition to some of your belief systems. But let me give you a beautiful unfolding of really what it is in the way that I have studied and practiced Tantra. It's an ancient practice. It can take many, many years to explore. And in brief, I'm going to give you a synopsis of it. I've studied it for years, so it is only. And there's four different schools of tantra. There's white tantra, there's red Tantra, and there's black tantra. I have studied white tantra and red tantra. White tantra is linked to spiritual connection. It's usually an individualized practice done with breath, work and meditation, sometimes a mantra. Red Tantra is usually linked to the sexual connection of you with another beloved. It can also be the sexual connection to you and yourself. And Black Tantra is a practice that I have no connection with because it's to do with black magic and using that power of energy to actually create darkness. And this was an ancient practice. It is a practice that I don't engage in, but it is something that I actually clear for people from. But different lifetimes that people have put black magic, curses, etc. On them. I do do that work every day in my business, but it is not a practice that I engage in now. The important thing about Tantra is it's not a random experience. It's something you dedicate sacred time to. So you might say, okay, just as you would create a date night and plan that date night out ahead of time by buying tickets to go to a movie or theater, booking a reservation at a restaurant, you create a time for your tantric connection. You plan what you might want to use in your connection time. For example, items for your altar that you want to add, candles to light, oils to burn. If you're using aromatherapy oils or massage with food that you might want to eat together. Strawberries, chocolates, a beautiful glass of wine. All of these can be included inside your tantric connection. You set an open sacred space together, calling in the energies you want to be with you, releasing the energies you want to let go of. You sage your space. Now you can sage your space ahead of time so that the whole bedroom is saged. If you don't want to do that at the time but then do sage each other at the time so that you're clearing each other's energy field of anything that would hold you back from being fully present with each other. A sacred shower can be done individually or together. It's to release all the heaviness that is ever in your energy field or your space in your physical body. Obviously it's also cleans your body, but it's more about cleaning the energy so you're letting it go. And you can imagine that shower is like a beautiful rainbow of light coming down over you. And you can do it separately before you connect, which actually I prefer to do because I find that it enhances the anticipation of the connection. Then you can place your sacred items on your altar together. Maybe you might want to feed each other some strawberries, some chocolate, start to engage each other's senses. You might want to massage each other's hands. You might want to massage a fuss. You know, you're just creating intimacy and connection at this time. Light your candles, sit facing each other, like this couple are doing here. This is traditionally how you start into the Tantric connection for intimacy. You may want to anoint each other with aromatherapy oils. And then traditionally, a really powerful way to start a tantric sexual intimate connection is eye gazing, which is this couple here is practicing. And eye gazing is a five minute, usually minimum, where you just lock eyes and it's okay to blink, it's okay to giggle, it's okay to smile. You, you just are connecting deeply. And when it's, you start this, it can feel awkward. You know, it's a new idea. Just allow it to be fun. Don't get all serious about it. You know, get goofy. Don't think you have to do every sequence in this lineage or in this line here to say, oh, my God, we missed one, we didn't do this, or oh my God, we didn't do that. Just allow yourself to open your hearts to connect deeper, to engage each other's souls. Because when you start eye gazing, you go into the soul connection with each other. It becomes such a deep, beautiful practice. Feel your connection of intimacy deepen. Feel your energy turn on. Feel your heart space turn on. Feel, you know, you might even feel that you're start to feel really sexually attracted to each other in that moment because you're, you're looking at each other, you're giving each other value. You're actually valuing each other's presence in a way that you mightn't have done before. Many of us haven't been trained to value the person in front of us. Ha. Like, when was the last time that you told your partner or your partner told you how much they value you and why? Like, that is even a precursor to a tantric ritual. And then once that intimacy has deepened, just allow the energy to take you wherever it wants to take you. It may be fast, it may be slow. This may be the end of it. Maybe you just put your hands on each other's hearts and you sit there because you're very tired and that's all you need. But then the next day, if you wake up energized, you might have a really juicy sexual experience with each other. This doesn't always lead to that explosive sexual connection. It might be the day after that that happens. But this creation of intimacy will want make you want to go deeper and deeper and deeper with each other. Particularly if this is the form that you want foundation. You want to build your relationship on one that is sacred, one that is connected, one that is valuing each other, one that is valuing spirit, one that is saying yes to receiving an opening, you know, we inside of intimacy. For a woman to feel available for intimacy, she needs to feel safe. This eye gazing helps create that safety. For a man to have his heart opened for deeper connection, they often need orgasm. But this connection here coming in through the eyes starts to increase that capacity for connection for them. So it starts to amplify that energy too. So enjoy, my friends. Enjoy the tantric connection. A love and marriage altar in your southwest. Now this is a picture of the kit that I have available for love and marriage. It is the love kit. It can be used for self love and for a beloved intimate relationship with another. This is a brass Ganesh rose quartz sage palo santo, which means holy wood. And an Oregon pyramid for amplification of energy and helping to protect against EMFs electromagnetic stress. And it increases positive qi around it. So other things you can add to a love and marriage altar is your organized pyramid. Ganesh for removing obstacles. Everything's in two. So it's okay to have one Ganesh because he is powerful. But if you were putting in a light, I often would say just put in two candlesticks to love hearts. Photograph of yourself if you're in love with each other. Or a picture of a couple in love. Like a painting of a traditional couple in love. Rose quartz hearts are beautiful. Or any crystal hearts. Affirmations that you write to enhance love in your life and your relationship. Symbols that represent love, that may be doves, that may be hearts that may be butterflies to you. Think of what symbols represent love to you. The saltwater cure to release negativity. You change that out annually. And in the next section, I'm going to go through how to create your saltwater cure so that you understand how to use that to enhance and the positive energy in your home and property by using this magical ritual to literally release and soak up negativity. So I hope that was helpful, my beloved ones. I hope you enjoy that connection with that tantric ritual. And if you aren't in a relationship and you want to enhance tantra for yourself, you can use this as a self practice. Massaging yourself, connecting to yourself through a mirror eye, gazing into the mirror for five minutes, connecting deeply to you. All of these practices for tantra can be started as a single person individually connecting to you before you even bring it into a relationship. Even if you're not single, you're in a relationship. You have to be able to feel confident in your own body, in your own intimacy, in your own sexual connection to yourself before you can even turn up in full confidence in the bedroom with another. I will see you in the saltwater cure magical ritual module next.
